We only slept there for one night. Check in, room and staff were all amazing, but to top it off, the breakfast was amazing. All very good genuine products. Very good overall experience.

L’hôtel se trouve à seulement deux minutes à pied de la gare et offre une vue magnifique sur le Mont-Blanc. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux. La chambre est petite, mais le lit est très confortable. L’insonorisation n’est pas très bonne, donc la qualité de votre sommeil dépend beaucoup de vos voisins. Le dîner a largement dépassé nos attentes : le service et les plats étaient tous deux excellents.

Stayed in a nice 4-bed single room with comfortable twin size beds and a nice view of the landscape opposite Mt. Blanc. Ceiling a little low/slanted due to the slanted roof but my group thought it added to the charm. Easy 15 min walk to the downtown section of Chamonix!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was beautiful and charming. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and quiet.

The glacier view is incredible. The personnel were very cordial and attentive to needs and small special requests. The bedding was high quality, and the bathroom was recently remodeled; the room was very clean. Breakfast was good, with sufficient variety of cold cuts, cheeses, yogurts, etc., and an option of boiled eggs. The location is a bit outside of the old town of Chamonix, but easily reachable on foot (10-15 min, pleasant walk) or by public transport (bus stops next to the hotel). It is still best for guests arriving by car.

Overall, the place is rustic, and common areas need a facelift. Dinner as part of the demi-pension menu is a fixed menu, and getting a canteen-level hamburger and fries as a main dish in the iconic French mountain resort was a bit off. The stay was from Monday to Tuesday; perhaps the kitchen staff is on a weekly break that day, and on other days the menu is more authentic to regional French cuisine. Regarding the room, although the view is incredible and probably one of the best in Chamonix, these view rooms face the rather busy road through the valley, so for sensitive sleepers this is something to consider, as noise starts as early as 5 AM (this is beyond the hotel's staff control).

La demi-pension était exceptionnelle. Petit déjeuner et dîner excellent. Je suis arrivée après le dîner le premier soir et on m’a offert un plateau de fromage et charcuterie à mon arrivée et un lunch box pour compenser. Très belle attention.

Séjour de 2 jours en demi pension. Sympathie du personnel d accueil et de salle, la réceptionniste a trouvé une solution afin de mettre ma moto à l' abri sans supplément. Personnels souriants ce qui change des commerçants et employés des remontées mécaniques qui dans leur grande majorité sont peu agréables. A l arrivée on peut se questionner de pourquoi un personnel purement anglais dans cette belle vallée de Chamonix mais au final bien contents car ils sont très conviviaux. Bon emplacement accès rapide au centre de Chamonix en traversant les rails Sncf (portillon). Petit déj très bon. Si vous partez faire l' aiguille du midi tôt on vous donne de la nourriture à emporter dans un sac isotherme. Le top merci à toute l'équipe

Foarte aproape (~10/15') de centrul orasului si de locul de unde se pleaca in explorare catre rutele cunoscute. Mic dejun prospat si panorama deosebita catre Mont Blanc. Curatenie si atmosfera tipica de lodge la munte.

Camera un pic incomoda datorita tavanului mansardat, lipsa ventilaor sau Ac.

Próximo a parada de tren y bus. Cuenta con parking gratuito. Desayuno aceptable

Las habitaciones y el baño son algo pequeñas

pièce de moins de 10m2 qui ressemble davantage à un placard avec fenetre. Lit minuscule et literie improbable;matelas défoncé.... Coin eau avec une douche dans les WC... Aucun confort, moquette indescriptible, pas de clim, pas de télé, pas la moindre isolation phonique...fenetre qui donne directement sur la route...tout cela pour 150 (e) la nuit. les autre spièces sont possiblement très bien vu les photos mises sur leur site mais en tous cas cette "chambre " est à fuir.

Amenajarea hotelului, au detalii foarte frumoase în tot hotelul. Locația este foarte bună, la aproximativ 15 min de mers pe jos de centru Chamonix. În fata hotelului este atât stație de autobuz cât și de tren. Priveliștea asupra varfului Aguille du Midi, impresionanta. Micul dejun și cina, bune.

Dusul este destul de mic.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was parking available free at the property. The location was a two km walk from the centre, so that was great. The room was tidy and clean, bathroom modern and nice.

There was no lift so you have to carry all your luggage upstairs. The room was in our opinion quite nice but it was noisy which was dissapointing as the walls are very thin, so you can hear people walking upstairs, and people walking past the room - we were woken up multiple times during the night and morning. The room didn’t have a kettle.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of food choices. Because we missed dinner they set out an ample plate of varied cheeses, meats and breads

It was a cute mountain lodge with a great breakfast.

