Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind Taylor Mai und Lucy Zhou, die sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell waren und den Aufenthalt in ihrem Bereich deutlich angenehmer gemacht haben.
Leider wird der insgesamt gute Eindruck durch das restliche Personal stark getrübt. Während meines Aufenthalts habe ich den Großteil des Personals als unfreundlich, wenig hilfsbereit und unprofessionell erlebt. Man hat häufig das Gefühl, eher zu stören als willkommen zu sein. Auffällig ist zudem, dass der Umgang mit Gästen offenbar unterschiedlich ausfällt – bei einheimischen Gästen wirkt das Personal deutlich freundlicher. Auch das Reinigungspersonal war nicht immer gründlich; selbst nach wiederholter persönlicher Aufforderung wurden Dinge wie Body Lotion nicht aufgefüllt und Spiegel nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Diese wurden sehr oft gar nicht angerührt. Hier besteht klarer Verbesserungsbedarf im Service.

Ik zat op Floor 12 (top) Een zware machine op het dak maakte een hinderlijke brom, die je vooral voelt als je probeert te slapen. Overdag geen last van.
