We have been here a number of times. Perfect place to stay. A little outside Chamonix centre but right next to frequent bus services to the centre. Restaurant/bar one minute walk away... Views of Mont Blanc

The location and view from the balcony was outstanding.

The shower and bathroom facilities are a little awkward for anyone with mobility issues but we were fine.

Location close to lakes and clean facilities. Nice view of the mountains.

Next to an extremely noisy pub. Totally annoying from noon onwards. Sometimes it was impossible to sleep till very late at night. Incomplete and very basic breakfast (no eggs or fruits at all) with no variety.

Everything was very good, the room was perfect for the rest. Need to go 20 minutes by walk till city center, or take the bus. Excellent place. Very friendly and positive personnel, who does maximal efforts to help guests. No difficulties, everything was positive, calm and working well.

The main limitation of hotel reservation in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a significant price, which is true for many hotels. Also, in the room I stayed the last night, the door locker clearly needs a reparation because it is blocked by default for some reason, and opening the door needs an additional effort.

If you’re tall the single beds might be a little small 😳

Great location and the staff clearly do their best with what they have. You can see there is care put into the rooms. It kinda does what it says on the tin. For this price point its comfortable, clean and in a good location.

If I'm being picky i'd say some of the room is a bit dated. Like the 80s/90s telephone, the cushions, linen. But it does also add to the charm.

We spent one night here with our two children and were very happy with our stay. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The surrounding mountain scenery is breathtaking, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

This hotel is located a mile out of chamonix but is a great choice for a more relaxed location. We woke up each morning to the sound of birds

breakfast was very good with nice croissants and petit pain au chocolat. The view from the room was spectacular and parking was easy.

the weather was extremely hot and the bed covering was too thick. Just a sheet would have been good. the shower was simple but powerful and whe bathroom was well appointed. But otherwise the bed was very comfortable.

Le principe de la chambre familiale

The staff were extremely friendly and gave us all the necessary information. The room had a beautiful view straight to the mountains, with a great cleaning and a great bed to rest after walking a lot through Chamonix.

One thing worth mentioning is that the hotel is not extremely close to the Aiguille du Midi, so you have to walk a little or take a bus. But that's not a bad thing because the view on this path is wonderful!

Hôtel chaleureux. Chambre rustique qui fait son charme. Bon emplacement l’hôtel n’est pas très loin du centre ville avec un arrêt de bus à côté où bien accessible à pied environ 20 mins de marche.

Very clean and lovely helpful staff and it is on bus route to ski areas with somewhere to store your ski equipment. Set opposite a beautiful lake.

Tiene buena ubicación con la estación de trenes (los cuales son gratis con la tarjeta de visitante). Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas. Además de acogedoras.

El entorno del hotel es muy bonito, con un pequeño lago a pasos del hotel. La caminata al centro de Chamonix es de unos 25 mins.

Ottima posizione, Staff molto disponibile e carino. Le signore dello Staff hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio. L'arredamento è molto semplice ma la pulizia è ottima.

L’accueil est agréable et l’ensemble de l’établissement est propre et bien tenu. Le parking gratuit est un vrai avantage et facilite vraiment le séjour. Le petit déjeuner est bon, avec un choix suffisant pour bien commencer la journée. La chambre est certes un peu petite pour une occupation à deux personnes, mais elle est propre, confortable et fonctionnelle. Un bon rapport qualité-prix, que je recommande sans hésiter.

Excellent stay at a lovely old French Hotel with exceptionally friendly service and a great quiet location only 20 min walk to Chamonix Centre or take the train.

Staff gentilissimo, hotel molto semplice, senza fronzoli ma pulito e accogliente.

Personnel très agréable et gentil ! Petit déjeuner sympa. Hôtel charmant dans un style montagne comme on le souhaitait.

L'hôtel est un peu à l'ancienne par exemple la télé la douche etc, il faut apprécier mais ça ne nous a pas dérangés au contraire. Par contre l'auberge de jeunesse à côté fait énormément de bruit jusque tard mais bon ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel...

It’s a great location - very close to the city centre but far enough to hear no noise. The breakfast buffet was also really nice.

The younger lady from the staff was super friendly and kind and while the other elderly lady was nice as well, but when I kept asking for coffee refills while having breakfast she made me feel as if those coffees are coming out of her pocket and also when she was serving the breakfast there was a shortage of food and some people didn’t even get their promised breakfast, but I don’t know who’s responsible for that.
