Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Un séjour d'une nuit, bel accueil. Chambre propre. Lit confortable. Le bémol c'est l'air climatisé semble barré ou désuet. J'ai essayé de réduire la température mais sans succès. L'impression d'un manque de circulation d'air. Le déjeuner tu attends 6 minutes avant que les tranches de pains cuisent. Aucun aliment chaud autre que le café.

When I showed up to get my room ( which was already paid), they refused me access because I no longer had a credit card. I still had my passport and a large amount of cash that could have easily paid for the deposit. After.doing so, they refused to reimburse my stay.

La chambre était minuscule, l’air climatisé faisait un bruit horrible, la salle de bain était très très petite et sans aération, ce qui faisait que la chaleur devenait insoutenable quand on prenait une douche. Finalement, le drain du bain-douche n’écoulait pas l’eau rapidement; nous prenions notre douche avec de l’eau jusqu’aux mollets. En ce qui concerne le déjeuner, c’était de base et les produits qui devaient être froids (yogourt, fromage, viandes froides…) étaient chauds. Je ne recommande pas cette place malheureusement.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2025The hotel was very beautiful and clean. Staff was great, even though I don't speak French they speak and understand English. The room was very clean and quiet. It has a small fridge and coffee maker. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own pillows, just my preference. They were too flat. The air conditioner was very quiet and I could sleep with it operating. Oh there is no microwave. I didn't take any pictures, the room is exactly as pictured on the ad.

Les serviettes de bains sont éliminées, ce qui mériterait d’être améliorée. Selon nous, le petit déjeuner n’est pas assez diversifié comparativement à un autre hôtel de Rouyn mais mieux qu’un autre.
