The bed was 5' wide, not large enough for 2 people.

Some rooms reported issues with cleanliness related to humidity.

The owners are very caring and friendly.

Food quality highlighted as a disappointment, with many guests finding it below expectations.

Strong pool/grounds and private pools noted, but spa availability issues, indoor games and some public areas lacking AC, and inconsistent golf-cart service reduce this score slightly.

Equipped with a small basic kitchen.

High prices with several guests feeling the service and food did not meet expectations for a luxury hotel.