I am 5'10" tall. There were beams in the ceiling I had to be careful I did not hit my head. I have knee problems. I had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. I asked for a room on a lower level but none were available.

Well there’s views and there are views. Best ever bedroom window view. Tops the pyramids which was my previous best. The restaurant is good as is breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful . Location fantastic. Nice furnishings Themed on historic climbers.

The rooms are pretty basic. Could do with a refurb. . It’s definitely trading on the view. Stairs are scary steep. WIFI signal not strong enough in the room. Lots of noise from the main road mainly from cyclists passing by. It is however charming and likeable.

Great staff, fantastic, mountain-lodge feel. They made room to store our bags for five days since we did part of the TMB and returned to stay afterward. Would highly recommend this lodge!

A small thing but a bit of a walk from the bus depot; that said, buses do run along the road. Still, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very comfortable single room. Clean, good shower, toiletries and hairdryer provided. Breakfast was really good. The view from my room and the breakfast room of the mountains was lovely. Reception staff were very pleasant and facilitated my delayed check in over email with no problem. Highly recommend this hotel over other 2star similarly priced hotels in Chamonix that I stayed at.

Herzlicher Empfang, süßes kleines Zimmer mit Minibalkon und Blick auf den Mont Blanc - fantastisch! Das Früstück ist gut und in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum. Parkplätze gibt es am Hotel.

The service staff were friendly and very accommodating. They allowed us to leave a bag as we were hiking part of the Tour de Mont Blanc to be picked up when we returned to stay with the following week.

Ich möchte das Haus nicht als Hotel Bezeichnen,sondern eher eine Wanderherberge, mit Wunderbaren Ausblick auf dem Mont Blanc, das Personal und der Empfang waren Freundlich, das Frühstück ausreichend und ansprechend, die Zimmer waren knapp bemessen, die Betten haben fast den ganzen Raum eingenommen der Liegekomfort gut, das Badezimmer war eng das Waschbecken konnte man zum Gesicht waschen nur seitlich benutzen, aber alles war sauber

Kein Fahrstuhl in die oberen Etagen, keine Klimaanlage, Fenster konnte man nicht offen halten , wegen den Bahn- und Autoverkehr

Internet was a bit slow

We stayed here for just one night before starting the Tour de Mont Blanc and found the hotel perfect for our needs. The view from the front hotel is amazing. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and it was an easy walk from the hotel into town.

A quiet picturesque location but close enough to walk into the centre. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.

My room didn’t have a small fridge or tea/coffee making facilities. But that wouldn’t stop me staying there again.

O hotel fica localizado a cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada do centro de Chamonix Mont Blanc. A área que rodeia o hotel é muito segura. Tem uma estação de autocarro e de comboio a cerca de 2 minutos a pé. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e prestáveis.

A casa-de-banho era minúscula, tinha pouco espaço para tomar banho de forma confortável. A cama podia ser mais confortável.

Perfect hotel for a weekend ski getaway. Booked at the last minute, so probably paid more than usual but it was worth it. I went for half board so didn't have to worry about meals and it worked out well. Decent and satisfying spread for breakfast. Selection of cold meat, cheese, spreads, good quality bread, bakery items and appreciated the choice of fresh fruit. Dinner was 3 course meal - tasty and filling. My room wasn't facing Mont Blanc but still had mountain views and was quieter as not facing the road. The room itself was small but perfectly formed. Everything was spotless. Slept really well, so the bedding and temperature was just right. This is a well-run hotel. Staff were super helpful with questions in the run-up and during my stay. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

Only suggestion is look into improving the shower pressure which was a bit weak. Also maybe have a welcome pack in reception with all useful information about the resort, ski areas, transport, how to get ski passes etc. This would save answering the same questions from guests.

La chambre très cosy et agréable, le lit très confortable. Et le petit déjeuner : incroyable et royal bien garni avec des produits de qualité et locaux !!!

Adorável, simples mas muito confortável. O jantar estava muito bom, e era bem perto de tudo, 10, 20 minutos a pé já chegava mas principais atrações.

The room is very clean and comfy, the staff is very friendly. Very good breakfast. The location is perfect, one minute to the bus stop and train station, very convenient to go to the town centre or the ski resort.

Both breakfast and dinner were included in my booking. The breakfast was excellent, while the dinner was average and did not meet my expectations of French cuisine.

Funcionários extremamente educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã simples mas muito bom. Quarto bom, limpo. Aquecedor bom. Hotel bem localizado (10min de caminhada do centro). E passa ônibus e trem na porta para quem não gosta de andar. Nossa estadia foi perfeita. Tiveram muita atenção e carinho conosco.
