浴室の湯船の壁に飾られている夜景の画像が、動画（10分ぐらいの映像をエンドレスで放映）だったら リアルに夜景を見ながら湯船につかっている感じがするのではないか？と思いました。 （いつもルートインホテル徳山を利用させて頂いており、湯船から工業地帯の夜景が楽しめるロケーションです）

冷蔵庫の中に謎の液体がついてて、色がついてたので少し気持ち悪かった。 温泉では、お湯にゴミ一つ浮かばずとてもキレイだった。冷蔵庫の印象が強かったのでそれが残念。

Reviewed May 26, 2026ライブ参加後の宿泊に利用させていただきました。 立地、利便性も良く、立体駐車場も翌日の14時まで預かって下さり、観光ができました。ライブ後も温泉があったので、疲れがとれ快適に過ごせました。体も温まりよかったです。混雑状況がテレビで確認できるのもありがたかったです。 お部屋も清潔でキレイで広さもあり、快適でした。 朝食も直ぐに補充してくださり、地元の食材もあり、とても良かったです。 コストパフォーマンスも良かっです。
平日のライブだったので、急いで向かいましたが、立体駐車場の待ち時間が長く、間に合わないかと不安になりました。 事前にアプリから予約後、予約状況が不明瞭なところがあり、不安になって、電話で直接、問合せをさせていただきました。問題は解決したと思っていたのですが、チェックイン時に受付の方に共有されておらず、確認してきますと駐車場に続き、待ち時間が発生しました。 ライブ前だったので、間に合わないかと焦っていた私たちにとって、とても不安で焦る時間になってしまいました。

Reviewed May 8, 2026朝食が美味しく、大浴場もあった。 スタッフの対応もよかった。 GWだったので、お風呂が混んでいた。他の日ならもう少しゆっくり入浴できたと思う シャンプーバーもいろいろ試せる形でよかった。 新しい施設なのか、どこも綺麗で快適で だった。また利用したい。
