Reviewed Sep 19, 2026La localisation de l'établissement est parfaite. Le centre-ville historique est à quelques minutes à peine à pied. La chambre est très confortable (silence, propreté, équipements) et les personnels à l'accueil très professionnels.
Les travaux réalisés dans la salle du petit-déjeuner ont généré de la poussière qui s'est déposée la nuit dans les couverts à cause de l'aération.

החדר יחסית בסדר המקלחת מאוד ישנה כולל השירותים שרות חדרים לא היה למרות שבבוקין שהזמנו לא היה רשום שאין שרות חדרים אבל זה פחות הפריע מה שמאוד היה מוזר לבקש 10 יורו להחלפת מגבת זה יותר ממחיר מגבת חדשה .

Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina, ma la presenza dell’angolo cottura è sicuramente positiva. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio pubblico a pochi passi dalla struttura anche se un pò caro. Molto carino il cortile. Nel complesso un soggiorno positivo
La toilette separata e piuttosto claustrofobica. La doccia ricavata nella vasca. Le pulizie non proprio al meglio

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026you need to walk 10 minutes for the city center. The king bed was perfect. The hotel have 24 hours person in reception which is very good.
The room was ok but the bedroom for the adults didnt have enough space even for just walking from the one part. I had to walk side by side. Also no area for living buggages in room for opening them. The parking area is not enough for many cars.

J ai eu un appartement qui ne permettait pas d ouvrir la fenêtre et pas vraiment confortable lit surdimentionne dans la chambre qui du coup est impraticable vétusté de l ensemble j ai demandé à changer car après 3 jours où l on me dit que la fenêtre va être réparer sans etre fait j ai exigé un autre appartement et le nouveau était bien plus propre d aspect plus moderne et mieux agencé donc séjour mitigé

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Das Hotel war super in der Innenstadt gelegen, nur ca. 200 Meter fußläufig in die Altstadt. Ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir waren für 2 Nächte dort, dafür war das Zimmer ausreichend. Es war alles sauber. Das Zimmer hatte eine kleine Küche, die sich im Eingangsbereich (Flur) zum Zimmer befand. Wir haben die Küche nicht genutzt. Das Zimmer selbst war etwas eng. Das wurde aus den Fotos nicht ganz ersichtlich. Aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Daher kann es nicht bewertet werden.
Die Matratze war durchgelegen.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Réservé un lit double, pour m'apercevoir à l'arrivée qu'ils ont donné la chambre à quelqu'un d'autre et que ce n'étais plus possible de changer (la réservation avait pourtant était accepté). 20 minutes après être remonté dans la chambre, on arrive à nous trouver un lit double (qui n'était que 2 lits simple rapproché) car un clients avait miraculeusement annulé, pour être ensuite dérangé le lendemain matin par une femme de ménage qui rentre sans frapper à 9h du matin alors que ma compagne seule à ce moment la, allait prendre une douche. Nous ne reviendrons plus.

Appartement sans charme, sanitaire vieillissant, Canapé-lit peu confortable, bruits de ressorts au moindre mouvement, ménage fait sans soin, lave-vaisselle qui n’était pas débarrassé à notre arrivée ( nous cherchions dans les placards où était la vaisselle). Parking difficile à trouver, j’ai fini par me garer dans le parking public juste à côté.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026De locatie was ideaal om het centrum te bezoeken. Er is een ondergrondse parking beschikbaar, maar de parkeerplaatsen zijn erg smal. De parkeergelegenheid rondom het gebouw was voor ons een betere optie. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De kamer was duidelijk verouderd en dringend aan een upgrade toe. Ze was vuil en leek zelfs niet gekuist, de lakens waren niet proper, de haardroger werkte niet en de bedden waren erg hard en oncomfortabel.

Zimmer war nur oberflächlich renoviert, hätte sauberer sein können. Frühstück war für den Preis eher dürftig, aber prinzipiell ok. Zimmer irgendwie verwinkelt

It was not the ODalys I picked from the website (there are 3 different Odalys hotels in Aix so double check where you get put) I was on foot 2.2km away from my daughter's accommodation when the ODalys I went to book was 5min away. This caused me to lose alot of precious time with my daughter which was very very frustrating! The rooms had too many doors e.g.. shower and bathroom were in sperate rooms in a small space. The room was dark because of the colour scheme and decor so it was hard to assess how clean the room was.. T The sensor light in the corridor did not come on when you left your room. I felt I was treated suspiciously after I took my shoes off at the front door because I stepped in muck crossing the street and I would have destroyed the reception area and the entrance mat if I had nt done do....decent customer me!

La personne à l'accueil le dimanche en fin d'après midi n'a pas été très claire sur le parking et son accès ascenseur. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans la cour fermée avec un autre couple. Pas d'explication sur le délai de sortie du parking en fin de séjour. Rien non plus sur les services supplémentaires de l'établissement. Nous avons eu les explications très claires et détaillées le lendemain soir. Par ailleurs j'ai signalé avoir oublié 2 bagues dans la table de nuit le lendemain de mon séjour et j'ai du rappeler moi même plusieurs fois pour avoir des nouvelles toujours négatives.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026This is a Hotel with great potentials but they have to do Some serious renovation. The only thing that was new was the furniture. The location is amazing, the building is nice and has gardens
Even the rooms they consider renovated have old faucets, old and smely carpet in the coridors. Tge garden is neglected and dirty. People is smoking outside and nobody cleans up.

Je trouve regrettable qu on ne puisse pas réserver le parking lors de la réservation. Netflix n est pas disponible
