There is no hotel restaurant, although quite a nice restaurant adjacent.

Das Zimmer war luxuriöses und sauber und das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Selbst nachts ist der Eingang des Hotels noch einladend, weil die Straße schön beleuchtet ist. Ich habe mich als alleinreisende Frau sehr sicher gefühlt.

Wir fanden das Hotel spitze! Man ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten am Bahnhof und nebenan befindet sich eine Mall. Die Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war klein (besonders das Badezimmer), aber sauber und gemütlich. Wasser gab es ebenfalls in Wasserspendern am Gang. Top Hotel aus unserer Sicht!

The staff was so kind and helpful. Very warm start of our holiday. The room had everything we needed and the bed was perfect! We slept very well here. Location is also perfect with lots of very good coffee rooms nearby. Thanks Desatu for the good time we had here! :)

Комната маленькая, но кровать большая и комфортная! Для одного человека идеально!

Прекрасный отель , я останавливаюсь постоянно только в нем!! Сотрудники очень дружелюбные. Отзывчивые и внимательные. Расположен около торгового центра и поезда в аэропорт Чисто, уютно, комфортно. Вода на этаже питьевая и горячая и холодная. Лифт есть.Камера хранения багажа!! Холодильник на рецепшен гостевой! Все продумано и удобно.

-First of all, great location, central - next to the mall. -short walk to the merdeka square. -Very convenient with lots of eateries nearby. -Staff is helpful and friendly. -Room space is enough for a night or two stay

-It might get a little noisy at night due to the open bar downstairs -Cab needs to pay s small fee to pick you up from lobby.

L’hôtel est situé dans une rue avec peu de circulation. Il se trouve à 6/7 mns à pied de la gare. Parfait si on doit se rendre à l’aéroport (trajet gare -aéroport 45mns). Le lit est très grand et super confortable. Je suis arrivée en avance (à 11h : normalement remise des clés à 14h) : j’ai pu avoir ma chambre de suite (soit elle était déjà libre, soit le personnel l’avait déjà nettoyée ?). Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Il est à côté de toutes commodités (centres commerciaux, restaurants, Telkomsel pour les cartes SIM touristes,…)

Actually the location was superb. The mall was just beside the hotel, 5 mins walk. Hotel was very easy to locate. But everything goes out to the staff. I didnt get the name of the staff. To the staff that handled my family request, we thank you so much. My family demands are just out of the world, but he maintain his professionalism. We did not get a chance to thank and tip him because for only 2 nights of stay, he has done so much for us.

Didnt have a kettle to boil hot water. Had to travel down the hall to the water dispenser.

The hotel is located in the downtown area with a mall and a number of restaurants close by (Marine is fabulous. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. An issue was the small window yhat looked directly (as in less than a meter) into another building under construction next door. This really should be disclosed as a "no window" room since you can"t have a smidgen of privacy with the curtain open.

The room was clean, small and comfortable. Its location is convenient, being close to Centre Point mall. It also has a wide variety of foods to choose from the shopping mall. The staff were friendly and attentive too. Overall it was nice!

Location was good and next to Central Point Mall ! Hotel is decent and surroundings were brightly lit and safe.

We were offered rooms which was on the smoking floor as they checked us in earlier at 12pm. They sanitised the place but the smell of cigarette seemed to linger. If you prefer non-smoking rooms, you may insist.

Location is excellent, just beside Centre Point Mall and a crawl away from the train station. There are plenty of local and international food options across the road, including a convenience store. We made a last minute booking for a Superior Queen Room and was accomodated promptly. Considering the smaller room size, the layout maximized shelf and storage space for items and luggage, and still had space for a single window. Clean, comfortable, and would stay again next time.

Due to the last minute booking of a Superior Queen Room, they had to place us on the smoking floor due to a lack of other non-smoking rooms so there was a faint hint of tobacco in the rooms and corridor, but that is to be expected, my bad. Please remember to book early and specify non-smoking rooms if tobacco is a deal-breaker for you. The bed frame was a little squeaky. The clothes hanger setup is fixed and rather low which obstructs one of the bedside tables. Minimal hooks to hang wet towels. There is only a rain shower in the bathroom, without a hand held shower head necessitating the use of shower caps. Ride hailing services entering the area will be charged 5000 Rp on exiting as the hotel is within the mall's parking zone.

No tissue in the room,provided only in the toilet. No bottled water. Hot and cold water only provided at the dispenser a few steps away. Overall still a comfortable room

Good hotel, the room is nice, very clean, tidy, complete emenities, refill drinking water outside the room, deposite box inside the room, except there's no fridge ... Strong shower, cool aircond, comfort bed/pillow/linen...

The location was excellent, easily accessible from Medan City Rail station. The hotel is also next to Medan largest shopping mall.

The hotel is a bit rundown. The restaurant was not operational even for a small breakfast. While there was free water fountain in the corridor, water was never hot. A boiler in the room would have been more appropriate.

The bathroom is with wall glass panel. Not closing till the top. Need to keep the exhaust fan on during the stay but the same switch also connects to the light. It is bothering when you like to sleep without light.

Rooms with windows and without windows should not be tag at cost. Difference in room amenities should be the cost factor. Windows are essential for a room. In case of emergency windows could be an escape route. Me having phobia in confined space will avoid staying in such room. Glad reception could arrange a windowed room. To note... It was fully booked when we check in. Should check with hotel or be make known in booking apps prior booking is made.
