Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Posizione ottima e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, molto gradita anche la flessibilità di check-in e check-out. A causa di una partenza a notte fonda, non abbiamo potuto valutare la colazione.
Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte, ma ho passato 1 ora ad uccidere una decina di zanzare. Mi rendo conto che non possa essere una colpa attribuibile alla struttura ma almeno delle buone zanzariere (quelle che ci sono hanno maglie troppo larghe) o delle dotazioni anti-zanzare, credo siano necessarie.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Maria was truly the savior of our stay! 😍 When we first arrived, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. We mentioned it to the gentleman on duty, but he told us there was nothing wrong with the AC and that it was simply because the weather was extremely hot. He also said that all the rooms were like that. That night was honestly unbearable. The next day, Maria came in, immediately took our concern seriously, and called a technician. It turned out that the AC was actually not working. She then helped us move to another room, where everything was perfectly fine. She also made sure we had the kitchen items that were missing from the room. The property is quite far from the sea, but with Maria’s help and support, we managed to arrange a car, which made everything much easier for us. There is also a Lidl nearby, which was very convenient for grocery shopping. The location is very close to Fira, so it’s easy to go out for an evening walk and explore the area. Overall, Maria’s kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to help made a huge difference to our stay. Thank you, Maria! ❤️

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Los trabajadores súper simpáticos . Dimitri , el dueño del hotel un crack . La habitación es pequeñita pero suficiente para pasar 3 noches que estuvimos . La terraza con vistas al mar no tiene precio ,puedes ver el amanecer de 10. Está todo moderno y limpio. Lo bueno de la ubicación esque no está en cuestas . Está llana al lado de la estación de autobuses ,cruzando un parking , un poco apartado pero muy seguro . Es perfecta si quieres recorrer la isla en autobuses públicos . Si vas alquilar un quad , hay muchos alojamientos más baratos y están igual de bien por la zona de mesaría y también más por el centro de Fira,aunque tienes que subir maletas por cuestas insufribles. En el mismo hotel te gestionan el alquiler de los quads , te lo llevan ahí y lo recogen . Te limpian la habitación y te cambian las toallas todos los días .
La piscina estaba un poco sucia . No hay un bar ni una máquina para poder comprar por lo menos agua . Está al lado de una carretera principal y un parking donde aparcan buses , supongo que los cruceros y estás en la piscina y ves pasar pero bueno nada que pueda molestar .

La nostra camera ampia e luminosa con un grande terrazzino da cui vedere il panorama. Staff gentile e cordiale, hanno pulito la stanza e cambiato gli asciugamani ogni giorno. Plus: la piscina!!!

The rooms were very clean and had air conditioning, which was a blessing when you were trying to cool down from the day to get ready and go out at night. The staff were also exceptionally friendly (including the cat!), and they were able to accommodate a late check-in as well as keep our bags until our flight left late in the evening.

La ubicación es perfecta para desplazarte en bus, cafeteria y restaurantes al cruzar el parking muy buenos con buenos precios. Apartado del bullicio pero muy cerca caminando. Tiene persianas de madera por lo que no entra luz por la mañana.
Habitación poco acogedora con algunos elementos del mobiliario viejos, una cama realmente sonaba a muelle. Pone que el agua no es potable y no tuvieron la cortesia (como en otros lugares) de dejarte una botella de agua grande en la nevera.

Πεντακάθαρο με τεράστιο μπαλκόνι κ ωραία θέα ...η πισίνα εξίσου καθαρή ότι χρειάζεται για μια κουραστική μέρα .. γενικά είναι μία εξερετικη επιλογή για διαμονή στη Σαντορίνη (Φηρά)...το συνιστώ !!!

Todo estaba muy limpio, limpian cada día sin cobrar suplemento. El personal es muy amable!!! Tenía gel champú, aire acondicionado y secador de pelo. Balcón agradable. Cama súper cómoda
La ducha olía un poco mal por el desagüe.

