A lovely hotel in a very convenient location, close to everything you need. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. There is a bar in the hotel and the cappucino is very tasty! Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel I would happily return to.

One thing to keep in mind: rooms facing the road can be a bit noisy during the day, so I would recommend requesting a room on the quieter side of the hotel when booking.

Due letti singoli, ma molto comodi e con materassi nuovi (non sfondati e ben solidi), stanza ariosa con grande finestra e vista sulla piazza. Il Cafè Hotel si trova in cima al paese e il centro si raggiunge con una bella camminata. Ma una delle caratteristiche che fanno di questo Hotel una tappa speciale è proprio di essere un auberge per la sosta lungo la strada e quindi non in pieno centro. Rimasto col sapore di un tempo, il bar sotto è accogliente e serve colazioni.

Il bar alle 9 di mattina ha già finito tutte le uova sode e i croissant. Quando c'è molto passaggio, per esempio in alta stagione. dovrebbero impegnarsi a preparare qualcosa in più.

The hotel has a wonderful owner who is always ready to help with anything you may need. There is a café-bar on the ground floor, which seems to be very popular among locals. If you want to experience how locals start their mornings — having coffee, chatting with each other, greeting friends passing by on the street, and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere — you should definitely stay here. Wake up at around 7 a.m., have a coffee at the hotel’s bar, and simply enjoy watching this little slice of local life. 😊 The hotel is located on the main road between Nice and Monaco, right next to a bus stop. This makes it very easy to travel to the surrounding towns. However, the location is quite noisy because of the traffic. That said, if you fall asleep easily and deeply after a long, tiring day, the noise probably won’t bother you at all. 😄

El hotel es muy bonito, la ubicación maravillosa, autobús en la puerta, tren y playa a 10mn por un camino precioso. Habitación amplia, aire acondicionado en perfecto estado, camas muy cómodas y la habitación insonorizada, no había problema con los ruidos que había leído en alguna reseña. Se descansa perfectamente. El desayuno bueno. El personal es muy amable.

Lo peor, tener que volver a casa, nos encantaría volver de nuevo.

Tutto lo staff di è dimostrato molto cordiale e accogliente.Stanza confortevole e bagno molto spazioso e ben ristrutturato.Buona posizione per raggiungere il centro storico.

Si tratta di una struttura d'epoca e dunque non ha ascensore il che può risultare scomodo se si trasportano bagagli pesanti.Pulizia può essere migliorata( nei cassetti e sulle finestre c'era della polvere)

Non è presente un parcheggio di proprietà della struttura, tuttavia vicino ci sono parcheggi a pagamento facilmente raggiungibili. Non lo metterei come punto negativo ma solo come monito.

The hotel clearly has an interesting history and a certain old-fashioned charm. The location is very convenient: it is just a five-minute walk from both the city centre and the harbour, and there is also a public car park nearby. However, the building would definitely benefit from some renovation and updating, as it feels a little stuck in the past. Our room was very small, as was the bed, and some basic amenities were missing, such as a TV, hairdryer, and toiletries. Breakfast was also very basic, with only a limited selection. Overall, the hotel has character and a good location, but in our opinion it would benefit greatly from some modernisation and a little more attention to comfort and amenities.

The accommodation is excellent, everything is very clean and organized,the place is in great condition, and the service is 100% It’s an excellent location if you want to visit Monaco, and there are also several nearby bus stops that take you to Nice.

The internet connection was poor, and the air conditioning didn't cool the room well.

Ein charmantes, kleines, familiengeführtes Hotel in bester Lage. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt, das Badezimmer geräumig und mein Zimmer bot einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Obwohl sich im Erdgeschoss ein Restaurant befindet, stört es überhaupt nicht; es ist absolut ruhig und angenehm. Süsse dekoration.

Non funzionava l’aria condizionata….notte con aria che usciva a 29° gradi senza possibilità di raffreddare. Abbiamo avvertito lo staff appena arrivati ma la situazione non è cambiata. Notte in bianco, abbiamo aperto la finestra ma faceva ugualmente caldissimo e c’era traffico e rumori a qualsiasi ora della notte…

Bar dell’hotel molto comodo e buono, camera nella norma, ho trovato posto auto in parcheggio pubblico di fronte l’hotel sia di giorno che di notte.

The small village in which the hotel is located has nice atmosphere and the beach is just 13 minutes away by walking. The old Nice and Monaco is reachable by bus. The stuff gave us teapot with hot water upon request but it would have been better if there was a kettle in the room

The air conditioning was not working properly at all, and it was an absolute nightmare. The room stayed at around 30–31°C throughout the day and night, and we were suffering from the heat the entire time. We informed the staff, but we were simply told that there was nothing they could do. No one came to fix it, and we were not offered another room or any alternative solution. We couldn’t sleep at all that night, which completely ruined the following day for us. This was especially disappointing considering the price of the room. Overall, the furniture and facilities are quite old, including the air conditioning. There was no kettle or hairdryer, the shampoo was provided only once in small sachets on the first day, and no shower gel was provided. For the price we paid, we expected a much better level of comfort and service. The lack of air conditioning during such hot weather, combined with the fact that no alternative solution was offered, was particularly unacceptable.

Location was great, room was very comfortable.

Only slight downside is the busy-ish road outside, but late on it quietens down a lot. Didn't bother me or wake me up at all.

Helaas staat er op de site een continentaal ontbijt maar dat was alleen frans de eigenaar vertelde dat we geen ei hoefte te verwachten. De bar gaat Helaas om 21.00 uur dicht.

Muy buena ubicación, tanto para visitar el pueblo como para visitar la Costa Azul. La cama era muy comoda.

La habitación era un poco rococó y como que no pegaba mucho para una zona costera, pero eso es opinión mía.

The rate of the hotel was fine for what it was. I jist needed a base for the night. The decor was kitch and dated but I was more concerned by the hotel owners behaviour.

I visit Nice regluarly and had a day event in Ville Franche so I booked a night here as a base to allow me to wash off after the beach and head to a local event with friends. Location was convenient. The owner of the hotel was a strange and aggressive man who physically assaulted me by busting into my room and pushing me while my female companion was partially naked. He refused to leave the room and I decided not to stay the night as I did not feel safe with this unpredictable and violent man.

The AC stopped working after 3 days which made the room very noisy as i had to keep the windows open to the busy road below but nothing earbuds can't fix. The room facilities listed an iron but there wasnt one in the room.
