Bed was comfortable and room was older but clean.

Caught other guests trying to get into our vehicle - almost causing a fight. Front desk indicated they would have security look at cameras - didn't hear anything back. Not sure if they even have security or camaras. Rented three rooms for two nights - one of the rooms had to be moved twice in the two day stay because of maintenance issues. Vending machines were empty/not working and a place to purchase drinks/treats was three blocks away.

I liked the room and the amenities. The pool area is quite nice too.

Our TV was so small. We loved that we had espn+ but the TV could have been bigger than a monitor. The beds were a little uncomfortable too.

Petit déjeuner satisfaisant mais dommage toujours le même menu. A part ça tout s'est bien passé, nous avons été placé au bon endroit pour la chambre coté piscine chambre 230 ,en octobre dernier nous étions au 222 aussi bien merci .Je recommande fortement cet hôtel c'est la 2ème fois que je reviens et je reviendrais c sûr. A notre départ j'avais oublié de laisser 1 pourboire pour la femme de ménage désolée encore LYDIA

Ce que nous avons pas apprécié cette fois ci se sont les cartes qui se démagnétisaient tout le temps à part ça c'était vraiment super

The ice machine on the floor where we are staying is broken.

The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping made sure I had extra towels when I needed them. The room was clean. They have daily housekeeping. I have been to some 5 star hotels like Hilton and Marriotts and most of them don't offer daily housekeeping. You have to ask for it.

We had a very very bad odor when we turned on the bathroom light which turned on the air/vent in there. Just made things uncomfortable in some ways

Great location with plenty of good restaurants working just a few miles, like the Cheesecake Factory and Fogo De chao. Also only 15 min or so from Disneyland. They had awesome water pressure as well! Downside was they do not have a little store to get drinks and snacks like many hotels do.

Great value. Staff polite and friendly. Room clean. Stayed for a week. Room was cleaned when requested. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Close to restaurants, shopping and attractions.

Room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure was good. The ice machine was broken, on the 4th floor, and they wanted $4.50 for a soft drink or bottle of water! That is a ridiculous mark up.

It let me do online check in and upload my license and everything but then I had to present everything again at the hotel. It didn’t actually save time. That’s more on the brand than the actual hotel though I’m guessing.

La atención de Rosa en los desayunos, una persona muy amable y simpática.

Breakfast was acceptable, and the lady who served it was very nice, but the reception staff was a little confused.

It was strange that just one elevator was in the hotel!

The air conditioning did not work and it was uncomfortable. The staff was not able to give us another room or fix the problem. They offered a late check out but why would I want to stay longer in a hot room

Krásné místo, pěkné okolí včetně parku s jezerem, mnoho možností na nákupy a stravování v blízkém okolí, volné parkoviště, bazén k dispozici, snídaně v ceně, dobrá dojezdová vzdálenost do centra LA.

K snídani nebyl příliš velký výběr jídel, bazén byl v době naší návštěvy mírně zakalený.

There is no access to coffee 25/7 and you only get I coffee regular and 1 decaf a day for the coffee machine in your room. I did not like the shower taps to turn on was hard and the water kept running out of the tap at the same time.

Clean public bathroom & sitting area. 4. Breakfast is decent considered free. That could have cost $20 eat out. 5. Bedroom is spacious & clean. Beds are comfortable 6. Bathroom is old with toilet & shower head showing their age 7. Price is good

This is the second time I stayed here in the last 6 months and for the second time the soda machine credit card reader was offline and it did not take cash.

Staff during breakfast, there was a lady w short hair she was excellent!!! I loved seeing her in the mornings. Very nice, and kept everything so stocked up the whole breakfast hours. Thank you to her I didn’t even get her name.

The guy who checked us in was very friendly.

Breakfast was good not enough room for the amount of people eating but we found a spot to eat. The pool was closed my son really wanted to get in but it closed at 9pm but its ok

Four floors four vending machines all four non-working. Not good. Advised the Front Desk who told me they know. Breakfast is served in a tiny little room, which is filled with people. There is no seating and walking in. There is extremely difficult. Parking is very tight. Most probably you will have to park in a back lot with zero security of any kind. The knob pull out in the bathroom shower did not work properly so 50% of the water comes out through the showerhead and the rest of the dribbles out the bathtub spigot. That was room 317 by the way Days Inn.

The rooms were nice and comfy ...when we first arrived they were still cleaning rooms the front desk employee was nice and friendly. The pool was clean and relaxing. Enjoyed our stay. Definitely will come back.

The breakfast needs to be at least till 10am

Woke up too late for breakfast.

The staff scammed us out of our security deposit. They claimed we smoked in our room, but I don't smoke and my boyfriend doesn't smoke. He does chew tobacco, and the staff claimed they found crumbs of tobacco on the floor and bed, but that is easily swept up with a broom and not worth a $250 charge for security deposit and room damages. They scammed me and my boyfriend, and we will never stay here again.

Breakfast was a great bonus. Bed was not comfortable , but room was clean.

I love the breakfast! Although sometimes when I come down at 8:30 there are no more eggs! And it’s disappointing. Breakfast is available until 9am but I want to sleep in.

They should have enough eggs until 9am!

Convenient location for me, quiet area, and a good-sized parking lot.

The beds are still comfortable, but I would recommend that management start paying attention to some of them. I’m concerned that despite the continuous increase in prices, the overall quality of the hotel is declining. The general condition is getting worse. In some bathrooms, the shower faucets are very hard to operate and need real effort to use. The floors that have replaced the carpeting are of poor quality. The front desk staff seem not very focused on the hotel or its guests, which is quite unusual and disappointing. The laundry facilities are constantly occupied by the same people bringing in large bags of clothes and washing late into the night. If you need to do your own laundry, you may have to look for a laundromat nearby. There is also a noticeable smell of smoke on the floors, which I personally find disturbing. All of this is truly disappointing, especially because I have known this place for many years, and it is sad to see its decline. What is really needed is a skilled maintenance professional to systematically address the issues in each room. There is clearly a lot of work to be done.
