スタッフの方も皆さん笑顔でとても優しい人たちでした！ 初めての海外で英語も話せず不安でしたが、Google翻訳を使っても一切嫌な顔せずゆっくり説明して頂けたのでとても助かりました！ ご飯も美味しく、お部屋も綺麗で大満足です！

Das Restaurant ist ganz neu es ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hat uns sehr unterstützt da wir in die Notaufnahme mussten. Wir bekamen sogar einen Transfer kostenlos.

All was really good, hard to list anything Perhaps children food menu option could be wider (oriental food for picky European kid can be challenging)

Room was large, newly decorated and very comfortable with excellent facilities

Landscaping was average and a lot of old concrete/ block paving areas. Beach needs a lot of work to keep it tidy and perhaps encourage some fish as they do at other hotels in area.

Das Personal war ausnehmend höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ebenfalls schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Die Pools sehr sauber und groß. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr grün und wunderbar gepflegt. Natürlichen Schatten spenden die zahlreichen, sehr gepflegten Bäume und Hecken. Zahlreiche hervorragende Restaurants befinden sich ganz in der Nähe und sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Der Strandabschnitt ist wenig einladend und eignet sich nur bei Flut zum Baden. Ziemlich schlammiger Untergrund. Da benutzt man lieber einen der schönen Pools.

The hotel is nice, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and accommodating. However, the breakfast buffet could have more variety. We stayed with my 2 kids in a bungalow right in front of the beach, and it was a wonderful experience. Waking up in the morning and seeing the beach right outside our bungalow was absolutely amazing. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the beautiful beachfront location.

プールが3つあってどれも楽しかったです。子供は特にスライダーのあるプールを楽しく利用していました。

ビーチは泳ぐのには適していません。

食事が衛生的。 プールが多い。 ハウスキーパーのリクエストの対応が迅速。

おふろの浴槽が手で押さえていないとお湯を溜められない。冷えた子供の身体を温めるのに不便だった。 レストランスタッフが間違えて持ってきたサイドメニュー。これじゃないと指摘すると、作り直すのがめんどくさそうな態度だったので、そのまま受け取りました。 海上のシーフードレストランは、干潮だったためか、海の匂いが臭くて、せっかくのシーフードの食事も臭く感じてしまった。

サービス、立地、施設等、全てが高レベルで満足できた。

シャワールームの蛇口に汚れがあったのが気になった。

フィリピン人全体にフレンドリーだがここのスタッフはそれ以上に好感がある

プライベートビーチがもう少し綺麗であれば良かった。 決して、汚い訳ではない。

スタッフの方が皆さん笑顔で親切。 丁寧に掃除をしてくれた。 ハウスキーピングの対応が早かった。 プールが3ヶ所ある。 近くにスーパーがある。

虫が部屋に入った。（毛虫が2回、ヤスデ、小蠅、ヤモリ） お風呂の水漏れが酷く、床が水浸しになった。拭いても滑るため子供がお風呂とトイレの間の床で転倒した。 お湯がなかなか出なかった。 シャワーの水圧が弱い。 湿気でタオルやベッドが湿っていて気持ち悪かった。 シーツ交換がなかった。 エアコンの風量や風向きの調整が効かなかった。 テレビがつかなかった。 2階の人の物音（足音？)が響いた。 全館？（レストラン以外？）停電した。土曜日の夜20時頃で、プールからの帰りに全ての灯りが消え道が真っ暗になり、怖かった。 セブ島は三度目でしたが、過去2回のホテルに比べて良くない点があまりに多く、残念でした。 スタッフの方々は笑顔で親切で良かったですが、設備面に問題を感じます。 口コミを頼りに選びましたが、失敗でした。 同じような目に遭う方がいないよう、敢えて記載させていただきました。 部屋によって当たり外れがあるのかもしれませんが。

近くにスーパーや飲食店もありロケーションがよかった。スタッフも非常に親切でした。

仕方ないですが、水はしょっぱい味がした。

•リゾート全体の雰囲気はとても良い •アマムスイートに泊まりましたが、部屋の雰囲気も最高で、バスタブが部屋の真ん中にあるのもステキ。 •朝食も美味しく、別棟のレストランのピザもとても美味しかった

