Reviewed Sep 8, 2026الفندق راقي جداً ونظبف ومرتب وانصح فيه للإسترخاء والهدوء. بوفيه الإفطار متنوع ومناسب بنسبة 50٪ (حلال ).
موقع الفندق لايوجد حوله أي خدمات تسوق او سوبرماركت اقصد اذا وصلت الفندق ونقصك شي للأسف تحتاج تاكسي . الموظين اخلاقهم عالية ومحترمين وخدومين جداً ولكن ينقصهم التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية وبطلاقة والحقيقة استغربت من كون فندق بهذا الرقي وتحت إدارة الشيراتون و أجد صعوبة في التواصل مع جميع الموظفين في الفندق من الإستقبال وموظف الكونسيرج والمطعم . الكل يحتاج ان يستعمل تطبيقات الترجمة للتواصل مع الضيوف .

Через два дня нас выкинули из отеля и сказали что вы бронь отменили но мы ничего не отменяли и сняли с нас еще за одну ночь проживания. Букинг ничего так и не ответил на наш вопрос и отель сказал что мы отменили

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026캔톤 페어를 방문하는 사람들에게 최적의 숙소입니다! 셔틀로 이동하기가 매우 좋아요. 그리고 직원분들이 매우 친절하세요 체크인해서 숙소에 들어갔는데 직접 쓴 편지가 있어서 감동했어요 그리고 웰컴프룻도 있었고 스낵도 있었습니다. 비행기가 새벽에 도착해서 호텔에서 픽업서비스를 이용했는데 출국장에서 나오자마자 이름표를 들고 서계셔서 찾기가 매우 쉬웠고 바로 짐도 옮겨주셔서 아주 편하고 좋은서비스라고 생각했어요. 차도 아주 좋았습니다! 숙소의 크기가 매우 크고 좋았고 침대가 편안해서 매일 아주많이 걷오 오는 일정이었는데도 정말 푹 쉴수있었어요 청결도도 매우 좋았습니다.

No one speaks English. Concierge service is only about watching left luggage, nothing else. No assistance with baggage delivery to the room. Guidance in the city and surrounding is very poor. Need to be instructed on concierge service duties. The smell in the lobby is terrible. Room smells cigaret smoke. WiFi speed is 20-30mbp. Safari,Gmail,google maps,IG,WhatsApp,YouTube doesn’t work.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Отличный отель, превзошел все наши ожидания, очень высокие стандарты сервиса, можно долго перечислять, что нам понравилось: доброжелательный персонал, интернет работал отлично, на завтрак шведский стол с китайской и европейской кухней, большое разнообразие блюд, в номере есть все, даже зонт, чистота, постельное белье и полотенца с халатами свежие, подушки и одеяла высокого качества, окно открывается, в номере тепло (приехали из Гонконга и Шэньчжэня, там системы кондиционирования не работали на обогрев, мы постоянно мерзли). Очень рекомендую, этот отель на уровне 5-тизвездочных отелей Дубая. Остановка метро Baiyun Cultural Square в 5 минутах от отеля.
