訂房網站上並未特別註明大眾湯在週一上午不能使用，週日入住時櫃檯人員只說住宿房客可以前後兩天各使用大眾湯一次，未說明週一上午例行保養不開放。 我們在隔日週一上午才發現不能使用大眾湯，除非等到下午退房時間之後，才能使用。但我們退房後已另有行程，不可能回來再使用。與飯店主管溝通後，也表示沒有任何替代使用時間的可能性，並宣稱訂房網站上沒有保證可以使用大眾湯。這種感覺頗不舒服。 早知道就不會在週日去住宿。住家距離飯店只有半小時，若非兩天都可使用大眾湯，根本就不會去那裡住宿。

早餐是套餐式+自助式，種類不多，但可以吃飽。

房間內插座太少，只有兩個。 浴室門無法關緊。 沒有飲水機。

隔音超差 半夜2：07被隔壁大聲講話吵到5點才勉強入睡。 訂房時有特別標註要高樓層需要安靜的環境，因為會認床又很容易失眠，結果櫃檯硬是說只有2樓房間，幾樓其實都好 問題是真的非常吵，有點失望的住房體驗 難道訂房網便宜所以無法選房？如果是這樣為何還要開放讓人留言需求？

飯店建築很新穎、大廳有檜木味、大片玻璃，看出去風景很愜意，房間很大、床墊是高級的，很好睡～早餐很豐盛，有西式中式😋 入住前看評論時有點擔心：隔音不好、服務不好、車道管理員態度如何…！ 我們7/7住311房 入住完全沒有遇到這些問題，反而覺得特別安靜、環境很舒適、比很多飯店都還滿意，房間裡的泡湯也是好大、溫泉水洗的身體滑溜溜🌸 車道管理員態度非常好耶！引導我們停車充電🔋 充電一整晚都免費～讓我們電動車沒有里程焦慮😂

トイレのペーパーを流して良いのか分からなかった。 部屋のベッドルームと風呂場の間に脱衣所のようなものがなく、濡れた状態でベッドルームに入らなければならなかった。

Rooms are a lot bigger compared to Tainan, Taipei, and Taichung.

Need to make dinner reservations the night before. I couldn’t make the reservation since I only stayed for the night.

Beautiful and very spacious room with big bathtub - everything perfectly clean. The free snacks in the room were a nice extra. The public onsen was wonderful as well. We went to Wulai by bus, and the hotel was only a one-minute walk from the bus station. We will definitely come again!

早餐分中西式可以做選擇,另外有自助吧,很不錯的早餐提供,也有送下午茶,坐在大廳旁的餐廳,看著外面的庭院的風景,享受下午的安逸時光,大推大眾池泡湯,晚上跟早上各一次,戶外有著不同的風景,非常放鬆,會再安排一次這樣的旅程

We stayed at Pause Landis Resort Wulai and felt that the hotel has a lot of potential, but overall we were somewhat disappointed considering it presents itself as a five-star property. The room itself was decent and the beds were comfortable, but there were several issues that affected the experience.

Cleanliness was below what we would expect from this level of hotel, and the sound insulation was quite poor — we could clearly hear guests in the neighboring room. The air conditioning and elevator were also very noisy, especially for rooms located near the elevator. The hotel is somewhat far from the main street, the town center, and the waterfall area, so getting around was less convenient than expected. The Wi-Fi connection was weak, and there were very few power outlets in the room, which made charging phones and devices inconvenient.

로비가 아름답고 온천수 질이 매우 훌륭했어요. 대중탕도 아주 좋았습니다. 침구가 고급스럽고 편안했으며 과일 등 웰컴푸드가 풍성했어요. 가까운 곳에 버스정류장, 편의점이 있어 매우 편리합니다.

아침식사가 기대에 미치지는 않았습니다. 하지만 또 오고 싶은 마음을 없앨 정도는 아니에요.

17:00入住前有迎賓啤酒和德國小餅乾，泉質不錯，大眾湯有茶包可以泡、水療池、烤箱、蒸氣室、躺椅盥洗室有浴巾、沐浴用品、吹風機（風力蠻強的），早餐有自己的套餐外，也有buffet，套餐不錯吃。房間有附膠囊咖啡、泡麵、餅乾、汽水飲料。 服務人員態度都不錯！非常有耐心！

缺點是，沒有飲水機，需要水要再跟工作人員要，有點麻煩， 停車位比較小，停車場死角多，房間濕氣重，浴室的排風功能幾乎無感，蓮蓬頭不管房間還是大眾湯的浴室，水壓都小到會生氣的那種，大概要花比平時兩倍的時間在沖水。

The property is well keep, and clean. The plus part was the welcome concierge. Friendly staff, snack, and drinks when you check in.

