Room very nice

Location

The room is way to dated like from 1980. The aircond was too loud with the machine rolling sound. Bathtub not functioning.

Staff is unfriendly. The one to checked me in.

Hassle free check in and check out.

I’m a regular guest during every Raya season but unfortunately this visit was extremely disappointing. The room carpet had a strong musty smell, while the bathroom was in unacceptable condition and clearly in need of deep cleaning. There was visible mould, filthy floors, a damaged shower head and a faulty flush with water constantly running. In addition, the bathtub had a sewage-like smell which made the overall experience very unpleasant. These issues are honestly very disappointing and far below the standards expected of a hotel.

nil

Bilik bersih..lengkap semua ada..staff pun friendly..dinner di cafe pun sedap staff kat cafe baik n tak sombong 😘

Spacious

Fine if bring foods from outside. Staff not so friendly

Used to be really good when it first opened. Quality has dropped. Location is good! Rooms quite spacious.

Dated. Don’t even on the Aircond at the lift lobbies nor the corridors. Makes it very musty and stuffy. Rooms wall papers coming off. In house food was so-so.

Location and parking was good. Other that than nothing to say

The bathroom. No privacy. Linen has dirt and smell of someone else. Amenities in the bathroom has stains. This is definitely not 4 star. Never coming back again.

Bilik luas & bersih

Near shopping mall

Limited parkingl and the cleaness of the room need to improve

My room's toilet is a bit poor. Flush doesnt stop, i think the flush sensor is broken. And the smell of the toilet was foul. Maybe the drainage system is bad.
