Rooms were very basic compared to what I expected. No comfortable chair to sit on behind the desk nor elsewhere in the room. Bathroom complete but very small. No proper english news channel only fox and bloomberg. No closet to put your cloths. Bed only accessible from one side as the other side was put against the wall. Advertises being close to trainstation but walking to the station with small rolling suitcase is difficult due to bad condition of the streets. Had to take a taxi.

Saya sangat puas menginap di hotel ini. Salah satu yang paling berkesan adalah sarapannya yang benar-benar luar biasa. Menunya sangat bervariasi, dan semua makanan yang saya coba memiliki rasa yang enak. Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, dan terawat dengan baik. AC berfungsi dengan sangat baik, dingin, sementara koneksi internet lancar sehingga nyaman digunakan untuk bekerja maupun hiburan. Selain fasilitasnya yang lengkap, seluruh staf hotel juga sangat ramah, sopan, dan sigap membantu. Mulai dari proses check-in hingga check-out, pelayanannya terasa hangat dan profesional sehingga membuat pengalaman menginap semakin menyenangkan. Lokasi hotel juga sangat strategis. Di sekitar hotel terdapat banyak pilihan tempat makan yang mudah dijangkau. Di dalam hotel juga tersedia mini market serta booth oleh-oleh, sehingga tidak perlu repot keluar dari hotel.

I don’t recommend this hotel for people travelling for business as the reception staff refused to give the invoice of my stay claims that this is not allowed to give invoices to guests who booked by booking.com and I didn’t book directly with them. I explained for 2 receptionists that I booked directly through booking.com and I need the invoice to provide it to my company but they insisted to refuse and I asked to meet the manager but he was late in a meeting then I left disappointed because I was in rush without any solutions.

The room was really clean and the facilities were great for the price.

You have to pay a 200,000 deposit and they only accept credit card or cash. This isn't on the website anywhere so if you don't have either you need to go to an ATM before you can check in

Wir haben hier nur eine Nacht auf der Weiterreise verbracht. Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung, sauber und man hatte genug Platz. Das Hotel an sich ist ziemlich hellhörig. Die Lage war für uns in Ordnung, man erreicht fussläufig einige Restaurants (obwohl man sagen muss dass Medan keine besonders Fußgänger-freundliche Stadt ist)

- Hellhörig - Wir hatten geplant, Wäsche waschen zu lassen, das ist allerdings ziemlich teuer und deshalb haben wir es gelassen.

Swiss Berlin is a nice pit-stop hotel in the city. We stayed for one night, and the room was spacious and clean. All the basic amenities were provided. We especially enjoyed the breakfast spread—although not very large, it was satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Maybe can improve the televesion quality as the channels are not really clear.

A really nice 3 star hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable bed and helpful staff. Its a massive building and feels professional, not 'home'. The staff were happy to help answer my questions. The breakfast is an extra 100k but totally worth; a grand buffey with everything you could want to eat in the morning.

Nothing much to say. The site mentions a gym, this is 2 cardio machines and some free weights, you'll have to go elsewhere for a strenght training session.

They said I broke the glass in bathroom and requested fine RP40000 but I did not do it and refused to pay. They showed me broken glass with sharp edge that could injure my leg. But I am very sure I did not use the glass and never saw it broken on the floor, probably the cleaner broke it and passed the responsibility to me.

the staffs are helpful and the also kind enough to book transport for me. Only thing is not much choices food at night. The front guard are very polite .

The beds were lousy and making noises. Hot/cold shower was difficult to adjust. No hangers in shower area.

Le petit déjeuner extraordinaire! L’hôtel est bien situé entre tous les sites touristiques du centre ville. Facile d’accès en venant de l aéroport via le train puis un peu de marche.un bon rapport qualité prix.

Les chambres sont bruyantes mais un peu comme partout en Indonésie.

Loved how friendly and polite the staff was, the place is always clean, food was great and bed always made comfortable.. Placed very close near all the interesting places like Tjong A Fie Mansion, Maimoon palace, the malls, hospitals etc.

Main bathroom on family suite always smells loke sewer from 20pm to 23pm, and the drainage in shower seems clogged.

Your restaurant staff took excellent care of me when I fainted from heat stroke in the restaurant.

Medan felt tatty- we were there to join a tour, would not go otherwise.

Everything. It is well located in Medan. The staff are exceptional and couldnt do more for you. The room (for which I was kindly upgraded) was spacious and comfortable, with great facilities - safe, fridge, hairdryer, aircon. Breakfast was accommodating to most / all diets - I was concerned as a vegetarian but I left having had plenty.

Everything you need for a town-centre hotel. The rooms are small (but the bathrooms are very big!) but come with a kettle which is useful. The central atrium gives an airy feel, but it does mean that if people are chatting noisily in the lobby, the noise travels up to all the sleeping floors, so can be intrusive if you're wanting an early night. It's within walking distance of the Mosque (where the staff are very accommodating to visitors) and a big shopping centre. On the road behind the hotel there are little restaurants and popular street-food stalls.

Delicious breakfast and lovely staff. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and pretty comfy beds too.

The gym needs some maintenance, everything other than the treadmill are very clunky to operate. The floor tiles in the room get dusty fast. They provide slippers, but if you enjoy being barefeet get an extra towel to remove the dust :)

We booked the best room, but it's window faced indoors and people on the other side of the internal courtyard area can look across and into the room. The breakfast menu was only ok, but the food quality was not good. By 8am on Sunday many of the breakfast dishes had run out.

AC not working well, staff can not do anything. One of my family room wet in the bed, must be happened during cleaning.

Bathroom too dark, all black and no shelf near basin. They couldn't supply a plug for the basin so I could shave. Hot food at breakfast would run out and not be refilled
