Por precio muy bien, y la ubicación relativamente cerca de la playa, toallas las cambian todos los días, desayuno regular.

Los recepcionistas no tienen muchas ganas de trabajar y no te explican nada, un poco bordes. Las sábanas de 6 días que estuvimos no las cambian ni un día, sólo te hacen la cama, el ático terraza no salen ni a mirarlo la limpieza no limpian, las actividades que ofrecía el hotel no avisaban de nada más que vimos a los días una pantalla en la que lo ponía pero recién llegados no nos explican nada, la comida y la cena es un poco caos porque van cerrando zonas del comedor según los que vienen, te sientes como una vaca en los corrales, en el desayuno está una máquina para sacar agua gratis, pero en la comida y la cena cierran la máquina tapandola con un trapo y a pagar 1,50 euros por una botella de 50 cl, cuando vimos que donde venden las bebidas en la comida que a alguna gente que ellos creen les sacan vasos de agua gratis los demás a pagar. Nadie aviso que el ascensor no llegaba al séptimo piso hasta que llegamos al hotel a la recepción, que hay es cuando nos avisaron que el último piso hay que subir andando, menos mal que no tenía a mi cargo nadie impedida o minusválida, los jabones de mano que son pastillas pequeñas no lo reponen ni viendo que no tienes, hasta que no pillas a alguna de la limpieza y le pides, nadie te lo deja y el papel higiénico lo mismo ni aunque vean que no hay no te reponen. Horarios de comida y cena muy limitados. Siendo dos personas no nos dieron más que una tarjeta para la habitación. Nos paso tres veces que sonó una alarma en el ático que parecía que se estaba quemando el hotel o que se derrumbaba y bajamos a preguntar a recepción y la que estaba ahí solo dijo eso es que han fumado en alguna habitación, no me parece normal tendrían que regular esa alarma para que les avisara a ellos y puedan ir a la habitación en la que se está fumando.

El persona de limpieza muy mal educado.no me gustó para nada.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es, sin duda, la gran piscina y las bonitas vistas desde el balcón, que dan directamente a la zona de la piscina. También está muy cerca de la playa, lo que resulta muy cómodo. El personal es amable, atento y ofrece un buen trato. Además, la habitación es amplia y tiene un buen tamaño.

Lo más grave es que se anuncie como un restaurante sin gluten cuando, en la práctica, las opciones son prácticamente inexistentes. En el buffet no hay prácticamente comida sin gluten y los productos ni siquiera están correctamente identificados con sus alérgenos. Para una persona que necesita evitar el gluten, esto genera una enorme inseguridad y demuestra una falta de atención hacia una necesidad alimentaria que debería estar perfectamente contemplada. El único pan sin gluten disponible hay que pedirlo todos los días y, además, solicitar que lo tuesten en una sartén porque ni siquiera disponen de una tostadora específica para pan sin gluten. No hay variedad de productos, no hay prácticamente ninguna otra opción sin gluten y ni siquiera hay repostería. Y el problema no termina ahí. El buffet es muy escaso y bastante pobre en variedad. En varias ocasiones se agotaron productos y no los repusieron, a pesar de que todavía quedaba tiempo para que terminara el servicio. Sinceramente, es difícil entender que un establecimiento pueda presentarse como “sin gluten” ofreciendo tan pocas alternativas y sin una información adecuada sobre los alérgenos. Una experiencia muy decepcionante. Si tienes que comer sin gluten, no esperes encontrar aquí un buffet realmente adaptado ni una oferta que esté a la altura de lo que anuncian. Un auténtico desastre. Y el problema más grave: la discoteca que hay justo enfrente. El ruido y la música se prolongan hasta las 6:30 de la mañana, haciendo prácticamente imposible dormir y descansar. Si vienes buscando tranquilidad, descanso o unas vacaciones relajantes, olvídate: este no es el lugar. Es inadmisible que un alojamiento permita una situación así sin advertir claramente a sus clientes.

