The breakfast was delicious, the hospitality out of this world outstanding, the rooms were darling, and the location is gorgeous. A great stay, fantastic sleep, and would definitely come back again. A 30-minute walk into main town of Killarney, or 7 minute drive by taxi.

Super venlig og hjertevarm betjening. Fuldstændig som vi håbede på da vi bestilte B&B. Vores værelse var helt fantastisk med en balkon og udsigt ned til en rislende bæk. De to andre værelser var store og rummelige. Virkelig lækker morgenmad. Perfekt gåafstand til byen. Vores store børn var super begejstrede. Her kunne vi have boet hele ugen. Vi har på vores lille rundrejse i Irland boet fem forskellige steder. De to B&Bs var klart det mest personlige og hjertevarme (fremfor hotellerne). De varmeste anbefalinger fra hele vores familie til dette B&B som bare var helt perfekt og fantastisk beliggende.

We stayed at different hotels on our trip to Ireland, but the guest house was by far the best experience. Clean, quiet, and the owner was lovely. Breakfast was great!

Our host Eileen was amazingly friendly. She showed us to our room and gave us all the information we could have needed in our stay in Killarney. The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was amazing. It was my first experience with a true B&B and it set the bar high. I highly recommend.

We stayed in a double room with a balcony to the outside with a direct view of the river! The bed was extremely comfortable! The bathroom had a shower and a tub! Breakfast was to order in a well decorated and ordered dining room! It is located near attractions and center city. I would love to visit again! Thanks Eileen, Tim and crew.

Beautiful B&B just on the outskirts of Killarney. House and ground's beautiful and room very spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Would certainly stay again.

Room was very warm due to the hot weather so a fan in the room or some sort of Aircon unit in the room's would be great.

Eileen is a lively and admirable host who finds time to talk to all her guests. The location near the River Flesk is a bonus as it calms the mind.

The well-equipped apartment lacks a stove; for fried eggs book a lovely and hearts breakfast at Eileen’s ;)

Eileen is such a lovely host, very welcoming. Great bed, great shower and lovely to sit next to the river in the garden.

The room we had upstairs was quiet warm, even though only 22C outside and hard to ventilate with only one window. Also very very thin walls, we heard the television on the one end and someone snoring on the other side. Price quality therefore a bit unbalanced.

Todo estaba limpísimo. Todas las necesidades cubiertas. Un paisaje espectacular en el patio junto al río. El desayuno riquísimo y con posibilidad de que te lo haga para llevar si te vas pronto! Muchísima tranquilidad y amabilidad por parte de Eileen. Ha sido magnífica estancia.

Absolutely lovely B&B with the nicest host you’ll ever have! The background overlooks a river and there are a bunch of chairs and tables to enjoy the view and eat lunch. The options for breakfast were varied and the host was always there to cater to your specific needs. Overall the loveliest B&B I’ve been to!

The location is a little far from city center and the main attractions (about 30 min of walk away). It shouldn’t be a problem if you have a car but definitely consider it if you’re on foot.

The location was beautiful and tranquil. We didn't walk into Killarney, but we easily found somewhere to park. The breakfast was lovely. We had a huge room and a huge bed. Very comfortable. We took a tour bus to take us round the Ring of Kerry, which picked us up and dropped us off at Crystal Springs. Highly recommend staying here

Although the bathroom had all mod cons, the handle on the toilet needed adjusting and the shelf in the shower was far too high up

Nothing. It’s a bit of a walk into town but we knew that when we booked it. There was no problem walking it at night though - it was well lit and there are sidewalks the whole way.

Excellent staff. Eileen is a delight and so helpful organising our trips around the Dingle and Kerry peninsulas. Proximity to the river and the city was brilliant. Breakfast was superb.

Our host, Eileen, was wonderful. She couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a great stay. The location is fantastic. It feels like you’re deep in the countryside but you’re only a short drive / walk away from the Killarney town centre. Our room was very spacious and the king size bed was very comfy. The breakfast, served in a stunning dining room that overlooks the river, is incredible - way too much choice. There is also plenty of free parking on site.

I traveled all around Ireland and this was my absolute favorite place I stayed! The staff was so accommodating, the grounds were unbelievable! Sitting outside with a glass of wine watching the creek and surrounded by peace was incredible! It was so peaceful but in 5 minutes you could be in the town square! The food and service was incredible?

