I liked the layout of the room. And getting around Amsterdam was quite easy from the hotel.

There wasn't much food variety within walking distance. And the room was dusty.

La ubicación es buena porque está al lado de las paradas de autobús y tranvía que te llevan al centro en 20 minutos. Las vistas que tenía desde la planta 11 son buenísimas. La cocina está bien equipada. Las camas son cómodas, pero el sofá cama podría estar mejor. El personal de recepción es muy amable y pudimos dejar las maletas antes y después del checki n y check out.

Faltaba luz en las habitaciones. El sofá cama podía ser mejor. Con dos adultos es un poco incómodo.

The location was perfect. The staff on the counter were exceptional. The advise for the busses to get to where we had to go was spot on. It was very clean and the bed was o would say the most comfortable I have ever slept on in my European travels.

Checkout fee 55e? Thay came to our room at 11:15am to tell us that we need to leave room till 11am and then thay just deducted the amount from our deposite after we refused to pay.

shops close by, canal close by, restaurants close by, little park with dogs, birds. beautiful views from the windows. asking for new towels worked great, leaving luggage was simple.

no it was all good and manageable. tram stations just outside so easy getting around there is nothing that i can whole heartedly critique it was a great stay that matched the money we spent.

The flat was great, the staff were friendly and the communication was excellent throughout.

I have no complaints at all, this is a really good place to stay.

Everything was fine. Clean, comfortable (good mattress). Only one bathroom (keep in mind for group). Good price/quality relation. Staff very kind.

It's not closer to downtown, but easy to arrive by train, metro o tram. There is no laundry machine (pay)

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto se apri le porte dell'armadio nel corridoio non riesci ne a passare ne ad aprire le porte dei bagni... ma si risolve facilmente

Путешествие в Амстердам прошло великолепно. До отеля удобно добираться от центра. Сам отель уютный с приятным и отзывчивым персоналом.У нас были апартаменты с миникухней и полным набором кухонных принадлежностей. Особенно порадовала кофемашина( капсулы кофе к ней прилагались).Вообщем,все прошло отлично! Благодарим за гостеприимство!

El Apartamento es muy cómodo para familias. Está muy cerca del transporte urbano y en 20 min estás en el centro. El desayuno muy recomendable. Las camas y el sofá cama, cómodos.

Está todo en la misma habitación. Sólo hay un baño para 6.

Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Leider gab es keine richtige Kaffeemaschine.

Location facilities and cleanliness

Die Größe der Zimmer war genau wie angegeben. Großer (allerdings offener Kasten), gut ausgestattete Küche.

Badezimmer ist überschaubar, aber sauber. Man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen und ist der Klimaanlage unterworfen. Mühsam bei Gerüchen...

El desayuno es bastante completo, pero no es tipo bufet, sino que te dan a una carta y te permiten elegir dos bebidas (zumo, café, té, smoothie...), un plato principal (yogur con granola, huevos y bacon, huevos benedictos, tortitas, tostadas...) y un extra (bollería, fruta, macedonia...). Todo se sirve en el restaurante del hotel. Las camas son cómodas. Puedes entrar y salir a la hora que desees; siempre hay alguien en recepción las 24 horas del día.

El mismo día de la llegada, al entrar en la habitación, vimos un animal corriendo por el salón, desde el frigorífico hasta el sofá, debajo del cual se escondió. Era una rata pequeña o, con suerte, un ratón (no pudimos apreciarlo con exactitud). Dado que el salón y los dormitorios están comunicados sin puerta, bajamos a recepción a informar del problema y pedir el cambio de habitación, pero nos dijeron que esa noche no tenían nada libre y teníamos que esperar hasta el día siguiente. En consecuencia, tuvimos que dormir esa primera noche con la angustia de tener un roedor en la habitación. Al día siguiente efectuaron el cambio, pero nos dieron una habitación sensiblemente peor, que tenía la cocina subiendo unas escaleras, un balcón que parecía un invernadero del calor que hacía en él, y que no tenía aseo independiente (teniendo en cuenta que éramos seis personas, tener el váter en el mismo baño que la ducha suponía una incomodidad significativa). Cuando pude salir del hotel a plena luz del día, entendí de dónde venía el roedor: el hotel está frente a un parque muy agreste, lleno de maleza y roedores que campan a sus anchas, y que se meten en el edificio del hotel por una serie de tuberías que dan a la calle. Por otra parte, la limpieza de la habitación deja que desear. Un familiar desplegó el sofá cama para dormir en él y se encontró debajo un paquete de galletas abierto; ahí nadie había limpiado, y eso explica la presencia de roedores buscando comida en las habitaciones.