Ascensores estropeados El aire acondicionado funciona deficientemente. El Bufet es poco variado y de escasa calidad. Aglomeración de gente en el Bufet, principalmente en el desayuno. Check out demasiado temprano a las 10 horas en un domingo no es algo que facilite el descanso.

Las instalaciones pésimas, se averió el ascensor y utilizamos el de servicio, sólo podrán acceder dos personas. La comida era de poca variedad para elegir.

Arrived late at night, 1 person checking in so took forever. Was asked if I wanted a cot for the baby, I explained that I'd already pre booked this and they told me they would bring one up. Waited until midnight and still no cot despite asking twice and was told it was being put together. In the morning I asked again and was told it was too big for the room! So had to make do with little one sleeping between us on the beds. I also asked for a low floor as I was worried about little one on the balcony, we got put on the top floor. This hotel is very geared towards the Spanish and French, many people seemed to be stopping for just short periods of time rather than a full holiday. Large groups of people on arranged trips which made mealtimes a nightmare. Long queues to get into restaurant and many of the guests appeared to have zero manners. Pushing in, snatching plates full of food when it was bought out, pushing kids out of the way to get what they want. It was worse than a cattle market. Food was ok for a 3 star but often luke warm and much of the same every day. Many times there were no bowls or spoons and you ended up eating with a wooden ice cream spoon! The pool was nice but people reserved sunbeds from very early, many days we noticed towels out until nearly teatime before people made an appearance. Entertainment virtually non existent and nothing on over the weekend. 'Kids disco' round the pool consisted of a speaker playing UB40 and Michael Jackson, not really aimed at kids! Majority of the staff seemed very unhappy and grumpy. Only 1 or 2 had a smile and were welcoming. The English are definitely not made to feel welcome yet despite what people say about us British folk at least we have manners at mealtimes and know how to wait our turn and put rubbish in the bins rather than just throw on the floor!

Jako neudoban krevet, jastuci tanki na kojima je nemoguće spavati. Gužva za večeru je ogromna pa se dugo stoji u redu. Oseća se svaki dan smrad iz toaleta. Čistoća je 0, sedam dana nisu hteli da zamene posteljinu i ako sam vise puta isla na recepciju da zahtevam, pod nijednom nije bio obrisan za 7 dana. Kada stavite da želite čišćenje samo stave čiste peškire i izbace djubre! WiFi postoji ali je neupotrebljiv, jedino radi na recepciji. Gosti pre otvaranja bazena postave svoje peškire na ležaljke i nikoga nema a sve ležaljke zauzete, sto piše da je zabranjeno ali osoblje ne radi nista po tom pitanju. Losa vrednost za uložen novac, definitivno se nikada ne bih vratila!

Me encantó el baño. A 10 minutos a pie de Port aventura y cerca del centro. Si vas a port aventura, pídete el picnic estaba muy bueno si tienes intolerancia pídelo porque está buenísimo.

Propuesta poner que si no estás en la tumbona 40 minutos se saca la toalla porque hay pocas tumbonas. Supongo que será por la lluvia que pero el wifi no iba bien Mucha cola para entrar en el comedor para entrar a comer.

Las normas de hamacas no se hacian cumplir y la gente cojia hamacas desde las 7 de la mañana su hora era apartir de las 9,30 lo cual bajabas a esa hora y ya no tenias hamacas solo sillas. No se hace cumplir las normas de piscina se cierran a las 8,30 tarde pero un dia se metio un monton de gente a las 11 de la noche y nadie les decia nadie y vestidos con ropa de calle. En definitiva las normas no hay nadie que las hago cumplir.

