Quarto super confortável, ar condicionado, a localização é maravilhosa, bem no centro de Florença, fora o atendimento das meninas, super receptivas e acolhedoras! Super indico, quando voltar a Florença, com certeza ficarei hospedada lá! É o café da manhã fica em um restaurante bem próximo, os meninos do restaurante também são ótimos! Fui super bem acolhida em Florença!

The property is located just a few steps from the Baptistery of St. John and the Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore. In fact, we could see both these buildings from the window of our room. The location is excellent. It’s close to all the important landmarks: about 10 min walking distance from Santa Maria Novella train station, about 2-3 min walking distance from Piazza della Repubblica and about 5-7 min walking distance from Piazza della Signoria. The room was beautiful, cosy and clean, while the staff were very kind and helpful. Alexes was wonderful, friendly, polite and professional.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort und sind von der tollen Lage begeistert. Einfach perfekt für zwei Frauen, um abends ohne Angst ausgehen zu können! Diesmal hätten wir eigentlich ein Zimmer in der Dependance an der Piazza della Repubblica gehabt. Als wir in der Dimora ankamen, um einzuchecken, bot uns die sehr freundliche Dame am Empfang an, gleich da zu bleiben, da doch ein Zimmer frei sei. Perfekt für uns, da es an der Piazza della Repubblica nachts sicherlich lauter ist! Unser Zimmer war klein, aber für uns absolut okay. Alles war sauber, die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Für einen kurzen City-Trip ist die Dimora in jedem Fall empfehlenswert!

Der Fernseher funktionierte nur auf einem Kanal. Sport... Obwohl wir die Bedienungsanleitung genau beachteten, gelang es uns nicht, den Sender zu ändern. Das war aber nicht schlimm.

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera pulita e funzionale. Letto comodissimo,area comune con the e caffè sempre disponibili mentre la colazione viene servita in un hotel lì vicino.

Perfect location in the heart of Florence at the Piazza della repubblica and beautiful view from room. Lovely clean & spacious room with great aircon which is a must for August! Breakfast at a lovely restaurant just minutes from room at the Piazza della Signoria.

If you have any difficulty with stairs then be mindful there are around 20 steps before the lift. So pack light which was difficult for us on a 4 week trip. Normal for Italy due to the age of buildings, but good to be aware.

Fantastic location and a fantastic buffet breakfast - something for everyone!

酒店在共和广场旁边，离百花大教堂步行一分钟即到。打开窗户也可见到大教堂。房间打开两个28寸行李箱也有足够的空间走动。房间卫生干净整洁，洗护用品很好用。周边很多吃饭逛街的地方。可以步行到任何一个景点。虽然是临街的房间，但是晚上睡觉非常安静。室内的空调也凉快。本来订了两个晚上的房间，临时改行程提前了一晚到佛罗伦萨，不知道为什么booking 把我的订单取消了。非常感谢Alexes打电话和邮件跟我沟通并帮忙预留了房间并升级了房型，让我顺利入住。让我在佛罗伦萨度过了愉快的三天。酒店出来共和广场有家百年面包店，早上非常多本地人在那吃面包喝咖啡。我在这吃上了非常好吃的可颂。酒店吃早餐的地方在另一个酒店里，因为睡懒觉错过了。

The walls were thin and it was annoying that it’s advertised as a B&B and breakfast is not on site.

Da localização, muito perto do duomo, com vista para ele. Perto da trattoria zá zá, da ponte vecchio, de gelaterias e pelo carinho de preparar o quarto considerando que estava em lua de mel. Na próxima vez em florença ficarei hospedado aqui e recomendarei a meus amigos e familiares!

ロケーション(最初見つけるまでがちょっと時間かかりましたが)と朝食は最高でした!!　朝食のレストランは歩いていくのに朝のお散歩に丁度良い距離とまた土地勘をつかむのに絶好に位置にあります、雰囲気も非常に感じ良く、食べ物の種類も豊富でまたレオの入れてくれるコーヒーは毎日楽しみでした。B&Bの受付スタッフもいろいろな質問に時間をとってしっかりと答えてくれて助かりました。アットフォームな暖かい対応です。

唯一残念だったのはシャワーのお湯が出なかった事です。猛暑の中でしたが流石に水に近い温度で髪の毛を洗ったりするのはかなり気合がいりました。(笑)スタッフの方にもお伝えしたのですが、どうにもならないようでした。。。部屋のサイズや雰囲気はまったく問題ないです。

Lo staff ci ha accolto con cortesia e ci ha subito offerto ristoro e grande disponibilità e cortesia. La camera era molto bella, curata nei dettagli e pulita. Anche la qualità del letto e della biancheria molto buono. Impagabili la vista sulla cattedrale e consiglio di prendere il servizio di colazione in quanto ci hanno indirizzato in un bellissimo ristorante partner dove i buffet erano ricchi, freschi e curati nel minimo dettaglio. Nel complesso ottima esperienza.

El cuarto era comodo, espacioso, con buena ubicacion. El desayuno, aunque era un poco lejos, era excelente, y el personal del restaurant y del hotel fueron nuy amables.

El hecho de que la recepcion este en un lugar, las habitaciones en otro edificio, y el desayuno en otro lugar no es comodo. Ademas de que no esta muy accesible para andar con valijas, muchas escaleras, y en caso de mal clima, el desayuno queda a 2 cuadras, lo cual no es comodo.

