FALTA DE CONDIÇÕES DE SEGURANÇA ( houve um incendio no dia que cheguei ao hotel, por volta das 20.20h locais, a maior parte das pessoas encontrava-se no restaurante, a porta de emergência estava trancada e assim continuou, as pessoas tiveram que sair por 2 janelas, as portas de emergência dos pisos também estavam trancadas e para além disso não existem luzes de emergência). POR ACASO E AINDA BEM NÃO ACONTECEU DE NOITE, POIS TERIA SIDO UMA DESGRAÇA Falta de informação aos clientes Falta de AR Condicionado no restaurante, um calor insuportável Sobremesas, muito poucas e ananás podre Comida com pouca variedade e as bancadas pouco asseadas Pequeno almoço muito pobre, num dos dias até faltou o queijo Além de ter como sub chefe de sala uma senhora de óculos muito arrogante sem postura para o cargo. De realçar a simpatia do Julian e da Carolina Posto isto, é um hotel a não recomendar e que não merece as 3 estrelas que lhe estão atríbuidas Experiência a não repetir

There was a fire in the hotel , we were having dinner and the lights started flashing. This went on for about 15 minutes. Everyone kept on eating and nobody came into the restaurant to tell us anything . My partner and myself left the restaurant to go to get changed to go out, and walked into the reception area and up the stairs to get ready for our night out. Once we got to the room we looked out from the balcony and there was a crowd shouting the hotels on 🔥 fire. We hurried back down the stairs and out of the building. The fire service arrived and put the fire out. We stood outside for about 5 hours until we were let back into the hotel and went to bed . Our first day/ night was ruined but it's one of those things but the hotel didn't have an audible alarm , the staff need training on the importance of getting guests out quicker and informing them , and no information was given on how things were progressing. If this has happened in the early hours it could have been a lot more serious ☹️☹️

En cuanto a la comida le faltaba sabor. Para subir y bajar sólo hay dos ascensores en los que sólo caben 3 personas en casa uno, y en agosto, con el hotel lleno, había que esperar un rato en las horas de las comidas

Единственное, что мне не понравилось, что девочки на бассейне расчёсывают волосы и потом этот волос бросают под ноги . Я понимаю, что это не вина персонала , но нужно изменить правила нахождения на бассейне. Штраф или шапочки для плавания.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026El trato del personal de recepción (nos cambiaron la habitación a petición por tener vértigo, sin problema) y el personal del restaurante (menos una que era muy borde que parecía que el hotel era suyo), la comida tenía buen sabor.
Un solo ascensor y averiado cada poco, poca variedad en comidas y desayuno, mal detalle querer cobrarnos 50 cent por un hielo (La borde...), desapareció una sandalias de nuestra habitación por apoyarlas encima de la papelera del baño y finalmente las "guardó " la limpiadora en su taquilla...Nos las devolvieron gracias a las gestiones del trabajador muy majo de recepción. El agua de la piscina no estaba clara aunque he de decir que no se veía con suciedad.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026La comida de lo mejor que he probado todo estilo casero y con el sabor de casa El personal, muy amable y servicial ,trato familiar SOFIA camarera del restaurante y del bar es una maquina (un amor) y GONZALO camarero del bar muy entrañable y cercano. El hotel está tan cerquita de la playa que la ves desde tu habitación. Estuve en junio con mis dos hijos mayores y lo disfrutamos mucho, seguro que volvemos, se lo prometí a Sofia y lo que se promete se cumple

Q no ponían el aire acondicionado ,decían q funcionaba de 2a 9 creo en nuestra habitación solo nos lo pusieron un día ,no lo podíamos poner a otras horas no funcionaba No me gustó nada la animación ,he estado en otros hoteles de 3 estrellas y era muchísimo mejor El personal más majo fue las chicas de la limpieza majisimas y un camarero del bar ,el resto no nos dijeron ni buenos días A su favor la comida me pareció buena

Gegužės mėnesį (viešėjom gegužės 13-23 d.) visame viešbutyje neveikė kondicionieriai! O lauke dieną buvo +30 C ir naktimis +22C. Taip pat labai monotoniški pusryčiai.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Really pleased with the Hotel. Staff very helpful . Asked to change room's for one with walk in shower, and it was no Problem.
Only one problem was the hill, but we hired a mobility scooter, It didn't help when the transport from the airport dropped us off At the top of it.Good thing we had family too meet us and helped with the cases.

Lo que menos me gustó es lo poco avanzado que está el hotel con el tema del gluten y las alergias. A modo sugerencia se podría poner un cartel en los alimentos con las intolerancias que pueda tener. Los trabajadores no tienen cuidado con el tema gluten. Te sacan las tostadas pero no hay nada a parte donde puedas hacértelas. El primer día me dieron una magdalena sin gluten y nunca más me volvieron a dar una. Bueno si, una sacada del envoltorio. A modo sugerencia. No es a modo crítica, pero podría haber más disposición de productos.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026La ubicación, a escasos 150 metros de la playa aunque en una cuesta arriba (para mi no era problema pero para gente más mayor quizá si). También me gustó la relación calidad precio, ya que pagamos 328€ del 28 de marzo al 1 de abril, es decir, 4 noches, con pensión completa. Para el precio no se puede pedir mucho más.
Las camas muy mal, las almohadas peor y la insonorización inexistente. Pese a que pagué un precio bastante económico, también es cierto que los colchones y las almohadas eran muy muy viejas e incómodas, puede seguir teniendo un precio económico mejorando este detalle, porque hoy en día hay colchones y almohadas baratas bastante decentes.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026Location is good, only 200 yards from beach and a bit further to bus stops. Breakfast was good, although a little chaotic. Didn't have evening meal. Free entertainment every evening apart from Sundays. Although the hotel is a bit dated, it was all clean and well maintained. I booked this visit in a hurry and got a single room which was quite small, but cheaper than a double.
Room was a little small but this was reflected in the price. This isn't a complaint, but an observation - the single rooms face north (no sea views) and have no balcony. Also, at the moment (March 2026) the hotel behind Mont Park (The Port Benidorm Hotel) is being rebuilt and the resulting work is noisy and goes on all day. The updated hotel is supposed to open in Spring 2026, but I can't see that happening. In the Mont Park the tiled floors everywhere made the hotel a little noisy. The only lift is quite small. Anyone not fit enough to use the stairs could have a long wait at busy times. The 200 yards from the beach to the hotel is mostly uphill (ignore what it says on Google maps) and again could be a struggle for anyone with fitness issues

Het is vooral Spaans georiënteerd en dat zorgt er ook voor dat het eten lekkerder is dan het standaard eten in veel andere hotels. Vriendelijk personeel en perfecte locatie, hou er wel rekening mee dat het een klim is van 200 meter naar de ingang van het hotel vanaf de kant van de boulevard. Bussen richting Albir en het winkelcentrum La Marina op korte afstand.
De eerste dagen was het te warm op de kamer, daarna niet meer.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026El hotel está situado en el rincón de Loix, una de nuestras zonas favoritas de Benidorm por su animación todo el día, la comida muy bien cocinada, el personal atento y amable en general, ya hemos estado allí al menos en 3 ocasiones.
Por decir algo, tiene los ascensores pequeños, suele haber colas para subir o bajar y las almohadas son algo incómodas. Todo lo demás ok.