Experiență foarte dezamăgitoare. Din păcate, nu aș recomanda acest hotel. Cea mai mare problemă pentru noi a fost igiena. În restaurant am întâlnit în repetate rânduri farfurii și pahare murdare, iar calitatea mâncării a fost foarte slabă. Bufetul a fost unul dintre cele mai mari minusuri ale sejurului. Nici zona piscinei nu ne-a inspirat deloc încredere. Am văzut cum terasa din jurul piscinei era spălată, iar apa de la spălare se scurgea efectiv în bazinul în care ulterior oamenii continuau să se scalde. De asemenea, în timpul sejurului nostru piscina părea accesibilă inclusiv seara târziu și nu am observat să fie închisă pentru o perioadă de curățare sau tratare. Per total, hotelul ne-a lăsat o impresie foarte proastă în ceea ce privește igiena și calitatea serviciilor. Poziția poate fi convenabilă, dar pentru noi acest lucru nu a compensat problemele întâlnite. Cu siguranță nu am reveni.

En general muy bien, piscina, sala de juegos, cafetería... en las habitaciones hay todo lo necesario. En el comedor había muchísima gente para las comidas y la fila de espera iba rápido.

La única pega que hemos tenido es que en las habitaciones, el interruptor del aire acondicionado está al lado de la puerta de entrada, por lo demás todo muy bien

El tema de las hamacas es un caos , es imposible coger una hamaca ya que desde las 8 están todas reservadas con toallas y la mayoría de la gente que ha puesto las toallas no va en todo el día La mayoría de comentarios dicen que es culpa del hotel y no es asi ,para mi es la poca empatia de la gente,había gente mayor sentada en sillas y las hamacas todas vacías "reservadas" Lo que si me fue un problema y grave es el cocinero que atiende en la plancha muy mal educado llamando la atención a todo el mundo y con una cara de amargado importante este señor sobra de ahí por que el personal es encantador

Les animations. Les animateurs ne sont pas investi , ils répondent froidement et ne sont pas investis dans les animations alors que l’été cela est important. Pas d’informations sur où se situe les animations il faut chercher dans l’hôtel … et répondent quand ils ont envies.

La habitación estaba limpia, las camas eran cómodas y disponer de caja fuerte y minibar fue un punto positivo.

Esperábamos más de la pensión completa: no incluía ni siquiera agua, la comida era bastante repetitiva y había poca variedad para elegir. El aire acondicionado estaba fijado a 20 °C y no se podía regular. También nos pareció negativo que los huéspedes reservaran las tumbonas de la piscina desde la noche anterior o antes de su apertura, a pesar de que el reglamento indica que está prohibido.

Lokacija je odlična. Na pola puta između zabavnog parka Portaventura i plaže. Dobar izbor hrane za večeru.

Hrana koju nude svaki dan za doručak je jako loša. Nedostaje povrća, svaki dan nude samo rajčicu i salatu, dok za večeru ima veliki izbor povrća. Sauna se dodatno naplaćuje. Hotel se nalazi pored nočnog kluba pa je dosta buke tijekom noći.

Staff was nice, rooms were big with nice balconies, but sober. Swimming pool was fantastic, breakfast also.

There are signs that it is not allowed to reserve a sunbed at the pool.. But they dont maintain this rule. At 07:30 all the beds are “taken”. That is terrible. Also there was fitness, but ask €7,50 per time use. Rediculous.

Modern and clean

All sunbeds had towels on at 8am with no one on them!! Not fair at all. Because of this we didn’t have a pool day at all. Aircon remote would be good in the room to control it

The hotel itself was okay — clean, well maintained, daily housekeeping, fresh towels and strong air conditioning. The pools were great, although there definitely weren’t enough sunbeds. Guests were putting towels down before breakfast, making it almost impossible to get one later. The entertainment was basic, but we enjoyed the bingo. The children’s animation team was absolutely fantastic! They were friendly, energetic and organised so many activities. A huge thank you for making our daughter’s holiday so much fun — you guys rock! Unfortunately, communication at reception was difficult due to limited English, and the TUI representative was rarely available during the advertised hours. We had to organise trips and activities ourselves. The biggest disappointment was the food. It was repetitive, dull and often cold. My son even felt sick when entering the canteen and developed stomach problems. To make matters worse, plates, cutlery and glasses were often dirty and clearly not cleaned properly — greasy plates with leftover food stuck to them and glasses with visible lip marks. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for a hotel. Overall, we wouldn’t return to this hotel, mainly because of the food. However, the animation team deserves a huge 5 stars — they were definitely the highlight of our holiday!

