The room was very clean, the bed linen was nice and soft. Check in was easy.

I booked a room with 3 beds for me and my mum. I had phoned ahead and added a note when booking to let them know we would arrive at breakfast time after a very very long journey and we needed the room to sleep in just until lunchtime. When we arrived, they told us they only had a double bed because we had arrived late. It was a bit frustrating. Later the receptionist kindly apologised and extended our check out time by two hours, which made up for the mistake and we really appreciated that.

Café da manhã caro e simples, mas satisfatório. Como não tinha nada aberto por perto logo cedo e o preço era incluindo ou não o café da manhã na reserva, acaba valendo a pena. É bem perto da estação de trem, dá tranquilamente para ir a pé, mesmo com malas

A janela é bem ruim por que abre muito pouco, e o quarto praticamente não tem ventilação.

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel

Kamers zijn extreem gehorig. Vanaf de 6e verdieping kon je alles wat op straat gebeurde horen. Ieder geluid van aangrenzende kamer was hoorbaar.

Decepcionante para el precio que tiene, ruidoso y poco limpio. No lo recomiendo 😡

Las camas eran un poco estrechas

Er is geen airco en het was zeer warm op de kamer. Ook hadden we een babybedje gevraagd, hier hadden ze geen hoes voor dus hadden ze er maar een laken omgewikkeld. Het matrasje van het babybedjes was ook best smerig met vieze vlekken

Localização, perto do aeroporto, onde seria nosso próximo destino.

Limpeza e comodidade. Incluso, um dos poucos hotéis que nos brindaram garrafas de água no quarto.

I didn’t take breakfast and the location was good. It was next to the train station.

The noise coming from the construction next door.

L'emplacement était idéal. La chambre était assez grande. Il y avait de quoi dîner aux alentours.

Le quartier n'est pas très beau. La douche était vraiment petite, et son aération laissait à désirer.

No tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilación. Insoportable dormir ahí. Habitación pequeña, ducha estilo camarote y baño independiente sin ventilación exterior

Goede bedden

Gehorig met de straat. Sliepen op de 1e verdieping boven de ingang. Mensen die voor de deur stonden tot 3 uur ‘s nachts onder het raam konden we letterlijk horen. We waren 1 nachtje, en hadden daarom niet het niet-storen bordje niet opgehangen, want ja, we zouden die volgende ochtend uitchecken. Bonkte de schoonmaakster om 10 uur op de deur. Werden we wakker van.

Bygningen er meget slidt, vindue på værelse kunne ikke lukke, der er meget lydt.

Kleines Zimmer zu dritt und schmale Betten und offenes Fenster und laut.

Locatie achter station was top. Personeel redelijk aardig. Verder viel me alles tegen.

De kamer was schoon maar verouderd, wat je terugzag in vuile plinten en lichtknopjes. De bedden zijn gladde 'planken' met matras erop, waardoor bij de minste beweging de matras verschuift, ik moest met regelmaat opstaan om de matras weer goed op de plank te leggen. Langs de muur zat een led strip als verlichting, die elke ochtend klokslag 7 aan ging, geen idee waarom. Ramen konden vanwege veiligheid maar een kiertje open (begrijp ik!). Omdat er geen airco is was de kamer zeer benauwd. Wil je het raam open en een beetje frisse lucht dan heeft dat twee gevolgen. Ten eerste: ik zat onder de muggenbulten. Toen ik op jacht ging zag dat ik niet de eerste gast was die dat had gedaan: overal op de muren zaten vlekken van doodgemepte muggen. Ten tweede: het hotel bevindt zich naast een bouwput. Werkzaamheden begonnen elke ochtend om 5 (!) uur. Het geluidsoverlast was extreem, ronkende vrachtwagens, vorkliften met kletterende metalen buizen. Als je hier wil slapen moet je kiezen tussen óf een benauwde kamer óf lekgeprikt worden door muggen en vanaf 5 uur wakker schrikken van geluidsoverlast. Ik begrijp dat een hotel weinig kan doen aan externe factoren als muggen en bouwwerkzaamheden. De algehele optelsom maakt wel dat ik hier nooit meer terug kom. Ik moest meerdere nachten in Antwerpen zijn. Na twee slapeloze nachten bij Ibis budget ben ik uit ellende naar een ander hotel gegaan.

Muy poca higiene, había manchas en el suelo y en la zona de WC, pelusas y mosquitos. Las camas eran inestables, los colchones super finos y les ponían una colchoneta por encima. Hacía muchísima calor y no tienen aire acondicionado. Para abrir la ventana tenías que acudir a la recepción para que te la abriesen, porque estaba cerrada con llave. Al abrirla, no tenía mosquetera, y entraron en la habitación muchísimos mosquitos y no podíamos dormir. La chica que nos atendió al llegar fue muy antipática. La mayoría de los canales en la tele no se ven. Cobran un servicio extra de Wifi si quieren Wifi de calidad. Había muchísimo ruido por la noche.

La ubicación es muy buena.

El desayuno me pareció muy malo y costoso (11euros) para lo que es. Poco balanceado muchas harinas y siempre lo mismo. Los huevos cocidos súper hechos y muy fríos . La limpieza del cuarto no me pareció tan buen. Siempre me tuvieron con el mínimo de jabón/shampoo de ducha y estuve cinco días

İnşaatların ortasında olduğundan gürültülüydü. Pencereler sesi içeri alıyor. Odaların ışıklandırması yetersiz. Klima yok.

Perfektní poloha, komfortní pokoj, účelně řešená sprcha i v trochu menším prostoru.

