The service from the front desk staff, doormen, and restaurant staff is absolutely outstanding.

I stayed on the fifth floor, but the bed sheets felt damp. The shower water pressure was very weak. Also, I found a cockroach in the room.

E' comunque un bell'hotel in una zona con ristoranti,caffè,pasticcerie ecc..La colazione è molto varia, dolce e salato, frutta e vari tipi di cibo per tutte le culture. Lo staff è molto gentile e cerca di risolvere gli eventuali problemi.

La prima camera che mi hanno dato era piccola ma c'era tutto, il problema è che non funzionava l'aria condizionata. Ho cambiato stanza e l'aria condizionata non era regolabile, anche a 30 °C c'era freddo ma soprattutto non c'era più la scrivania nè un divano dove appoggiare i vestiti. Mancavano i comodini, l'unica presa di corrente era in mezzo ai due cuscini,l'armadio aveva una sola mensola a 1.8 mt da terra. Poi ci sono stati problemi quotidiani tipo internet assente,segnale tv assente,la tessera magnetica non apre la porta. Purtroppo avevo prenotato una settimana intera altrimenti sarei scappato il giorno dopo.

Broken tap in my room

Very well equipped hotel in a great location with super lovely and accommodating staff. The beach and pool area is very pretty and well maintained, the rooms are spacious and there are so many options in the area for restaurants, exploring and excursions The highlight of my stay were the staff- especially the ladies at the bar/restaurant. I’m travelling alone and they were so fun and friendly and really made me feel looked after. I mentioned in passing that it was my birthday the next day and a few hours later they suddenly surprised me with a cake and a song out of nowhere! I was traveling alone, but it really felt like I was with friends. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

The rooms had old furniture and no place to really unpack. There was no drawers to put your things.

I booked two rooms as there was me and my partner and my partners daughter age 22 yrs. I thought the rooms were good and spacious enough. The breakfast was a bit chaotic there not sufficient tables at different times, breakfast for me was adequate but I would say my partner would say good. The staff was always polite. I would book this hotel again if or when I go to Cebu

The guest service at the front who checked us in didn’t provide the information of the facility to access the beach and free transportation to and from the beach.

Not clean at all, in room and hallways. Not clean bed linen. Smelled musty in the room. Cockroaches in rooms and hallways. Very dirty chairs in breafast-area. Crowded and noisy breakfast. Absolutely no view from our room. Don't stay in this hotel!

Breakfast was good. It was easy to get transport to the nice beach area; we walked back within 10 minutes.

The pool was more a kiddy pool. Not something we wanted to enter.

Well located, new hotel.

The rooms were small. The bathroom very small. No hot water. I had an issue with the door, couldn't closed it and then i had an issue the locker, so i lost around 1 hour with that. The checkin was too long around 1:30h. We were 7 friends, all had the hot water problem, they didn't care or even proposed us an upgrade. Sad, because the hotel is well located. They should improve.

I picked hotel because it said it had a private beach. I assumed it was beach front. Its not its a 10 minute walk.

My room smelled bad. That musty moldy smell that just won't go away which surprised me given i was on the 15th floor. I complained they sent someone with air freshener to spray the room with a different equally annoying fragrance. It obviously doesn't solve the problem. Also for some reason the shower didnt have hot water for a day and a half.

Location was fine. Built up area so all kind of new. Staff was great as always with Filipino hotels. They will do anything to try and accommodate any needs.

The room smelled bad. Musty mildew odor. When complain they bring some floral scent to spray. Not helpful just another irritating smell. The water pressure in shower very inconsistent. For about a day and a half I could not get hot water to shower. Also they say private beach so I assumed beach front. Its not have to walk to beach about 10 minutes away. It was fine but I just assumed I could walk out of hotel and be on the beach.

I loved the location. The price of the stay was reasonable. Breakfast was just ok, but lots to choose from with the buffet. Great for solo travel or an adult group. Kids may get a little bored at this location.

Food at breakfast wasn't warm. They were consistently out of ingredients for fruit shakes.

Bad smell in toilet and strange sounds in the extraction pipes. Breakfast was awful and way overcrowded and bad value for the price not even any Cereal available

Modern clean room with basic amenities. Service was good. I had a drink at the bar, the staff was kind enough to make me one even at almost closing hour, a lovely Long Island iced tea. The pool @ 3rd floor was good. Liked the beach and the beach pool.

A bit pricy. Taxi and private cabs are trying to loot the guests.

The pools and the staff were really nice and helpful.

It was a convenient night stay near the airport before heading north.

Check in took forever. A very slow process that needn’t be. We weren’t informed of any facilities at check-in and had to keep asking. The beach front is 700m away and there is a shuttle but it’s not clear from the booking.com profile that this is the case. The room is adequate for our needs but there was a lot of stains on the chair cover and decorative throws/pillows on the bed. Would be better just to not have them.

Carpet smelt in the corridors. Room didn’t get cleaned unless we asked the staff. Security to get to the outdoor pool and beach. Couldn’t even take water in with you.

Good Location. A good option for a stop over.. don’t think it would be a destination hotel but for the two nights we spent there before we moved on up the coast it was nice

It was a bit frustrating. No one told us she needed a wristband to go onto the beach so we had to go back to the hotel to get one.