Buena ubicación, con diferentes bares y restaurantes cerca. El hotel por dentro es hermoso nuevo y las instalaciones están bien. La habitación muy bien el baño en perfecto estado y limpio. Teníamos una mini nevera y funcionaba muy bien al igual que la televisión y teníamos aire acondicionado. El chiringuito de la piscina es muy económico y sirven papas fritas, Pizza etc. Se come muy bien el personal, tanto de allí como el de la recepción, muy amables y dispuesto ayudar.

Lo único que no nos gustó, es la incomodidad de las camas, ya que son de muelle y no podíamos descansar bien, al igual que las almohadas eran incómodas. Teníamos problemas con la llave de acceso a la habitación que teníamos que bajar a cambiarla, nos pasó un par de veces, pero lo demás todo bien

No estaba muy limpio cuando llegué por primera vez al hotel. Y la hora de la limpieza de las habitaciones no es la mejor hora.

Excelente ubicación

This is our second year at this hotel, its not particularly fancy but it does what it says on the tin, a great central location for a reasonable price. Two big pools, no idea on the sunbed situation as we weren't tragic enough to be up at the crack of dawn to reserve one, later in the day there were always several free (when we left at 7 this morning people were already sat out!) Didn't eat in the restaurant as there are an abundance of eating places in Salou. We did eat lunch at the pool bar a couple of times, quick service and reasonably priced. We did have a drink in the bar each evening and must praise Luis, he was so polite and attentive and really made the effort to make a fuss of our son. Rooms are small but functional, i do feel the cleanliness wasn't so good this year, our beds weren't changed as often as the floor in our room was gritty as though it hadn't been swept but clean towels were left everyday. We had a fridge in our room which we didn't pay for. Our room overlooked the road but there was noise at night once the door was shut. Good air con but can't turn it off so room can be chilly with door shut. Overall we had a really nice return visit, it isn't luxury but for the price I don't know what people are expecting. Be polite and respectful to the staff and they can't do enough for you.

Great hotel minute walk to shops. 5 minutes to beach. Food was varied and tasty. Nightly entertainment and rooms very comfy. 2 pools. Plenty of sunbeds.

Cerca de la playa

Quiero dejar mi más objetiva opinión sobre este Hotel. No es la primera vez que estamos por Salou, y por tanto hemos estado en otros hoteles también de tres estrellas, y las comparaciones son odiosas. Me ha decepcionado este hotel por varios motivos, los cuales expongo por si te pasa como a mí y quieres hacer un viaje con tu pareja para desconectar, estuvimos una semana y pagamos 1.300€ con media pensión. Primero de todo, el hotel digamos que tiene dos edificios, uno más moderno con tres ascensores y otro más antiguo de siete plantas con un solo ascensor que únicamente llega a la sexta planta y luego tienes que subir por unas escaleras hasta la séptima. Este último caso fue el nuestro, sin que nadie nos avisara. Una odisea para coger ese ascensor con la cantidad de gente que éramos en ese edificio. Al estar en la séptima planta el personal de limpieza no le facilitan un carrito de limpieza que esté siempre en esa planta por lo tanto a veces no está tan bien atendida. Importante, hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones pero no tienes mando para regular la temperatura lo cual es absurdo y súper incómodo, yo realmente he pasado bastante frío, incluso me he resfriado al no poder ir variando la temperatura y tener siempre una. Luego, la piscina debe de abrir (cuando llega el socorrista) en torno a las 10:00 de la mañana, sin embargo desde antes de las 07:00 de la mañana los huéspedes, en su mayoría ingleses, se encargan de bajar a poner sus toallas ocupando todas las hamacas. Es decir, que si estás de vacaciones y quieres dormir un poco más para no madrugar como cuando vas a trabajar olvídate o renuncia a tener una hamaca, porque el personal del hotel tiene pleno conocimiento y no hace nada para evitar esto. Adjunto foto para que veáis que a las 07:00 ya estaba casi todo lleno. Los horarios de desayuno/comida/cena para mí como española no son muy amplios. Desayuno de 8 a 11, comida 13 a 15 y cena 19:30 a 22.