Celý týden to samé ke snídani, bez větší invence, ale člověk se najedl pokaždé dobře, takže v pohodě.

Emplacement de l’hôtel très pratique

Pas d’airco… une chaleur le soir ( en septembre) … j’ai eu la mauvaise idée d’ouvrir la fenêtre pendant 15 minutes en etant au 7 eme étage … full des moustiques… IMPOSSIBLE DE DORMIR jusqu’à 4h du matin réveillé .. première fois que je vois un hôtel dans ces conditions

De locatie is goed, douche was prettig en ik werd ontvangen door een aardige meneer.

Het hotel is verouderd, de bedden hard. De kamer was warm maar een raam kon ivm de veiligheid niet open, het ontbijt stelde niet veel voor.

Es stimmt nicht das Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Man muss im nahegelegenen Parkaus am Bahnhof parken welches unheimlich teuer ist. Das sollte in der Beschreibung unbedingt richtig gestellt werden. Denn diese Info ist falsch und irreführend.

Doccia e water in due cabine. Alimentazione solo da un lato del letto e vicino al lavabo. Non possibilità di regolare areazione camera. Assenza di phon.

It was at a good location. Central station is literally next door. It seemed like a fairly safe location. There is a mosque literally 20 seconds walk away, which is good. Loads of halal food spots nearby. Check in and Check out was easy. You can park at central station interparking, which is 2 mins walk away. Book it online in advance for cheaper rates (£16 per day, or its £25 per day if you dont pre-book)

The bedsheets and pillows smelled awful. The detergent they use is probably cheap, or it is not washed properly. It was very difficult to sleep with the smell at night. The pillows were awful. They felt crumpled up. Could not get comfortable at night. The shower cubicle was dirty. The toilet was even worse. It had no ventilation, so if you went for a number 2, the smell would linger around for hours. Even though the location is good, the quality of the hotel room was awful. I would not be staying here again.

Location excellent-close to Central station. Room clean with basic amenities, but a bit cramped. It was a basic room so small was not unexpected. Staff very friendly.

Poor ventilation. You could either have closed window and quiet (but stuffy room) or open window, fresh air (but very noisy).

La habitación estaba bien. No muy grande pero por precio y ubicación está muy bien.

La colazione era abbondante e soddisfacente. Comodo il bagno in camera diviso tra water, lavandino e doccia. Possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio oltre l' orario

Localização perfeita para transporte ( do lado da estação principal e pontos de ônibus) dar pra caminha a pé de forma segura. Perto de mercado e restaurantes. Cheio de joalheiras e próximo de pontos turísticos. Mesmo não sendo em Bruxelas ficando a quase 1 h de distância vale a pena.

Só não tinha frigobar e ar condicionado, talvez pela tarifa… mas foi bem de boas.

Nothing, maybe coffee in the morning and early breakfast

Loud, dirty it looked more like a hostel than a hotel. Some students in the next room were having an after party at 4:30 AM and they woke me up - the noise didn’t stop untill 6 am - despite the receptionist tried to calm them down . A terrible experience . 28 eur for parking extra.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (5 Minuten zu Fuss) kommt man überall schnell hin. Frühstück wie bei Ibis üblich, nicht üppig aber ausreichend.

Zimmer wurde trotz bekannte Mängel (Zimmerlicht war defekt) zugewiesen. Es wurde aber ein Umzug (nach Beschwerde) angeboten. Durch die zentrale Lage, ist es nicht das Ruhigste.

Nice location for getting around and close to the main railway station however see below for poor Location score. Room very nice. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Lift worked OK and fast. Breakfast was lovely. We were able to store our bicycles in our room.

Surprised to see soldiers guarding the railway station; they are there to protect the jewish community who live there when I asked a soldier patrolling. Noise from early morning construction traffic; I have emailed the contractor Heylen Vastgoed direct complaining (Copy sent to IBIS Hotel) - see below: Hi there, I stayed at Hotel IBIS Budget Central Station in Antwerp (along Lange Kievitstraat) and my wife and I were disturbed / unable to sleep by construction traffic clattering and bleeping by delivery lorries at 5 am until 7 am on Friday morning 21/8/2026. I understand this is breach of Belgium law. Article 561 of the Belgian Penal Code says general noise and nighttime disturbances are prohibited between 10 pm and 7 am. Other guests were complaining as well . The hotel receptionist said her IBIS Hotel management have complained to you about this but this has been ignored as was told government workers are exempt??? I find this difficult to believe especially from a reputable company such as yours. Can I please suggest you let your contractors/ sub contractors to be more considerate. Le personnel était sympathique

Hôtel situé derrière la Gare centrale d'Anvers, quartier tranquille et calme.

La ubicación súper buena tienes la estación de trenes al lado , está cerca del centro, mercados muy cercas y para salir a comer optimal. Pues hay muchos restaurantes y cafeterías al rededor.

Lo único que no me gustó fue de la habitación, que no tienen aire acondicionado ni siquiera un ventilador para estos tiempos de calores . La unica ventana tenía un seguro con llaves que solo podríamos abrirla unos 10 cm y creo que menos. Gracias a dios en la noche refrescaba un poquito..pero no entraba mucho aire por el poco espacio. Y al estar muy cerca del centro muchas veces hubo ruido de gente, en la mañana temprano motos ruidosas y el sonido de los autos de la policía 👮‍♂️ mas de 3 veces en la noche se escucharon.. es decir para dormir plácidamente no es un buen lugar . Para una noche máximo 2 esta bien.
