Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Little gem of a hotel. Perfect location. All sea view rooms with stunning views. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast with plenty of variety. Great friendly staff. Great bar prices with drinks served in sparkling clean glasses . We have stayed a number of times at the Nadal and wouldn't stay anywhere else.
There is fabulous pool area but it would be nice to have a handrail into the pool to avoid any slips on the steps when entering the pool. Padded chair and lounger cushions would be an added touch. Personally I found the pillows very high and hard but that is personal choice.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The location is excellent — right by the sea, with plenty of restaurants nearby and everything within walking distance. What we especially loved was the incredible sea view from our room. Waking up and going to sleep with that view was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. But the biggest compliment goes to the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming.

Imposible aparcar vas a unas vacaciones y no te puedes mover del sitio por qué para aparcar tienes que perder horas… luego se aviso de un problema de salud por el cual se tuvo que abandonar 2 días antes el hotel y se negaron den devolver la parte proporcional, para el precio que costó instalaciones obsoletas

Singurul lucru care m-a deranjat a fost gălăgia făcută de doamnele de la curățenie în timpul zilei, în timpul orelor de odihnă: trântit uși, mutat mobila etc

The only downside was the breakfast, which was identical every morning and could definitely use a bit more variety. Would happily stay again!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Die Lage und der Ausblick sind fantastisch und alle Zimmer haben Meerblick. Die Zimmer passen zu den drei Sternen, etwas altmodisch minimalistisch, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, nur der Kleiderschrank ist klein für drei Personen. Leider ist das Personal komplett überfordert und läuft buchstäblich um alles am Laufen zu halten, das merkt man dann auch als Gast. Das ist keine Kritik am Personal, sondern am Hotel. Das Frühstück ist eher eine Beilage zum Café, aber passt erneut zur Kategorie. Insgesamt war es eine schöne Zeit und die Aussicht (8.Stock an der Seite Richtung Strand) übertrifft den Rest.

Souci de synchronisation pour le nettoyage de la chambre qui à plusieurs reprises n'était pas fait vers 15h30, malgré le petit panneau dès 10h30-11h00 indiquant que la chambre était disponible pour le faire. On aurait préféré un nettoyage fait plus tôt dans la journée

L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont bien entretenues et le personnel est très agréable, accueillant et serviable. Le service est de qualité et tout le personnel est toujours disponible et souriant. Le séjour s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. Nous avons également apprécié la propreté des espaces communs et l’ambiance agréable de l’hôtel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Le principal point négatif de notre séjour concerne malheureusement l’accueil et l’attitude d’une partie du personnel, qui manque parfois de chaleur, de sourire et de sens du service. Je tiens toutefois à souligner la gentillesse du monsieur qui nous a accueillis le premier jour, ainsi que celle d’une dame du restaurant. Concernant le restaurant, nous avons vécu deux situations assez décevantes. Une première fois, l’accès nous a été refusé pour le déjeuner au motif qu’il était presque l’heure de fermeture. Une autre fois, alors qu’il était environ 14h55 et que y avait pas mal de tables vide, on a voulu nous déplacer vers une table au fond en invoquant des réservations à venir. Nous avons finalement préféré partir manger ailleurs, sans que cela semble poser le moindre problème. Le lendemain matin, l’attitude de la même personne au petit-déjeuner nous a également mis mal à l’aise. C’est dommage, car dans un hôtel, au-delà des équipements, la qualité de l’accueil et le sentiment d’être considéré comptent énormément.

No mirror in main bedroom area.. would have loved tea/coffee in room. and bar area closed by 6pm.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel had a lovely, relaxing atmosphere and was an ideal base for our stay. Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Can't beat the location and great staff . Breakfast is spot on as long as you don't think you are getting English bacon as it's Spain and bacon hasn't been near a pig in Spain . Everything else was spot in.
Maybe the cleaners could keep an eye out for hair after mopping the room. Only 1 lift so breakfast time is best to use the stairs . Needs a noise curfew as the people next door thought a good time to come home and start partying was half past 1am so not ideal untill half 3. This is our 3rd or 4th stay so it's not all the time but the walls are thin and ear plugs didn't help much.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026My second time time staying here and I absolutely loved it. Amazing sea and beach view from the room. The hotel is very clean and the staff are all lovely, polite and helpful. A really calm vibe about the place which was perfect. Breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from and the eating area overlooking the sea was amazing.
It’s not really a dislike and it did not make my stay any less enjoyable. It’s just something I personally would have liked, coffee making facilities in the room.

L’espace piscine est sympa … le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bien également … l’endroit est calme et le personnel est juste génial et professionnel … au niveau du ménage rien à redire La clim fonctionne du tonnerre et le frigo est hyper pratique !!! Malgré que nous l’adorons il serait temps pour améliorer la qualité perçue de changer les matelas et de rénover l’espace piscine (notamment ajouter des parasols) … et ce sera plus que parfait !!!

Le seul point négatif est que le lit n'était pas confortable. Le matelas était pas top , ce qui a rendu les nuits moins reposantes.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Am meisten haben mir das Frühstücksbuffet mit der großen Auswahl sowie die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter gefallen.
Die Zimmerausstattung hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem hat es ständig unangenehm gerochen, sodass man sich dort überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt hat.

Le fait que le nettoyage de la terrasse se fasse le matin aux heures du petit déjeuner La dame arrose de partout et ça sent fort l’eau de javel c’est très désagréable Et il est aussi désagréable de voir des dizaines de chiens faire leur besoins juste devant vous qui êtes sur la terrasse en train de déjeuner ou boire un verre Et avoir comme vue des crottes qui sortent du derrière des chiens continuellement Ce coin est devenu le WC de tous les chiens de Benidorm playa de Levante

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nadal in Benidorm. The location is absolutely perfect — the sea is just a few steps away, and in my opinion this is one of the most beautiful parts of Benidorm for swimming. The room was very comfortable, the bed was really good and I slept very well. The air conditioning worked perfectly and made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was very good, especially considering the price I paid. I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews, because for the value you get, I think the hotel offers a great experience. A special thanks to the great location, comfortable stay and the overall atmosphere. I would gladly come back again and I highly recommend Hotel Nadal.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Bezkonkurenčný výhľad na more z každej izby, skvelé a pestré raňajky, milý personál. V izbe bolo vždy naozaj čisto. Skvelá lokalita, 2 minúty od pláže, v okolí je veľa reštaurácii a barov.
Hotelová reštaurácia by mohla byť otvorená dlhšie a zvuková izolácia v izbách by mohla byť lepšia.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026The hotel was perfect, the location steps away from the beach, bars and shops. The view from the hotel balcony was amazing. The staff were really helpful, breakfast was good, you could eat it overlooking the sea. The room and the hotel was spotless. I would book this hotel again, loved it.
I would have liked a kettle in the room. They did serve a wonderful pot of tea for breakfast.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026It was modern, quiet and perfectly clean. The staff ar breakfast were exceptional and were lovely and polite and nothing was too much for them. The reception staff were lovely and helpful too!
If I had to be really picky. The "english" breakfast wasn't the best, but that's preference. The "bacon" wasn't great and the chipolatas sausages weren't nice, but there was plenty more choice. Also the canopy on the pool, it would of been a nicer place to chill if the pool wasn't totally covered. The area was kind of forgotten about, it wasn't always clean when we went up there but that is scruffy lazy guests not using the bin provided, nothing to do with staff, but I never seen a member up there either. The shower leaked, couldn't really avoid it. Think the shower tray is too shallow, it didn't matter which way you faced the shower head the floor was going to get soaked.