•あたたかいお湯が出ない日があり、寒かった •シャワーの湯量が少なくて髪の毛が洗えない •水道から出る水は全て海水？なのかしょっぱく、髪の毛がまとまらなかった •ウォータースライダーがありましたが、滑りがよくなかった

The new restaurant was a really stunning piece of architecture

The amount of day pass visitors at the weekend. They sold too many day passes resulting in crowded busy pool and no sunbeds on the beach. What was a tranquil relaxing hotel became a crowded and loud free for all! The “beach”. Calling it a beach is a stretch.

ホテルの中が充実して、広いけど迷うことはなく快適に過ごせました！朝ごはんも日によって少し変化あり！朝ごはんはつけましょう！

四つ星ホテルの基準が国によって違うのか。

チェックインやチェックアウトの際に対応してくれたスタッフは笑顔でとても丁寧でした。すれ違うスタッフもレストランのスタッフも笑顔で挨拶してくれて、素晴らしかったです。 プールやリゾートの雰囲気も立地も便利で満足です。

朝食にマンゴーやパイナップルなどがあったらうれしかった。

We had such a wonderful stay! The staff was amazing; everyone was so kind, helpful, and accommodating, and they always made us feel welcome. The room was spotless, cozy, and had such a peaceful, relaxing vibe. We also really appreciated the little details, like providing mosquito repellent, which was very thoughtful and useful. Thank you for making our trip so special and unforgettable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

It was very well laid out and didn’t feel too big, the staff were so friendly as it the surrounding area

The beach was OK but if the sand was raked and a few more seats it would of seemed nicer, the Oyster bar did seem that easy to find a space to sit but it was ok

Beautiful resort, staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was excellent and there were many options for food and drinks around the resort.

We loved having the Bungalow right at the beach! We had plenty of space to move around and the entire room was amazing! The bathrooms were fantastic as well! I would for sure stay there again on our next vacation to Cebu.

Loved our Poolside King Room—it was spacious, comfortable, and felt luxurious. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and the restaurant team, especially Lars, provided excellent service.

The only downsides were that there was no longganisa at the buffet breakfast (I was hoping for it! 🥲), and there were a few flies in the restaurant, which was a little annoying.

Need to put out more information as to activities times and dates. Attended a cultural show which was awesome. But we found out by accident.

I absolutely enjoyed my 2-night stay at Bluewater Resort Maribago. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The Room - The Junior Suite I stayed in was just perfect. It was clean, very spacious, and—best of all—offered a stunning view of the ocean. The layout includes: * A comfortable separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a chaise lounge. * A dedicated dining/lounge area equipped with a huge TV, a small fridge, and a microwave. * A massive ensuite bathroom complete with a rainfall shower, a huge bathtub, a bidet, a tall mirror, and plenty of counter space for toiletries. Dining & Location - The food at **Allegro** the resort's main restaurant, was superb. They offer great variety with full buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, alongside excellent à la carte options. They also have 2 more restaurants within the grounds, 3 swimming pools and a spa area. On the day that I had to go for a day trip arranged by a 3rd party, I've had to leave at 4 am, they packed a breakfast of my chossing, one for me and another for my friend. Was such a nice touch, appreciated it a lot. The location is also incredibly convenient, just 30 to 40 minutes away from the airport. I loved everything about this place and only wish I could have stayed much longer. I highly recommend it!

When I stayed at other hotel/resort in other countries, with similar status as Bluewater, there is always complimentary body lotion in the bathroom, Bluewater resort missed this out. It would have been even better if there is one. Also during breakfast, since the restaurant is 45 % open area, flies can come in, it would've been more enjoyable if I didn't have to ward off flies whilst eating. They also get to the buffet area. In a resort I stayed at in Java Indonesia, they have a cetronella tea light candle in every table, and no flies dared to bother us.

Evening Front desk staff not responsive to calls made to front desk despite multiple calls to them. Calls to housekeeping staff were quickly answered and serviced.