La posizione centrale, la vista della città dal 12esimo piano è stata fantastica. La disposizione delle camere I due bagni. Tutti perfetto.

Forse il prezzo anche se però rimane in linea con gli altri alberghi in zona. Quindi nulla.

- Great modern house - Brand new appliances and amenities - Good location which is close to the tram, supermarket and restaurants

- There are no doors separating the rooms so its quite difficult to change - The AC was very mild and could not cope with the heat outside - Windows cannot be opened so lack of ventilation especially with a big family

Great location to take the tram or bus wherever you want and a lot of places for food and groceries nearby. The staff were exceptional. The apartment was well equipped with things like dishwasher, a dishwasher tablet, cooking oil, dish soap, a sizable fridge, and tableware.

The sofa bed was very squeaky when used as a bed and the cushions didn't stay together when used as a sofa. The balcony was fully sealed and not ventilated with no way to open a window making it a greenhouse during the day and unconventional for airing out clothes

The room was perfect if you want to have a small kitchen and make food there. It is also more local and we felt more connected with the city then we would have been in the city center. Tram in front of hotel to take you to the city center.

El apartamento es espacioso y tiene dos baños (elegimos el de 6pax para tener dos camas grandes ademas del sofá). Aunque fuera del centro, tiene a pocos metros parada de autobus y tranvia. Tambien tiene cerca tres supermercados, dos cadenas (logo rojo y logo azul) y uno árabe. Puedes dejar las maletas gratuitamente antes del checkin o despues del checkout

Ningun dormitorio es cerrado por lo que no hay intimidad. La climatizacion por aire suena todo el tiempo, no vimos como apagarla, aunque tampoco preguntamos en recepcióne si se podía quitar. Los precios por desayunar de 20eur me parecen excesivos.

False advertisement. It's in a sketchy part of town, no actual AC, can't open windows due to smoke, location of room first floor next to elevator doors slamming all hours of the day. One nice young man at reception gave me hope to move to another room and the manager undid that the next day. Just a crap location. And weird lay out of the room. I was so unhappy there.

Location, uncomfortable beds, unhelpful management, super sketchy neighborhood, loud all night. No ubers would pick us up its so far away from everything.

Buona posizione in Amsterdam, con la possibilità di raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici in breve tempo il centro della città, la stazione centrale e i principali musei. Personale cordiale e disponibile per ogni chiarimento o necessità richiesta dagli ospiti.

Andrebbe migliorata la pulizia delle stanze.

La stanza era molto spaziosa e la cucina con il suo spazio esterno erano ottimi Nonostante fossimo di fianco alla tangenziale l'insonorizzazione è stata perfetta. Eravamo vicino a ristoranti , supermercati, locali oltre che a tram e metropolitana

La lavanderia non sembrava molto pulita

L'emplacement (loin du centre), situé au milieu de grands immeubles, quartier impersonnel, Le personnel devrait expliquer comment fonctionne le paiement des bus (il faut payer par CB en entrant ds le bus et rebadger avec sa CB en sortant du bus, sinon on paye un forfait pour la journée, on s'est fait avoir plusieurs fois), Être réveillé en pleine nuit par l'alarme incendie (2 fois dont une à 3h du matin, imaginez le stress pour se rendormir quand on est au 9° étage)

La stanza molto grande per una famiglia di 6 persone

We needed a 1 night stay before heading to Schipol the next morning for our family (with babies). It was a perfect stay for the night. Clean, comfortable and large enough to fit all of us.

El restaurante nos gustó

Está alejado del centro, aún así hay transporte cerca. Faltan mesitas de noche en la habitación y el aire aunque lo pararas seguía saliendo aire frío y por la noche es molesto.

Nous avons aimé l'espace spacieux de l'appartement et la disponibilité des collaborateurs d'accueil. La proximité des moyens de transport en commun.

Le manque de moyen de séchage du linge de toilette pour 5 personnes, du manque d'étagères dans la salle de bain pour 5 personnes. Egalement les ustensiles de cuisine trop peu adaptés pour une famille de 5 personnes.

Für unseren Aufenthalt war alles passend

Debería mejorar la limpieza del apartamento

Posizione ottima per visitare la città o i dintorni con la stazione treni a 10 minuti di autobus. Il monolocale extra large per perfetto per una famiglia di due adulti e due ragazzine. Il kit di benvenuto, con cialde per il caffè e per la prima pulizia in cucina, è stato una piacevole sorpresa. Cambio asciugamani senza limiti a richiesta.

