Boutique Hotel and Spa is in an excellent, quiet location within this beautiful town, with easy walking to nearby beaches, shops and restaurants at the harbour of St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Our room was comfortable with a wet room en-suite and terrace outside. The pool was excellent with lots of seating for guests. A generous breakfast is available each morning in the sunny breakfast room. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There is an excellent bus service to Nice with bus stops close to the hotel. St Jean Cap Ferat also has a coastal walkway to nearby Beaulieu Sur Mer where there are more restaurants and a train station for visits to Monaco, Cannes and Italy. We enjoyed our visit very much.

ALL staff we encountered were so so friendly - anything we requested was granted. We asked for extra pillows, towels, a fan all granted. I loved the separate shower and bathroom. Excellent location for shops, Ubers readily available. My husband liked the steam room. Blackout shutters for the room were great.

Room wasn't very clean on arrival - lots of hairs in the shower & a lot of dust on places. AC wasn't good at all. The shower has no door/curtain/shield so the entire floor gets wet after every shower.. and we were showering 2-3 times a day for 5 days... Pool was TOO cold! Walls a little too thin

Не понравился запах в номере, хоть там и новый ремонт в туалете и ванной, но запах сырости и канализации все равно чувствовался в комнате.

Location was good, staff were friendly.

The room I was in looked at a wall, and very much cannot be described as a suite. Zero view, lights couldn’t turn off, very tired but most importantly there was crashing, banging, furniture moving and shagging going on every single minute from 8pm until 10am. Then the staff jet themselves into the room. If you’re on the ground floor at this place as to move as it is a genuine nightmare. And is you’re in 103, leave.

La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer… Ménage superficiel (miroir pas lavé, poussière derrière les meubles). Serviettes sales (grosses traces noires sur 2 d’entre elles). Bonde de douche endommagée. Nous avons utilisé le jacuzzi qui n’était pas propre (un pédiluve serait sûrement un plus).

What I find insane is that I made a reservation for 4 nights from their websites as I had a planned 5 days event and then as I wasn’t sure I could come 2 extra days i made a cancellable reservation for a comparable room on Booking. I wrote them to explain that it was basically the same reservation. They put me in 2 different rooms and the room booked via Booking was horrible (as small as a coffin).

The hotel had the most stunning views and the location was superb only a 5 minute walk into Cap Ferrat. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and the lady who ran the breakfast room was so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you.

Nothing worth mentioning.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at this hotel. We had rooms on the 2nd floor which offered the most stunning view of the Cap, the rooms are perfectly big enough with super comfy King beds and very good aircon, we slept so well with no noise at all which was bliss. The hotel staff are lovely and very helpful. We had breakfast on some of our mornings which offered everything you need and other mornings we had breakfast out and about. It's nice there is that flexibility. The swimming pool area is an added bonus and very welcome in the warm weather. The whole place is kept beautifully clean and it really does feel like a boutique hotel. There don't seem to be that many Tripadvisor reviews, however reading the visitors book and talking to other guests I can see that this is a bit of a best kept secret and people really do love this place and return frequently. It's brimming with good reviews. Location - absolutely perfect, so much to do! A 5 min walk down the hill into the Village and Port - lots of restaurant choices, a handy supermarket and a delicious Boulangerie (btw the hotel are fine about you bringing food in). Multiple stunning walks, both around the Cap and a lovely flat coastal path to Beaulieu Sur Mer. We also walked (less than 10 mins) to Villa Ephrussi which is gorgeous and to various beaches on the Cap. The number 15 bus is very frequent and whisks you into Nice, VilleFranche and Beaulieu easily or Uber is very efficient and reasonable. We also used JamTransfers for airport transfer, very reasonable, high grade vehicles, good drivers and on time.

The hotel was a great space for us to use as a base while we travelled the French Riviera. The room itself was quite small for two people travelling with large bags, but if we were visiting for a few nights with carry-on luggage, it would be fine. The property was great value for money. The property had a nice looking pool, which unfortunately we didn't get to use, but it appeared very clean and comfortable. Parking was available at an extra daily charge.

There was no lift, and we were on the top floor of the hotel. If you're travelling with large luggage, perhaps book an accessible room, and call the hotel in advance to be booked on the lower floor of the hotel.

Nothing I disliked

Reception staff very friendly and helpful in every way. Pool was lovely. Parking was reserved for us and this was essential and appreciated. Very convenient walk to port, beaches, restaurants and shops. Lovely location. Bus at front door if required.

Room and bathroom were very small for us as we had a lot of luggage this being part of a long trip for us. Balcony had lovely view of the sea and the pool.

Rätt långt avstånd till hamn och strand. Bara dryck och chips på hotellet (förutom fin frukost) och långt att gå till matbutik. Hotellet rekommenderade pizza take away då vi en kväll inte orkade gå ut och äta pga hettan, men på ett fyrstjärnigt hotell bör det gå att beställa t ex en club sandwich.

A guest was allowed to smoke weed all evening, balconies are not private, uncomfortable bed, could hear others talking in rooms next door.

