整体的舒适度不满意，老旧，可以再整洁，干净就太好了。 去的时候电梯坏了，需要每天上下5楼。

super privates Bad, auf Anruf an Reception kommt sehr warmes Wasser. Staff konnte zT sehr gut Englisch, was nicht selbstverständlich in Taiwan ist! hatten immer sehr Freude wenn sie uns gesehen haben. Hotpot sehr zum Empfehlen.Sehr zentral und leicht zu finden.

die meisten Schilder waren nur auf Chinesisch, in der heutigen Zeit mit Übersetzungsapp aber kein Problem.

Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement a beaucoup de charme et les chambres sont magnifiques. Nous avons particulièrement aimé profiter du hot spring directement dans la chambre, avec une vue très relaxante sur les alentours. Le repas était très bon, avec plusieurs choix proposés. Le petit-déjeuner était en revanche un peu moins varié. L’hôtel est situé à Wulai, un endroit absolument magnifique, entouré par une nature luxuriante et très apaisante. Le cadre est idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du séjour. Enfin, le personnel a été super, très accueillant et attentionné. Une très belle expérience que nous avons beaucoup appréciée !

I really liked this place, the staff was really helpful and happy, I could leave my backpack to their care while I went wandering around to see the waterfall before check-in. The room was spacious with wooden floor, and the view from the bathroom was stunning! You have to make a call to the reception to get the hot water running to your pool, and then just enjoy the views while soaking in the spring water. Thank you! :)

slightly difficult place to find. we searched around for a while, but found it eventually. Entrance was up some steps and to a lift and then reception was on the 5th floor.

牀褥舒適，房間清潔，冷氣夠凍，雪櫃內備有兩樽飲用水，住兩天都有補充，電視機很大；房間的溫泉池非常寬敞，泉水滑滑的；早晚餐不過不失，在大自然環境中進餐和泡溫泉，真是一樂也！

位置不理想、網上說景觀套房，其實根本沒有景！ 對行動不便的老人，非常不幫便！ 櫃檯人員服務差。房間衛浴髒到噁心還有臭味！網上說是該地區最大的房間，其實，很小也很舊。

房間內及裸湯水療泡溫泉都很舒服，雖然設備有點舊，但還是乾淨整潔舒適。附早、晚餐，餐食口味都很好吃，走出去就是老街，旁邊還有便利店很方便，床鋪是標準床，但軟硬適中，服務員有都蠻客氣的，整體來說都很不錯。

可惜除了大眾池內，住宿走道沒有飲水機 。但可以跟櫃檯服務員取水。

這次入住體驗非常滿意！從台北搭客運過來非常方便，下車後步行大約 5 分鐘就能抵達民宿，地理位置很好，走出門就是烏來老街，無論覓食、散步還是逛街都非常方便。 原本入住時間是下午 5 點，但當天抵達時櫃檯很貼心地協助提前入住，讓我們可以提早休息，真的非常感謝。 晚餐的豬肉火鍋讓人印象深刻，食材都很新鮮，尤其是玉米特別脆甜，是我第一次吃到這麼脆又多汁的玉米。若晚餐時段能再提供紅茶或其他飲品，相信整體 CP 值會更高。 早餐也相當豐盛，不僅種類充足，還有提供奶茶和紅茶，吃得很滿足。 溫泉部分也很棒，泡完身體非常放鬆。服務的姐姐們都很熱情親切，無論是入住說明還是用餐時都讓人感受到滿滿的人情味。 整體而言，無論是地理位置、餐點品質、溫泉設施還是服務態度都令人滿意，是一間值得推薦的住宿，有機會再來烏來一定會再次入住！

唯一比較可惜的是一樓房型仍需要上下樓梯，如果攜帶大型行李會稍微不方便，建議有較多行李的旅客可以考慮其他房型。

早晚餐味道都很喜歡，看有很多人去泡湯跟用餐，大眾池是男湯女湯分開裸湯，沒有經驗覺得新奇!

隔音比較沒那麼好，隔壁放溫泉水還有聊天的聲音都很大聲。

大浴場も内風呂も素晴らしかったです。掃除が行き届いていました。

Hi, I enjoyed everything from rooms, amenities, meals, location and their staffs. This property is close to everything in Ulay. Dont forget to visit Neidong falls, you can and hike for an hour or two, it is a must visit.

the signage of the property is not visible, worn out, so we had to go back and forth the old street to find the right alley.

Hot spring bathtub in the room

Great location, great staff, good food. The hot spring was excellent - my skin felt so great after a soak. Love the fact that dinner (along with breakfast) is included as it’s difficult to get dinner after 6. I would highly recommend this hotel to people staying in Wulai especially there are not a lot of selection in the area. Good value for money.

Wifi did not reach the room. Night light would be good as the room could get really dark without any lights on. The existing lights are too bright to be left on (need light for my elderly and disabled mother all night so she can see her way to the toilet).