Sicuramente la dimensione del vetro doccia è insufficiente, l'acqua esce e bagna il pavimento. I filtri della cappa emanano cattivo odore, e contando che si deve accendere obbligatoriamente per cucinare, andrebbero igienizzati. Piccolezze che non hanno influito sul nostro parere: ci torneremmo sicuramente.

Me parecio muy comodo, alquile un depto para 5 personas, osea 2 habitaciones abiertas con 2 camas y un sofa cama de 2 plazas en el living

No tiene tostadora, el resto me parece muy bien la verdad.

La cama de matrimonio es cómoda y grande.

La ducha sale el agua..La limpieza debería mejorar. El precio es caro por lo que es y dónde está ubicado, a las afueras de Ámsterdam, necesitas coche o transporte público para todo. Te cobran 150€ de fianza. La cocina le falta una tostadora. A las 11h te llaman a la puerta para que hagas el check out. Y el check in es a las 15h...por tanto no es un día entero.

Struttura situata in quartiere multiculturale comoda al centro di Amsterdam che si raggiunge in circa 20 minuti di autobus (n. 21) o tram (n. 7). La fermata della metropolitana più vicina dista circa 500 mt. L'area in cui si trova la struttura è ben servita da supermercati e catene di fast food. Staff mediamente disponibile. Pulizia migliorabile sia nelle parti comuni che negli appartamenti. Cambio asciugamani su richiesta. La pulizia degli appartamenti non viene effettuata durante il soggiorno. E' disponibile bar ristorante al piano terreno che non abbiamo utilizzato. Gli appartamenti sul retro dell'ingresso hanno vista su tangenziale A10, sempre piuttosto trafficata.

Pulizia parti comuni interne ed esterne. La struttura è recente ma trascurata Rapporto qualità/prezzo migliorabile.

Silenzioso, spazioso, buona posizione per farsi raggiungere dai taxi. Vicino ai mezzi (anche se abbiamo preferito i taxi con Bolt e Uber), pulizia

La camera presentava qualche segno d'usura sul pavimento, ma trascurabile (solo effetto visivo) la camera era pulita. Un po' caro rispetto ad altre soluzioni, ma lo spazio non ha prezzo...

La amabilidad y atención del personal. Siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y con una sonrisa Lo mejor del hotel, sin duda, es el staff.

Me pareció caro, en relación calidad/ubicación/precio.

Monolocale confortevole, con una cucina ben attrezzata. Parcheggio a pagamento attaccato alla struttura. Posizionato in un quartiere periferico ma sicuro, comodo per chi arriva in auto e ben servito dai mezzi

Laundry con asciugatrice poco efficace; grave problema di coda agli ascensori (abbiamo atteso 20minuti il giorno della partenza)

Come già detto da altri utenti l hotel dista circa 20 minuti dalla stazione centrale e pensavo fosse un limite invece si e’ rivelato molto comodo sia per i collegamenti in treno per visitare altre città piuttosto che girare ad Amsterdam, uscendo la mattina e tornando la sera Il nostro appartamento con aria condizionata era pulito e abbastanza grande per 4 persone, la cucina attrezzata con il necessario per cucinare. Molto gradito il kit di benvenuto comprese alcune cialde nespresso. Intorno ci sono diversi supermercati. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione proposta dall’ hotel ma una sera abbiamo cenato volentieri al ristorante Personale gentile e disponibile

The unit is advertised as having air conditioning. After a hot night we asked the front desk about it and were informed that there is no air conditioning in the unit and instead a fan cooling system. They offered additional fans for our stay. A toaster would be nice to have in the unit

Abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza alla fermata del bus 21 che in 25 minuti circa porta direttamente alla stazione centrale. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono diversi supermercati, noi siamo andati al vomer molto fornito e con prezzi ragionevoli, ma ce ne sono anche diversi altri

Sarebbe opportuno dotare l'appartamento di scopa e paletta per pulire in autonomia, anche la dotazione della cucina è piuttosto scarna per chi volesse cucinare a casa. Manca un tostapane

L’emplacement est top, compter 40 min de marche pour rejoindre le centre avec les monuments et musées. Bus à 1 min à pieds ! Possibilité de laver son linge.

Location was convenient for us. Kitchenette was well equipped.

Fitness room was unusable - no temperature control. Room cleaning was extra -- should have provided equipment to keep the room clean (a proper broom, sponge and cleanser for bath room).