La ubicación era perfecta, cerca de todo. Desde la habitación que me tocó podía ver la catedral hacia un costado ya que está a 2 cdras de la plaza. Destaco la limpieza, la comodidad de la cama, las almohadas y sábanas, el descanso. Hermosa y cómoda la habitación y el baño. Me sentí muy a gusto!

Me resultó un poco difícil al principio la entrada al edificio y encontrar la recepción, las indicaciones no eran muy precisas pero luego todo fluyó.

일정상 시간이 안맞아서 아침 식사를 못했습니다. 유명 관광지와 가깝고 나가면 바로 피렌체 두오모가 있어서 좋았어요. 객실 창문을 열면 두오모가 보여서 좋았고 깨끗하고 창문을 닫으면 조용하게 잘수있었어요. 엘리베이터가 있어서 무거운 짐 옮기기가 편했어요.

아침식사를 정해진 레스토랑에 가야해서 시간이 안맞고 위치가 좀 걸어가야 해서 그점이 조금 아쉬웠어요. 다른 아쉬운 점 없이 깨끗하게 편하게 머무룰수 있었어요. 참 피렌체 기차역에서 무거운 짐 끌고 오기엔 조금 멀다고 느낄수 있어요.

Reception opened on a long time window, very nice and professional ladies. Big , clean, silent , ergonomic rooms, very good AC. Confortable and big bed, nice sheets and towels. Has a "hotel touch" as it belongs to a hotel near by. Free coffee and tea area, possibility to fresh up in a nice toilet when you pick up luggage. Proper elevator. Ideal position in the heart of Florence, close to everything and safe to come back late innthe night . Many bars and restaurants in the area. Will surely book here again x next fair trip.

This was a beautiful B&B in an INCREDIBLE location! The staff was so friendly and the room was cute. There was free coffee and water on site. The breakfast was off-site, but it was absolutely delicious. We’d stay again just for the breakfast ;)

Unfortunately our shower leaked onto the floor every time we used it. Also our air conditioning unit worked well, but it was also leaking all over the floor.

The location was perfect. Easy walking to all of the museums and restaurants. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the 95 degree heat during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Located in the city center itself, making it perfect to walk to the areas of interest. The breakfast is at a restaurant about 7 minutes walk away, and the breakfast spread was very enjoyable.

La struttura si trova in pieno centro, ospitata in un palazzo che affaccia su piazza della Repubblica. Camera comoda con bagno spazioso, luminosa e silenziosa. La camera veniva sistemata tutti i giorni. C'è la possibilità di utilizzare uno spazio comune per un caffè al volo. L'host sempre disponibile e gentilissima

La posizione dell’appartamento è fantastica, a due minuti da Duomo, la gentilezza della persona che ci ha accolto, disponibile e presente.

La stanza era molto piccola, all’interno di un appartamento riorganizzato a B&B senza isolamento adeguato degli spazi, la reception è una scrivania nella cucina comune dell’appartamento per cui non era possibile alcuna privacy. Ho preso una tazza per bere un te ed era stata riposta nel mobile molto sporca, allora ne ho presa una seconda ed era sporca anche quella. La struttura necessita di un po’ di manutenzione. Il lavandino della cucina comune era mal fissato alla base, e schizzava ovunque appena aperto.

É um Hotel bastante elegante e confortável, com camas muito boas. Está muito bem localizado, ao lado da praça da Catedral de Florença. O pequeno almoço, embora servido num restaurante parceiro a cerca de 400m, era excecional, com funcionário simpáticos e servido numa esplanada muito agradável na praça central, com vista para o Palácio Vecchio

Location was terrific, staff were friendly, enjoyed staying there. Could grab an espresso if you wanted one to kick start the day. My wife was ill during the stay and the staff were accomodating of the odd request to help us out

Emplacement idéal Présence d'un ascenseur très appréciable. Ménage quotidien. Pièce pour prendre un café ou un thé.

Si la chambre est bien isolée de la rue, en revanche l'isolation entre les chambres est à améliorer. Le comportement d'autres locataires voisins a pu être très dérangeant.

Die Lage ist PERFEKT. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer auf den Dom ist SUPER.

Es gibt KEINE Beanstandungen.

Das B&B war total super und ich kann es nur empfehlen!! Schönes Zimmer, super Lage mitten in der Stadt und total nettes Personal!! Zum Frühstücken geht man 5 Minuten zu Fuß, hat aber dafür einen direkten Blick auf das Palazzo Vecchio! Auch hier war das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Ab dem zweiten Tag kannten sie meinen Namen und meine Kaffee Bestellung. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Florenz bin, werde ich garantiert wieder hier buchen!

Perto de todos os pontos principais de Florença. Quarto perfeito! Oferece área para café, muito aconchegante. Atendimento também excelente, com destaque para Melody, que nos recebeu muito atenciosamente. Adoramos todas as recomendações de restaurantes locais que ela nos deu. Voltaremos com certeza!

La ubicación perfecta. Al lado de la plaza de la República, situación inmejorable para conocer toda l zona monumental de Florencia. Habitación limpia y bien amueblada, tercero con ascensor. Silenciosa. Tiene un office con te y café, microondas. Menaje de cocina, plancha,wifi, etc..... con recepcionista hasta las 19h.... si llegas más tarde tienes que acercarte a otro hotel cercano para hacer el cheking.... el personal es muy amable....

La habitación no es muy grande pero suficiente.

Best thing is the location and building vibe. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Very close to public transport including taxi and train.

I think the price is a bit too high for the overall quality of property a services offered. Tea and coffee facility in the room will be good addition. Instead of small paper cups consider using proper tea cups or regular disposable tea cups.
