This hotel was built back in the 70's I remember very well. It was called the Motel Alpin. I lived there from 1973 to 1980. The rooms and the bathroom were renovated but it still had the smell of cigarette smoke. I was disappointed considering the price that we paid for versus the room. It was well overpriced. I believe they took the opportunity to increase the price because in relation of a festival that was on during the weekend (FME). Our trip was related to a Celebration of Life of a family member.

Jai confirmé avec Booking que j'avais une chambre avec deux lits queen... alors que ca n'existe pas dans cet hôtel. Aucun dédommagement.. Pour mon autre chambre pas d'ascenseur et ce n'était pas mentionné, mon pere est mobilité réduite ca ete tres difficile pour lui de monter. La télévision n'avait pas de son, le frigo n'était pas branché, le chauffage fait énormément de bruit. Lors du déjeuner aucune lumière dans la salle. Je n'ai jamais fait de mauvais commentaire sur aucun hotel que je réserve avec Booking mais la je suis vraiment déçue.

Even though the hotel has a decent gym, for the price being charged I expected more amenities such as a spa, hot pool, or swimming pool, which would have greatly enhanced the overall experience. While my stay was comfortable, adding these facilities would truly make it feel worth the value.

The noise and the price! $555 for 2 nites sleep that's 42 hours, so good nite sleep is something to look forward to but with people shouting all nite and partying makes that's hard, plus the water for a shower or bath has sucks, we had the hot water turned all the way on and it still wasn't that hot, next year's hockey tournament my suggestion is to look for another hotel.

On ne peut pas amener le charriot portes-bagages à la voiture car l’entrée principale n’a que des matches et il faudrait soulever a bout de bras le dit chariot. Ainsi il faut porter toutes les valises à la main!! De plus les marches sont excessivement étroites et irrégulières en hauteur et en largeur. Il n’y a pas de rampe d’accès ce qui complique beaucoup les déplacements pour une personne à mobilité réduite!! L’hotel n’est doté d’ascenceur sur un côté. Il faut encore monter les bagages à bras sur un long escalier .

The room was overpriced at $234 plus taxes for first night. Our room was on a lower level and we looked out on a dirty yard with meters. The bathroom door did not close properly, the lighting in the rooms was very low especially in the bathrooms.