Not sure where to even start with this hotel. Location - short walk to the main strip/beach Atmosphere - This hotel had zero Rooms - a little on the small side and no airer to hang wet clothing on the balcony. Cleanliness - Rooms just mopped and not swept, dust all over. Bedding never changed once in the whole 2 weeks we were there. On arrival the room smelt musky and felt dirty. Toilets covered in human feces daily at the pool and in the main building. Pool - Two big enough pools, pool area not cleaned properly with rubbish from the day before still under sunbeds. Manageress came down on day 9 and started removing towels from beds, ripping them from underneath children as well as adults, bang out of order. Told us the pool area doesn’t open until 9:30 yet there’s no signage stating this and also gave attitude when questioned which she got straight back. Lifeguards one rule for the Spanish and another for the rest of us. Sat on phones scrolling away instead of paying attention. Food - very repetitive, not much choice for little ones resulting in a lot of kids refusing to eat. People pushing in the line, touching food and putting it back. Value - I know it’s only a 3 star and you get what you pay for but for £5000 I expected better than this Entertainment - None existent! Animation team turned up for a couple of hours a day, shame really as it would have kept a lot of kids entertained throughout the day. No mini disco on a night resulting in kids just running riot and parents getting stressed out. Staff - we found them to be very rude. On leaving today we were refused our deposit back as we did t have the receipt for the safe. She never told us on arrival we needed it and argued the fact that she did, talking to another lad on reception in Spanish and laughing. Not acceptable and can keep the €10 euros if she’s that desperate for it. Also charged to use a fridge for 2 weeks that wasn’t that cold and needed for insulin. Some guests we spoke to weren’t charged for use of it so why were we? Absolute joke of a hotel and we would never return. Manageress needs to sort hers and her staffs attitudes out and improve the hotel massively. Only good thing about this hotel was the aircon!!

la piscina un descontrol total por las hamacas te dan una pulsera porque hay seguridad y nadie controla, abren a las 9:30 la piscina y desde primera hora ya están reservadas con toallas (incluso de madrugada he llegado a ver ponerlas) y luego no hay ni una disponible, muchas de ellas se pegan horas sin nadie, solo la toalla. un día que fui a coger una hamaca me salio una trabajadora muy desagradable que no podía, que tenia que irme, cuando había al menos 30 personas en las hamacas. la animación sosa y sin ritmo. Se que hotel, después de haber ido el año pasado en octubre y este en julio, no volveré a pisar.

Location amazing Atmosphere good until all the school kids came. If I wanted to stay with all the kids, I’d come in School holidays. Rooms are okay, Bit on the small side, but you don’t live in them The food was hit and miss more miss than. A bit tight on replenishment especially the puddings mostly got swapped for fruit so it out m quite a lot which we don’t normally do The best part of the hotel was the swimming pools. They’re amazing. you can get some bed if it’s about 9 o’clock. if you come down about 11 o’clock looking for a sunbed if another one scattered about. Snack bar was basic, okay? Just had some crispy chips. All the staff are friendly and welcoming

Be careful when you go to the California Garden with your family. They staf or gest can still and no body can find even CCTV is on. Please avoid if you don't want it bad experience. They stole my thing inside to the hotel.