The rooms were very clean, had a file with useful information which the receptionist showed us upon arrival. Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Das Zentrum war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Der Besitzer kam jeden Tag auf ein kurzes Gespräch vorbei. Beim Abschied erhielten wir das Angebot unser Gepäck am Abflugtag nach dem Inselhopping (3 Std Aufenthalt auf Santorin) nochmals unterstellen zu dürfen. Die Wohnng war sehr großzügig. Jeden Tag wurde geputzt und die Betten gemacht.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Das Zimmer war hell, sauber, mit Föhn, TV, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der Bushaltestelle. Weil ich den Bus mehrmals nahm, war das wichtig für mich. Auch nach Fira an den Kraterrand, zu Geschäften und Restaurants waren es nur 5 Min zu Fuss. Das Personal war freundlich, konnte aber zum Teil nicht gut Englisch.
Warum habe ich einen Kühlschrank, wenn nichts drin ist? Eine Kaffeemaschine ohne Kaffeeutensilien? Das nützt mir nichts. Ich kam vom Flughafen und wäre froh um etwas zu trinken gewesen. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstrasse. Auch der Pool. Es ist nicht gemütlich. Auch der Frühstücksraum im Keller ist nicht sehr gemütlich. Ein Waschlappen roch muffig. Ich fand Fr. 100 für den Aufenthalt zu teuer.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025The staff was very kind, the owners keot bringing us every day some food or gifts such as wine, gift box. All staff was very nice but as I should rank the room as such, we were accommodated in the room it wasnt even on the pictures.
As I had a similar experience from past year in other accommodation I checked with reception if we are going to have one of the rooms that are pictured on booking. They answered that its upon availability all are prety much the same only beds might be differently placed. So i said, ok thats not a problem. As long as i get the nice light room as pictured with the views. After we arrived we were offered room on the ground floor which was dark as it was only one small window next to thedoor and to have some light we have to have the doors open all day while there was constantly someone walking frint

Почистить бассейн. Может будет полезной информация, что кухни с микроволновкой для гостей, о которой упоминается в некоторых отзывах, в отеле уже давно нет. Завтраки предоставляются, но мы не заказывали. За питьевой водой пришлось идти в супермаркет.

La struttura è molto curata, con una bella piscina ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Dimitri, una persona gentilissima e sempre attenta all’ospitalità: ci ha fatto sentire come a casa sin dal primo momento. Qui sembra non mancare davvero nulla: comfort, pulizia, posizione e un’accoglienza calorosa. Bravi, continuate così!

La habitación es limpia y totalmente renovada, con una mini nevera para almacenar algunas cosas para prepararte un desayuno y tener bebidas frescas. La piscina estaba limpia y hay un hidromasaje para relajarte bien en tus vacaciones. Desde nuestra habitación se veía el mar.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025The accommodation was only a 5 minute walk from the centre of town, a 2 minute walk to a 24 hour bakery, and a few minutes walk to the main bus station. Overall the location was great, both central and peaceful. The room was spotless and had air conditioning. The pool was also lovely. The staff were friendly, very helpful in organizing transfers, gave recommendations and facilitated all of our requests. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Santorini.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Santorini! The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom, a comfortable queen bed, and an extra single bed in the main room. The mattresses were excellent — firm and supportive, unlike the usual soft hotel ones. We slept like babies! The view was stunning, overlooking the eastern side of the island. Watching the sunrise with a coffee from our room was an unforgettable experience. The pool looked beautiful as well, though unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use it. The owners are incredibly sweet and truly dedicated to making their guests feel welcome. The location is also very convenient: only about 7 minutes from the Fira bus station. Just a tip — walk through the parking lot to reach town, as Google Maps directions aren’t the best. The price was very reasonable for what we got, and overall, we had a fantastic time. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Κάθε μέρα καθάριζαν έστρωναν τα κρεβατια και ανανεωναν πετσέτες, κάτι που δεν συμβαίνει συνήθως στα ξενοδοχεία. Ήταν όλοι πολύ ευγενικοί και μας βοήθησαν να γνωρίσουμε το νησί και βοήθησαν και για τη μεταφορά μας. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ήσυχη, χαλαρωτική και η θέα στη θάλασσα φανταστική. 5 λεπτά απόσταση με τα ποδια από το κεντρο. Συγχαρητήρια για την εξαιρετική δουλειά.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025O locație deosebita,amplasata foarte aproape de centrul orasului Fira si de stația de autobuz,dar în același timp departe de agitație. Camerele sunt spațioase,frumos amenajate,cu o terasa spatioasa si vedere frumoasa spre mare.Zilnic s a făcut curățenie si ne am fost schimbate prosoapele. Proprietarii si fata de la receptie sunt foarte ospitalieri si primitori. În concluzie ne-am simțit extraordinar la Anessia si cu siguranță vom reveni.