The other reviews on here and on Google are far too harsh. The staff could be friendlier. They are not rude, but a little cold. There are very few sockets in the room so I feel like a power strip should be included in each room to help with this.

房間隔音非常糟糕；插座很少而且在不好使用的地方；沒有足夠的桌椅；光線太暗；溫泉浴間放置衣服毛巾的設施不好使用。

Beautiful building, incredible onsen, lovely views, room was nice, clean and comfortable with a big bed.

Breakfast wasn't great, and the restaurant only seems to be open half the time. Onsen also closed very early (8.30pm on one evening). Staff were not super accommodating for additional requests.

1、早餐的中式套餐不好吃，刈包豬肉硬，粉蒸排骨也硬。肉羹味道不對味，建議只要將原有的buffet 加入一項主菜如炒蛋（scrambled egg)或是荷包蛋，再加炒青菜及德國香腸, 以及優格乳或是豆漿, 這樣早餐就很豐盛，不必再另外給套餐。 2、 提供第一天及第二天可以享受共有兩次大衆湯，並規定第二天一定要中午12:00 Check out 之前使用，不准在check out 之後使用大衆湯屋，建議應該更有彈性。 因為8:30 才提供早餐，而大衆湯8:00 才開放，吃完早餐至少應該休息2 小時，才泡湯才不會傷害身體 、所以要很匆忙吃早餐，9:30結束早餐之後休息2 小時，11:30 才能泡湯、時間怎麼可能30 分鐘內就結束？再匆忙check out 呢？未來希望飯店可以改變成更有彈性，容許客人check out 之後，再去泡湯，對身體健康比較不會有不良影響。

Ein tolles, neues, sehr stylisches Hotel. Der Thermalbereich hat 5 Becken mit verschiedenen Temperaturen inklusive Dampfbad und Sauna, alles Open Air. Im Zimmer gibt es auch noch ein Becken.

Das Personal spricht schlecht Englisch, so dass es zu Verständigungsproblemen kam. Das Frühstück wurde ins Zimmer geliefert, da das Restaurant nur am Wochenende geöffnet hat!? Leider gibt es im Zimmer aber nur einen Stuhl!? Das Frühstück war komplett in Plastik verpackt und wurde mit Einmalbesteck geliefert. Was für eine Umweltverschmutzung! Kaum Steckdosen im Zimmer.

아주 깨끗하고 최신 시설의 온천 시설이 갖추어진 온 호텔입니다. 아주 만족스럽고 여행의 피로를 싹 풀고 올수 있었습니다.

깨끗하고 세련된 시설과 온천! 현관과 로비 디자인이 좋아서 입장할 때 기분이 좋았다. 방에서 개인욕 가능해서 좋음. 온천도 매우 좋았으나 샤워실 쪽에서 화장실 냄새가 나서 아쉬웠다.

불개미가 tv선반 쪽에 여러마리 있었다. 조식이 간소했다. 방의 변기 모양이 원형이어서 독특... 의도를 알 수 없었음. 위치가 우라이 마을에서 떨어져 있어 10~15분 정도 차도를 걸어가야하는데 말 그대로 차도여서 걸어갈 때 조금 무섭다. 그리고 시내로 돌아가는 버스가 이미 우라이 마을에서 사람들이 많이 탄 상태로 내려온다. 서서 캐리어 든 채로 꾸불꾸불한 길을 가야하는 것이 힘들었음...

唯一好的大概就是烏來的溫泉水質本身很好很舒服！

五星的價位，三星的服務品質。訂的是景觀房卻沒景觀！設施老舊，開房門不是刷卡是鑰匙，霎那以為來到賓館。 員工接待是外籍（口音越南）外籍本身我覺得沒問題，但員工培訓上很明顯有問題，一臉茫然不知道要做什麼！ 以上評論都是以一個「五星級」飯店標準來討論，既然收平日一晚六千多，就要有點誠意，拿出六千多的水平。

The English breakfast is yummy. Staff are helpful and polite. Nice and comfortable hotel lobby to rest and relax. There is a food eatery and 7-eleven within 2-3 mins walk.

The floor of the bathroom is kind of slippery. There is no shelter from the main building to the lift (carpark) and to another building where they served the breakfast. Need to carry umbrella (provided by hotel) if it rains.

Everything we expected. Breakfast( local) was great. The room hot spring was loved by the family. They also gave us a river view instead of the mountain view: with adjoining rooms that could be unlocked: great for kids.

Small; lack of hooks near the bathroom. Recommend some hooks just outside glass door.

住到一間晚上會有躁音的房間，淡季 6800$ 一晚的房價， 當然期待一個完美的睡眠空間。 房間的隔音效果不佳， 對面房間的門鈴聽起來好像是自己房間的。