Clean and good location

One of the Room had severe bad odour in the bathroom and we were unable to use it on the first day . We did an early check in with an additional fee with plans to go out after shower , but that didn’t happen due to the delay in getting the room sorted . Staff was trying to help , but wasn’t very polite or tried to understand our situation. Finally we didn’t know that breakfast was not Buffet meaning that we have to order and wait for it to arrive, again delayed our plans .

اكثر ماازعجنا التكييف لايعمل وحرارة الشقه والكتمه جداً مزعجه اخبرناهم عدة مرات وطوال اقامتنا ولكن العذر لديهم بانه سنترال لايمكننا التحكم به واننا سنتواصل مع الفنيين ولكن اعتقد بانهم يوهمون النزيل فقط باهتماهم بملاحظته وانه سوف يتم النظر فيها ولكن للاسف اعتقد بانه مجرد توهيم الى ان تنتهي اقامة النزيل وانا اعتبر ان هذه المشكله مهمه جداً لاقامه مريحه ولكن وجدت اغلب التعليقات تشتكي من هذه النقطه وهي رئيسيه ولايمكن تجاهلها ابداً ابداً انها لاتعتبر شقه 3 غرف بل تعتبر جناح بغرفه مغلقه ، والاخريات متصله بغرفة الجلوس مفتوحه ليست منفصله باب

Absence de lumière en cuisine (des spots leds seraient un grand plus). Gestion des lumières par secteur. Manque de crochets dans la salle de bain.

Snídaně nás překvapila, nezaregistrovala jsem při rezervaci, že se podává À la carte. Netušili jsme, co očekávat. Nicméně vcelku mile nás překvapila.

Toller Ausblick vom Rooftop Apartment

Die Fotos der Apartments entsprechen in keinster Weise der Realität. Die Räume sind dunkel, Gegenstände, Boden abgenutzt und teilweise schmutzig (zB Boden, Vorhänge aufgerissen und schmutzig…). Die Klimaanlage hat nicht vernünftig runtergekühlt, die Fenster und Terrassentür des Schlafzimmers waren nicht öffenbar. Die Jalousie des einzigen Fensters (nur ein Dachfenster) war kaputt. Die ausziehbare Couch hat so laut gequietscht, dass man davon aufgewacht ist und bei ausgeklapptem Zustand kan n man kaum noch vorbei. Abgesehen davon, dass wir uns die Couch selbst herrichten sollten. Die Dachterrasse war lieblos möbliert und hatte keine Aussenbeleuchtung. Die Duschen hatten so wenig Wasserdruck, dass ein Haare waschen nicht möglich war. Das Personal war nicht freundlich bei entsprechender Meldung der defekten Geräte. Hotelrestaurant war nur zeitweise besetzt.

Great location, close to public transport, with several grocery stores nearby. The apartment was clean and very well equipped, both for preparing meals and for relaxing.

Parking is only available in a paid parking lot, which cost €35 for two days.

The hotel featured a restaurant that was open all day, which was convenient, and there were also many cafes and grocery stores located nearby.

During my five-day stay, room cleaning was not provided, and there was a problem with the cooling in the room.

El trato del personal de recepción

No limpian la habitación a diario ni hacen la cama. Solo cambian las toallas diariamente si así lo solicitas. Está bien conectado con transporte público pero alejado del centro para ir andando (casi 1 hora).

الشقة كبيرة ونظيفة

لا يوجد تكييف مناسب .. ولا يوجد مرونه في تسجيل المغادرة، طلبت منهم زيادة ساعة فقط قالوا ادفع

اوف الفندق رهيب للعوائل بالذات لأن الأجنحه واسعه بتصميم مودرن وكل الواجهات زجاج تشوف المدينه. فيه مواقف خاصه بالفندق برسوم لكن صادف وقتي كانت متعطله البوابات ومجانيه والمنطقه قريب منها اكثر من ماركت ومطاعم ، نظيفه ماشفت مشردين حول السكن داخل اسوار الفندق فيه مطعم تركي جميل داخل على القناة المائيه جلسه واطلاله ويقدم افطار حلو مشكل احسن من افطار الفندق والجلسه فيه اونس ويقدم شيشه نظيفه وميزته داخل اطار مبنى الفندق

حرارة الشمس على الواجهات الزجاجية حااااره وتسخن الغرف ويضعف التكييف ، ف لو كانت معزوله بأفلام الحمايه او شترات داخليه تخفف الشمس وحرارتها وتخفف استهلاك الطاقه بسببها