Wohnzimmer mit künstlichem Kamin, der nicht funktioniert, Küche ohne Fenster und dunkel wie kalt, winziges Dusch-/WC-Bad mit ca. 2 m2. 2 KM bis ins Zentrum. EUR 220 pro Nacht ohne Frühstück. The room with a balcony offered a beautiful view of the river and the forest in front of it. The calm and idyllic atmosphere where the B&B is located was wonderful. The host, Eileen, and her team were gorgeous. Also, the possibilities to park right in front of the B&B were very nice. Regarding the breakfast, there was a very wide selection and generous portions. The porridge was perfect. Everything is freshly prepared daily by Eileen and the team. By car, all points of interest around Killarney and the national park, can be reached in a few minutes.

Because the B&B is located in such a calm and idyllic area, it is a bit secluded. This means that walking into the center of Killarney takes around 20 to 25 minutes, which might be a bit far on foot for some. However, for us, the peacefulness completely made up for it.

Lovely accommodation in a fantastic setting, as the river is at the bottom of the garden! Rooms superb. Good location near Muckross Road with easy access to local sights. Host and staff very kind, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended.

Eileen was very helpful and responsive to our needs. She has a beautifully decorated property that is very clean and well cared for. Her breakfast is top notch. Amazing really.

Just wish we could get the room a little warmer, but Eileen made sure we had the blankets we needed.

Very clean. Room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plenty enough, and that's coming from a big eater. The outdoor is very beautiful, adjacent to the river. And they have a relaxing room in there. Staff were very nice and polite. But the highlight was Harvey the gentle giant :)

This b and b was absolutely amazing the best ive ever been in and even better than a hotel . The people who ran in were such such lovely people. The outside view and lake I could stay there forever what a beautiful wonderful enjoyable experience. First class I will be back

Crystal springs is a lovely property by the river about a 25 minute walk from town. Eileen is very welcoming, helpful and cooks an awesome breakfast.

We were in the small apartment 101. It great to be self sufficient but the oven is portable and therefore small. There is no stovetop (we didn't need one but…). OUR MAIN CONCERN was the heating. It is controlled on a timer and went off AT 8PM. The apartment lists sofa bed and safety box but there wasn't either. The photos for this apartment appear to be the cabin by the river but the apartment is under the main lodge and you can hear noise from next door and upstairs.

La calefacción la controlan por temporizador y se enciende y se apaga cuando ellos marcan, con lo cual la temperatura de la habitación oscilaba entre 18 y 21, haciendo frio. independientemente de la temperatura que se ponga en los radiadores eléctricos. El baño tiene un extractor que la compuerta no funciona con lo cual acaba siendo un agujero por el que entra mucho frio, además el calefactor del baño no funcionaba por lo cual siempre estaba muy frio. La cocina no tiene vitrocerámica ni sartenes, solo hay una airfryer, un microondas y un hornito.

The location was in a great place, the hostess was very sweet, and the breakfast was amazing. Her dining area is beautiful with lovely views by the river.

Really our only complaint was that the hostess uses a Ring doorbell to monitor the guests coming and going. This isn't a problem, but the chimes were by our room and we could hear it quite clearly when guests were coming and going. It woke me up at 5:30 a.m. when she had some guests leaving early in the morning.

Host was amazing couldn't do enough for us even went out and got something vegan for breakfast which she didn't have to do breakfast was perfect would definitely stay again

Sehr ruhige Lage direkt am Fluss gelegen, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und mit einem sehr leckeren Frühstück verpflegt. Auch eine sehr nette Karte mit Empfehlungen für Bars und Restaurants gab es. Der Garten mit der kleinen Hütte ist eine wundervolle Oase und lädt zum entspannen ein.

Zu Fuß war es nach Killarney schon eine gute halbe Stunde.

Pyszne śniadanie, dzień wcześniej zamawia się konkretne dania, w których jest spory wybór: naleśniki, owsianki, jajka z bekonem itp. Przemiła właścicielka, która cały czas interesuje się gośćmi. Uroku dodaje również piesek biegający po podwórku, a także domek letni z widokiem na rzekę.