Got this hotel through tui package holiday half board and it was spot on hotel decent all staff very helpful food is what youd expect from here nothing great but not bad pool area nice and tidy 2 good pools and location spot on really enjoyed it here

Wow what an unfair write up this hotel gets. I’ve came here with my daughter for ten nights.. It’s been renovated to a very high standard. One of the pools are heated , shallower areas for little ones, fountains for splashing in. Little park to the back of hotel and a kids club and evening entertainment.. It’s in a great location for the beach, main strip and portaventura are all close by. Personally I think it’s much better than the 3 star rating it gets! Extremely modern, the whole hotel is spotless.. the food… yes there is a bit less choice (but this is not an all inclusive), always choice of pizza/pasta for those that are a bit more picky but always something to eat; I’ve only experienced hot food, nothing wrong with the quality of it. We are half board so going out for food too but what we’re getting in the hotel is defo good enough. English sausages which are perfect for my 13 year old who is a bit more picky whereas I’m willing to try a bit of everything.. we are pleasantly surprised by this hotel and for the price we paid we are very much satisfied with this hotel.

Pros: location can’t fault the location very flat which was great as mum needs a wheelchair for longer walks. Very close to bars shops etc. pool area great size no rush for sunbeds no matter the time of day. Hotel was clean rooms clean. Bedrooms, it looks like the superior rooms are on the higher levels we were on floor 6 which was fresh and modern with walk in shower. Mum was on floor 3 which was very tired looking and outdated, shower over the bath. Cons:WIFI WAS NOT WORKING FOR 6/7 days 10-17 July reception staff didn’t really seem to care as they just said maintenance was working on it. lots of big groups seem to book this hotel between 15-30 disabled groups and school trips. School pupils were running up and down corridor at 11.30pm they seemed to be on floor 3 or lower down. We asked to get mum moved but they wanted €100 ( we just moved mum to floor 6 and we took floor 3. As stated on another post take your own kettle. Food was average (microwave available as it can be look warm) Entertainment was poor, pool very noisy. Pool view rooms are very noisy and still very hot in the early evening. Street view rooms are much cooler and quiet. Would we return to this hotel sorry but No. hotel has no atmosphere. We did have a lovely time, switch dinner to lunch and go out for dinner and entertainment as the dining experience was more canteen then hotel 3 star hotel so yes you get what you pay for but at over £1000 each I was a little disappointed.

Several very large groups of children/teenagers being allowed to run riot in the hotel for my entire stay! Running up & down corridors at night, very loud. Taking over the pool on mass. The first day i was there, an incident happened where they ran into others & an adult bacame angry, confronting them & the police were called! If you complain to reception, expect them to be rude and dismissive. Food very average, lukewarm, nothing exciting. Restaurant utter chaos, layout is bad with drinks area next to people getting food. Again, staff were rude in the restaurant. I had a tiny box balcony so didn't spend any time there. Room is decent with large bathroom. It's a basic room service each day, surfaces & floors wers not cleaned. The only positive iŵs the loation is good for shops & 10 minute walk to ths beach. I would not recomnend this hotel. The higlight of my holiday was visiting the beach, a day trip to Montserrat & Colonia Guell. Beautiful day out to Tarragona town - stunning.

My first time visiting Salou, the place is so nice but this hotel made the holiday a let down. It was like having a holiday in a youth hostel. About 200 school children running riot day and night. Taking over the hotel pool splashing toddlers, running about the hotel screaming, shouting and banging on room doors till 3am. I went down and complained to the security guard who told me to go to reception, I told the man there and he said tell the security guard, just not interested at all. There were long queues for the restaurant and then having to find a clean table, it was like a school canteen with all the kids. The food was always the same and all very bland. The old man serving the drinks in there was so rude and the same with the older man who served behind the bar. Just not interested in serving and then throws your change on the bar. Entertainment was either non existent or rubbish.
