Cerretani Hotel Firenze - MGallery Collection

Everything

Breakfast was below average

Great value overall. Good location, a couple steps from the Duomo Piazza and about 400m from most monuments. Friendly staff, free water and soft drinks from the mini bar inside the room.

The hotel staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and ideal location in Florence!

Buen desayuno, habitación grande, excelente ubicación 2 min caminando del Duomo

The location is perfect in the center Rooms are Very clean and modern The staff are always very friendly and professional Highly recommend the hotel

Nothing

The central location.

No offer of help with our baggage on arrival, but an offer was made to the guests next in line. On checkout we were asked if we wanted to leave a tip for the staff for their service.

Great location, nice hotel, staff friendly, have stayed two twice now and would recommended

The hotel was situated in the centre of the city, walking distance from the Duomo, main attractions and transport links. The staff were so lovely, they couldn’t do more for us. We had our baby with us and the room we booked was quite small for a cot so they upgraded us to a larger room to suit our needs. The room was exactly what we needed. We were attending for a friends wedding which was in the countryside and the hotel staff kindly found us a reliable lift to and from the venue, at unsociable hours. We were greeted every morning when leaving the hotel with a friendly wave and lots of good chat. The staff were unreal. The afternoon tea during lunch times which was free was a lovely way to get out of the heat during peak heat times. Would 100% recommend!

Nothing!!

Uitstekende locatie, mooie kamer

Location and staff

We had a small problem with the room some water flooding from the ceiling

Nos gustó TODO.

NADA

Great central location, spacious rooms, very quiet

Afternoon snack included with stay

No dental kit provided until you ask for it

The location was great, central and yet tucked away enough from the more busy and congested areas

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like in particular, the breakfast was a bit disappointing though

Loved the staff and their help Stephanie was very helpful and friendly

The location is very good!

The room doesn’t have a nice window.

Great place, best location, clean and spacious room. Recommended!

A beautiful hotel with a great location, excellent cleanliness, and outstanding service. I would especially like to thank the General Manager, Ms. Veronica Broccardi Schelmi, for her personal attention, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

Location is great, most staff are very pleasant & helpful.

Front door - swivel door - doesn’t work properly.

Extremly friendly staff. Especially Al Amir from the Bar/Breakfast staff. The valet service was also perfect and very comfortable. Mini-Gym/Breakfast/Rooms - exactly as promised.

Location was brilliant! Room was lovely and staff professional and friendly.

Nada a apontar.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The location is great being minutes from both the Duomo and SM Novella station. The well functioning air-conditioning was very much appreciated as well. Breakfast was great.

Great location, great staff

The entrance always smells of grey water or a drain problem, no where else did but it was noticeable

Hiç

Everything

Nothing

I loved the accommodations, but i was given an upgraded room because they made a mistake initially, the firat room i was given had a 1/2 view of the duomo, but they put the wrong bag in my room. So then they gave me a fifferent eoom...which was on the first floor overlooking the main street. That was not satisfactory, so they moved me into the suite. Which was amazing

Well that initial shuffle wasnt great, but they also gave me a discount card for an amazing reatauramt where i had lunch awaiting to check in. The lobby had a strong odor of sewage. Not sure what.that was about.

Good location and very clean.

The staff when i checked in was rude and cold, nobody to help us about luggage. The breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel.

Clean , excellent location

Nothing

Excellent central location, making it very easy to explore the city on foot. The train station is also within walking distance, which was very convenient. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially Stefania at reception, who arranged a last-minute private Tuscany day trip for our group with a private driver, as well as excellent lunch and wine-tasting reservations. Her assistance made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

The breakfast offered by the hotel seemed quite expensive compared to the café located right next door, serving excellent coffee and fresh sandwiches.

Lovely quaint hotel, loved the dressing mirror in the bathroom, the open bar fridge and definitely afternoon tea. The ladies at breakfast were amazing and catered to everything we asked for from the kitchen. The cherry on top was the lovely bottle of champagne for my sisters milestone birthday. They really do go the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Great staff and a secure entrance which was nice. Super comfy beds and Stephanie at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Nothing. Loved it!

I truly enjoyed the central location, the warm hospitality of the team, the cleanliness of the rooms, and excellent breakfast.

Great location and the suite was amazing

Everything was amazing

Great location, walking distance to the train station, the Duomo, eateries. Good size room, well-insulated windows, clean. Staff friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I would stay here again.

Welcome drink!

Konumu cok iyiydi , kahvaltısı cok çeşitliydi. İçki ikramı vardı

Yok

Beautiful property in a good location with very nice rooms

There’s some sort of sewage smell in the lobby area

The location was amazing. Literally a maximum of a 10 minute walk to all the sites and restaurants. Our stay was incredible. I would definitely stay here again. Loved the fact that water was included and the hairdryer in the room was one of the finest Italian brands and worked so well which is so unlike standard hotel ones

Location, friendly staff

Location

AC not working

Location

The room was in excellent condition, clean, and recently renewed.

In general, we liked the whole experience

A very comfortable hotel near the Duomo, shops and restaurants.

We had to change rooms as in the first room, the A/C didn’t work. Our next room was lovely, and much larger, but rather dark because it overlooked the stairwell.

RAS

Almost everything. Excellent staff, charming, polite and helpful. Very, very clean, comfortable beds and lovely breakfast. Very quiet despite its Very central location.

The shower was a bit weak. No English channels on the TV.

Pulita e centrale. Ottima la colazione

Tutto apposto
