Hôtel la Caravelle - Aix-en-Provence centre historique

It was an excellent location not far from all the major attractions. Easy to access and not far from the car park.

It was a bit loud as it’s on a busy road. I guess not the property fault but should be noted.

Hotel location is excellent.

We had the smallest room I have ever been in. Luggage had to be put in bathroom. Room should have a single room.

Nice Hotel and location perfect for the old town

Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Nice modern and stylish decor. Good breakfast. Would happily recommend to other travellers.

Nothing really.

The location was within walking distance from the train station. The staff was so cordial and helpful with directions. The breakfast was not the usual continental but specially prepared

Nothing negative could be said

Stanze belle e accoglienti, staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

Era tutto perfetto

Posizione camera spaziosa

Colazione scarsa , e bagno troppo piccolo

Nulla

We had a pleasant one night stay. Our son enjoyed the bunk bed & the staff rescued his toy sheep and contacted us before we left, for which we’re very grateful!

Breakfast was a bit disappointing

Location and staff were excellent

Shower doors kept shutting and it was difficult and quite dangerous getting out of the cubicle

Au top équipe professionnelle

Mycket centralt och nära till allt

Tråkig frukost

Struttura pulita e accogliente

We had a really pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room to relax. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we slept really well. Everything felt welcoming and we would happily stay here again!

/

Ras

Ras

Close to centre. Basic and acceptable.

Just french breakfast. Automatic coffee machine. Towels had a smell, like when not washed at a proper temperature. During working days the street noise might get bothering - you hear everything. We got lucky since it was Sunday.

It is in a great location. They have air conditioning in the room. The room was small (by US standards) however, it was adequate for the two nights we were there. It also had an elevator for someone who needs that assistance or has heavy luggage.

Coming from the United States, we are used to staying in Hotels with a complimentary breakfast. That would be the only complaint, but we knew that when we booked the hotel.

Ottima posizione!

Within walking distance to the heart of the city. The Air Conditioning was amazing. Family room was perfect for a family of four. Our room was tucked away from noise of outside.

The only recommendation would be to add a place to place toiletries in the bathroom area.

Localisation Accueil Confort sobre et efficace

Chambre côté rue avec volets sans lumière

Beliggenhed virkelig godt. Moderne klassiske faciliteter. Virkelig venligt personale.

CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE

THE POSITIONING OF THE TOILET BATH TOWELS WERE NOT PROVIDED THE SECOND DAY I WOULD HAVE LIKE THE ROOM A LITTLE WIDER

Location and facilities. The room was great, and the bathroom was extremely clean. Thank you.

Parking, but I understand.

Great location

Lower floors were kind of noisy on the road side

Gemütliches Hotel am Eingang zur Altstadt. Freundliches Personal, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Accueil emplacement

Proximity.

Towls not bleach, still smell.... Toilet seat not fix after asking the desk, Coffee machine leak water, water container not ckean, front desk did nothing...

Posizione eccellente

Colazione deludente

Bien situé proche centre ville ; grand parking public à 100 mètre; chambre bien équipée et au calme. Personnel discret et attentif

Rien!

The hotel team were fantastic. The room was clean. The location is great. The A/C was superb.

Emplacement

Posh foyer, shower, air conditioning, comfortable pillows and mattress

Noise from next door as poor sound proofing and traffic going uphill outside room.

Room was comfortable. Had all I needed. Nice view into pretty courtyard. I booked in an emergency and everything went very smoothly.

The elevator worked well but it looked very old

Kettle and fridge in the room. I was nervous my room would be loud as it faced the main road, but it wasn’t. Fantastic air conditioning!

Old towels. Very basic breakfast, but it was cheap!

Property was in excellent condition and in a great location near many places to eat, shop and a quick walk to Cours Mirabeau. The staff were extra helpful when we encountered a train strike, assisting us in getting bus tickets and a driver to the bus station. Excellent service!

location, room

Você consegue fazer tudo caminhando, e super seguro a qualquer hora do dia. Pessoal que trabalha lá também é ótimo! Valeu super a pena!

Clean room, comfortable bed. Only stayed for a night as we were passing through Aix, but we’d stay again.

Posizione e accoglienza

Ligging

Kleine kamer

. Emplacement . Propreté . Amabilité réception . Sensation globale

Todo. La habitación, la limpieza

Me gustó todo. Le sumaría, solo, algún ítem al desayuno. Igual estaba muy bien

The helpful friendly very welcoming staff. Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable room

A minor detail but the shelves in the room should be in a light color not black to allow the guest to find the objects easier.

Staff was very helpful. 24 hour on duty and super helpful. We had two bicycles and they were accommodating for storage of the bikes. Everyone there was helpful. They let us store our bags and bikes a couple extra hours after check out.

Could have offered hot water pot for tea in the room.... but coffee maker was great.

Perfecte locatie (treinstation / parkeergarage / oude stad)

Nvt

The room was very nice but with its decor a bit dark and a little on the small side.

Breakast was limited, no choice,
