Bonne réception Chambre vaste en correspondance avec le tarif Petit déjeuner copieux , très correct Nous ne sommes resté qu'une seule nuit Vraiment très bien placé.

Serviettes de bain un peu petites Television très mal placée car vision de côté (un seul petit fauteuil, un canapé placé perpendiculairement !!) Nous n'étions pas à Aix pour regarder la TV

In the first bedroom, the air con didn’t work properly (we got another room for the second night). Towels were thin and frayed. Pillows were not comfortable. Bathrooms look tired.

Posizione centrale. Struttura molto particolare ed interessante, mi riferisco alla hall d' ingresso. Camera abbastanza spaziosa con 2 bagni, 1 x servizi igienici ed 1 per la doccia.

Non funzionava il condizionatore e con 30°c di notte non è stato il massimo. Inoltre al saldo camera hanno imputato a parte il costo dell' energia (!!!!), mai capitato sinora in tutte le strutture che ho utilizzato. Costo abbuonato x il mancato funzionamento del condizionatore, dopo discussione con la responsabile dell'hotel. Da evidenziare anche la struttura , un po' datata e poco curata (mi riferisco ai corridoi ed alle camere): avrebbe bisogno di una "rinfrescata" ed anche di maggior pulizia. Peccato, considerando sia la posizione sia l'ingresso che sa di storia.... Ma non sono elementi sufficienti.

Hotel is in a beautifully renovated convent, this is evident when you walk inside. The room was a good size, clean and had everything you needed. Walking distance to restaurants and close to Cours Mirabeau

It was v central & great to walk out into the pedestrian centre of Aix . We loved the way the hotel had been designed around the old monastery .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet ancien couvent, transformé avec beaucoup de goût en un hôtel plein de charme et d’authenticité. Le cadre est magnifique, avec une atmosphère particulièrement agréable et apaisante. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et toujours souriant. Je n’ai malheureusement pas retenu tous les prénoms, mais je tiens notamment à remercier Mariem, qui a été particulièrement attentionnée. À noter également, la présence d’un parking à proximité de l’hôtel pour 25 € la journée, ce qui est très pratique. Une très belle découverte que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

It’s a lovely old building. It’s been carefully maintained. And the location is hard to beat being so close to Mirabeau and the markets and restaurants. Reasonably priced breakfast also added to the attraction.

We had a little bit of guest traffic noise late one night from rooms above.

Pulizia: un accappatoio era scomposto, asciugamani bucati e scuri.

Struttura in una traversa della via centrale quindi in posizione perfetta . Un vecchio convento ristrutturato alla grande .

Il terzo piano non è raggiungibile con ascensore unica pecca . Il bagaglio te lo devo portare a spalla salvo chiedere aiuto alla signorina della reception

Nous avons trouvé les chambres très bien, fraîches, l’hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre historique d’Aix en Provence, et l’accueil par le personnel est chaleureux, efficace, et ce même la nuit (merci Alexandre pour votre professionnalisme !)

We chatted to the staff before arrival, and they assigned us a room with a wonderful balcony with a great view of the church. The rooms were very plain, and without this extra, we would have been disappointed. Breakfast was good.

Parking was a problem and expensive.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil par la jeune femme d’origine hollandaise a été très sympathique et chaleureux. L’endroit est particulièrement émouvant et plein de charme, puisqu’il s’agit d’un ancien couvent. La chambre était agréable, avec une petite terrasse très appréciable qui offre une jolie vue sur les toitures d’Aix.

Wonderful location and atmospheric interior (an old monastery). Close to a wide range of local attractions. Staff were excellent and even upgraded our room at no extra charge. They also arranged a brilliant taxi to the airport for a very reasonable price ( luxury BYD car).

The breakfast options were limited and not particularly well presented.

Great location. Unbeatable. Beautiful communal area inside. Room itself was spacious and nice (Deluxe Double room).

We booked a Deluxe Double room but I noticed that we were put in a Superior Room which had new wallpaper compared to the pictures (actually now looks nicer) and was noticeably smaller (20 vs 30 m2). When having brought up this error at the reception they were adamant that this is the right room. I had to argue with 3 different persons at the reception until one acknowledged that this is not the right room we booked and paid for. Not the most welcoming start to our stay. Once in the new room I noticed a lot of white hair on the bathroom floor which I wiped aside with a hand towel. The bathroom in general is very dated for the price you pay and could do with an upgrade. Overall.. you pay for the location mostly.

Posizione centrale e in Aix vecchia. Comoda con parcheggio a oagamento, bus, mercato e tutti I servizi e ristoranti della Aix vecchia. Stupendo albergo ricavato da vecchio convento, hanno mantenuto alcune zone, lo stile, e anche alcuni oggetti. Bellissimissimo!

In a beautiful old church building in the heart of the town. Rooms were small and simple but clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. An update to the decor would make this the perfect stay!

Very disappointing room.3 towels for 2 people and no anti mosquito plug ins for room.No iron etc.2 years ago we stayed and it was great.Pity as we looked foreward.Also sink was not working and we ran out of toilet roll as not enough provided

That room was very comfortable and large, but rather dark, and it was also difficult to open the windows because the room was just above the hotel air-conditioning system that was relatively noisy.

Sauberkeit nicht gut, es hat stark nach Rauch gestunken aus den Lüftungen, Klimaanlage hat getropft, nur eine halbe Rolle WC Papier am Zimmer gehabt, etc.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Empfang, eine schöne, eindrückliche Reception, grosses Zimmer mit gutem Preisleistungs-Verhältmis und eine tolle zentrale Lage

This is a monastery converted to a hotel and with beautiful original architectural elements still present and in a central location; extremely walkable. Our room was uniquely at the top with the most incredible private balcony with an amazing view of rooftops and a church. The staff were kind, polite and helpful and when asked recommended a fantastic restaurant. We were here just one night but will never forget it!

Mooie entree, hotel midden in centrum. Ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid, maar prijzig. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Tapijt in kamer is aan vervanging toe.

Lokatie en leuk dat het een omgebouwd klooster is. Dat is toch meer speciaal dan de meeste andere hotels.

Kamers niet erg ruim. Maar dat is altijd zo in Frankrijk. Veel geluid van de straat als je met raam open slaapt, maar dat is ook niet raar midden in het stadscentrum

Never self drive to the hotel, as no access for cars. We turned around 3 times, drive directly to parking lot.

The hotel is partially renovated but it looks dated and cheap, there is a bad smell and the pillows are very hard. Otherwise the location is excellent.

Great location in centre of City and short walk to nearest car park. Unique interior as the building used to be a convent and some of the ancient architecture has been preserved . The bedroom was well equipped with TV and fridge, comfy bed and no street noise . Great breakfast
