Aircon in the room was quite noisy, it would have been better if it was quieter. Having access to the room from the carpark was very convenient.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026I have been coming here for years through work and thankfully this year the carpet was removed from my room. But, the contractor they hired to “update” the room should never be used again. Bathroom vanity looks like it was pulled from the dumpster of a home reno and wiped off. The “marble” cusion floor has sticky glue remnants at the seams. And the fridge wobbles enough to knock over the contents every time I open the door. This room was a booked through the company I work for. If I was footing the bill I would have asked for a refund. Location is convenient as it’s in the middle of town, but be aware it’s on the main thoroughfare and there’s heavy traffic throughout the day and night. P. S. Don’t cross the road without going to the stop lights at the corner.

They seemed stressed as it was crowded in there. There are no elevators so you have to carry your luggage up. I wish we had travelled a little further to find a nicer setting.

Took photo and showed to front desk staff. They were appologetic but we chose to seek alternate hotel arrangements. Asked for refund. Did not stay.

The amenities are much older, including the gym equipment and the pool was freezing. Overall, it worked well for a 1-night stop over but I wouldn't want to stay for an extended period.