Fint, lugnt och trevligt. Fin utsikt och väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Nära till bad, hamn, restauranger och sentir littoral.

Personnel extrêmement attentionné, très disponible, au petits soins, et sympathique, fidèle à la description traditionnelle des hôtels traditionnels de la Côte d’Azur. Chambre confortable, ménage bien fait tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment délicieux et fait maison. La piscine est spacieuse, très agréable et ouvert tard, tout comme l’espace de nage à contre courant/jacuzzi et la salle de fitness. L’emplacement est excellent. Magnifique vue sur la mer et la baie depuis la France! Bonne connexion Wifi.

L’insonorisation n’est pas excellente mais cela ne remet pas en cause l’excellent rapport qualité prix.

Tout. Pire hôtel jamais fait. Nous avons quitté après une demi journée. Chambre sur la route, poiles dans le lit, odeurs infâmes, et des taches partout…

For the price we paid I think this property was too expensive. And the pool with all the fake grass and flowers/leafs was just so ugly. Importantly, the rooms were small and especially the toilets. In my room which is supposed to be the best room, the airconditioning was blowing straight on my shoulder which was the reason for waking up with a stiff neck. The slamming doors because of the doorclosure system made it all especially low quality. And then the pool ?!

The rooms/ toilets should be larger, aircco was badly located, slamming doors were bad and the the super ugly pool with the fake lawn and fake flowers and too many sunbeds to make it all convenient

Emplacement parfait à St Jean. Belle piscine. Petit déjeuner bon est complet (mention spéciale pour les délicieux gâteaux de Marielle). Le réceptionniste de nuit Fadel est très prévenant et efficace.

Chambre 11 plutôt spartiate avec une douche à débit faible et une TV à changer (grandes bandes noires verticales). Rapport Q/P mauvais pour cette chambre au RC sans balcon ou terrasse. Il manque une fontaine à eau (2 petites bouteilles gratuites à l’arrivée c’est peu). Pas de VMC dans les toilettes de l’espace Spa.

We arrived late in the evening past our stated check in time, and yet when we were greeted we were welcomed with the warmest greeting. Fadel was amazing at helping us settle in, helped us to our room and was just an amazing staff member our entire stay. We were grateful to the manager (I believe it was Gidelle? sorry I'm not sure how to spell it) she was so helpful at helping us with our accommodations. The hotel was clean and beautiful, and we had a wonderful stay. The walk to the center of town, beaches, and buses was super easy! The room was spacious, the pool and spa were wonderful amenities, and the staff were really friendly!

The staff were lovely. The room was well positioned. Management responded to fix a couple of issues, promptly.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss, großes Bad ohne Fenster, kleines Zimmer mit „Terrasse“, die wir nicht genutzt haben, die Nachbarn mussten über unsere „Terrasse“ gehen, ich würde es daher als kleinen Vorgarten vor dem Zimmer sehen statt als eigene Terrasse. Das Personal war sehr nett, die Lage toll.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht zu einem Preis von 240€. Der Check-in hat sich um 30 min verzögert 15.30 Uhr) weil das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Nächsten Tag war um 10.00 Uhr checkout, da hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass wir dann auch rechtzeitig ins Zimmer können. War aber das Einzige was ein wenig gestört hat. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Balkon mieten.

The location is great, nice that they have an outside pool (even though it is basically on the street, not very private). Inside it seems they have tried to refunrish an older hotel

The room was quite tiny, in the attic (possibly our fault we didn’t read the description well), the door to the room is smaller than the rest of the doors. the bathroom’s shower didn’t even have a curtain to separate the shower from sink / toilet area. Everything has to be paíd extra (breakfast, hotel parking). The finishing of the space looks cheap and bad quality, even if quite recent it seems already quite worn out. The “spa” and “gym” make you feel like you are being scammed as they can’t be described as such. Ultimaltely not really in line with what you’d expect for a 4 star hotel

The hotel is very cute and a good location, close to the restaurants, beach and harbour. The issue for us is we have a junior suite with two adults and two teenagers. It only has a queen bed and a pull out that is meant for children so my kids feet were hanging off the edge of the bed. Room is very small and not much space to move around with luggage and bags. Bathroom is also extremely small. Staff is wonderful. So friendly. If you rent a car parking isn’t great. Very limited spots so be sure to book with your reservation.

La chambre est vraiment trop petite pour 3 personnes. Nous avions peu d'espace pour poser nos affaires et se déplacer. C'est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing.

L accueil , la propreté , l emplacement , le petit déjeuner , la piscine et le spa . Séjour court mais très agréable .

It had a relaxed vibe - nice to look out over the pool. The pool was open in October (not heated). The staff were friendly. It was clean & felt cared for. It was 10 mins walk to the centre of the town - the street was quiet. The breakfast was nice & relaxed.

It’s not sound-proofed. I was on the ground floor and I could hear talking in reception. Also the walls were very thin - luckily the people either side of me were quiet. It didn’t matter for 2 nights but the bathroom was tiny - you had to go in and shut the door before you could sit on the toilet or use the sink 😂 The shower was good though. The walk to town is on a hill so not ideal for those who aren’t mobile.
