Sehr gute und schöne Lage direkt am Strand.

Mann muss leider mit den Katzen am Essen klar kommen die überall rumlaufen.

Hotel bello, sulla spiaggia. Mangiare discreto , forse un po' ripetitivo, molto apprezzate le serate con le grigliate (sia carne che pesce) Leggo che molti si sono lamentati della dimensione della camera, l nostra era invece molto grande pur essendo per 2 persone. Pulizia spettacolare : le donne delle pulizie, sono state fantastiche e rapidissime Il personale al bar e ristorante , molto molto professionale. Così come il bagnino di salcataggio, rasta , al top

Maleducazione di certi ospiti (ma qui l hotel non c entra nulla) che sbattevano le porte delle camere e parlavano nei corridoi a notte fonda. I letti sono durissimi ed a svegliarsi veramente riposati si fa fatica, si dorme poi in piscina sui lettini a bagno Apprezzatissimo il discorso "adult only" dentro l hotel e piscina , dove veramente era un oasi di pace,se però il vecchio pancione in spiaggia affitta gli ombrelloni a pagamento a tutte le famiglie con bambini urlanti che si presentano e pagano (provabilmente in nero), ecco che la magia dell' Adult only svanisce come per incanto in spiaggia. Sarebbe apprezzata una maggiore rigidità su questo punto Attenzione : l hotel propone l airport shuttle, ma è dedicato all aeroporto vicino ad Alanya (che avrà 10 voli in arrivo al giorno), per l aeroporto di Antalya, l hotel propone in servizio vip a pagamento (85 euro a tratta )per i transfer da e per l aeroporto.. Ultima cosa : la direzione dovrebbe vietare ai soliti furbetti di mettere gli asciugamani sui lettini in piscina alle 7 di mattina per poi occupare i lettini fisicamente alle 11 dopo aver fatto tranquillamente colazione : già ci sono pochi lettini, se permettono queste pratiche da cafoni, va a finire che la gente si trova male. Il lettino deve essere occupato quando l ospite è in piscina, non in giro per la città oppure in camera. Ci sono stati dei lettini occupati dalla mattina alle 7 fino alla sera alle 17 senza nessuno sdraiato!

Frühstück war in Ordnung

Man bekommt nicht mal stilles Wasser zum Abendessen dazu und wenn man mittags aufm Zimmer Lust auf was anderes hat, darf man nicht mal bestellen und auf dem Zimmer essen. In anderen Hotels, wo Essen angeboten wird, darf man das. Nur dort nicht. Man muss das Essen dort essen bzw. Dort bestellen

Quartos muito pequenos todos com camas de solteiro separadas sem opção de cama de casal, as portas dos quartos são altas e viradas para a rua mais movimentada da zona, muito barulho a noite toda, no hotel tem que se pagar pelas bebidas todas a preços exorbitantes mesmo com a única opção de half board disponivel.. muito mau..

The price of food and drink and all the different prices for the same thing not consistent enough very annoying paying more than the day before

The parking lot is cramped. Bringing in drinks is prohibited at the hotel, and even bottled water costs money – this is the first hotel I've stayed at around the world that charges for bottled water. It costs 12 Turkish Lira outside, but the hotel sells it for 100 Turkish Lira. The rooms are also small.

The location was amazing! It was just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and right on the beach. The room was clean, and the breakfast was fantastic. The made-to-order omelettes were a huge hit!

The beach area is NOT adult-only, and the beach chairs are constantly rented out to non-guests, which is frustrating as we picked this property specifically to be away from large families with children and noise. The beach area gets taken over by locals and tourists who are not staying at the property to the point where I can barely walk to the water. Again, not what we expected from the way the hotel advertised their beach access. Breakfast was great. The rest of the food was underwhelming. We ended up eating most of our lunches at local restaurants. I strongly recommend upgrading to a suite. Standard rooms were so tiny and seemed cramped and uncomfortable for an extended stay. It was fairly affordable and was totally worth it for our 10 day stay. Okay, this is a little tricky to talk about, but I feel it's important to mention. It seemed like the property really catered to their EU guests. Given that the majority of your guests are from Germany, it's natural to focus on them, but this shouldn't make the other guests feel unwelcome. Their television perfectly exemplified that strong preference. Not only was it extremely outdated and lacked streaming capabilities, but 15 of the 16 channels available were in German. The only English channel was a dreadful news program. Thankfully, we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, and the TV pretty much stayed off for the entire time. Not very nice for the rest of your guests. If my US dollars are not welcome at your property, you shouldn't have sold me a room. Consider being a little more inclusive.

Vi er kommet på dette hotel gennem mange år. Det er ganske enkelt fremragende og hvert år vi kommer, møder vi en række andre gæster, som også er der hvert år. Det siger noget om kvaliteten! Personalet er søde og varme og vi føler os altid meget velkomne og maden er lækker og afvekslende. Vi glæder os allerede til vores ophold næste år.

Superb location, just next to the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our holiday enjoyable and memorable.

Exzellente Lage direkt am Strand und Stadt/Geschäfte/Lokale zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und erfüllen schnell jeden Wunsch. Hotel Restaurant hat eine sehr gute Auswahl an Essen und Getränke, Qualität sehr gut. Reinigungs-Personal ist besonders zu loben, jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gründlichst gereinigt und Handtücher/Bademantel/Strandtücher gewechselt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität und Unterkunft.

Das Hotel bietet nur Halbpension an, Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr gut mit großer Auswahl und Abwechslung an Speisen. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist sind die teuren Getränke-Preise am Pool und Strand. Hier wird unser Meinung zu viel verlangt und die Gäste holen sich deshalb meistens die Getränke von den umliegenden Supermärkten. In der Suite wird ebenfalls für die Minibar für Standard-Getränkte alles extra verrechnet, hier wären wir der Meinung das eine gewisse Anzahl an Getränkte pro Tag im Suite-Preis inbegriffen sein sollte. Im allgemeinen ist die Suite aber aufgrund der Ausstattung großer Terrasse und Ausblick von Preis/Leistung in Ordnung.

I highly recommend it! I visit Antalya for its climate, the sea, and the friendliness of the locals, but above all, I found the Alaaddin Beach Hotel to be the best in the area: with a wonderful atmosphere, an excellent location (in the heart of the city yet on the beach), breathtaking sea, a friendly staff, always smiling and ready to satisfy any unexpected guests' needs, resolving them in the most pleasant way possible for tourists The buffet is more than abundant and varied, catering for all tastes for both breakfast and dinner, the cleanliness is exceptional, the beach service is included and very well organized, the rooms are spacious, most with sea views, the atmosphere is very pleasant, with pleasant background music (at a low volume), and the beach restaurant offers fabulous sunsets. The only thing missing would be a corner where tourists can cry once their holidays are over :))

Aftensmadsbuffet var lidt kedelig, men al a carte var god. Morgenmadsbuffet med mulighed for omelet trækker dog helt sikkert op

Отношение на ресепшене просто хамское,в шоке от девочка с длинным рыжим волосами. позволяет моему сыну говорит закрой рот.(при том ему 33 года) а ей лет 22.Заселили в номер на первом этаже,воняет хлоркой к утру болела страшно голова.Переселили спасибо,но мы наблюдали как много туристов были в шоке.Офицанты видимо устали,никак в прошлом году. Работают как машина,без эмоций. Омлет надо ждать ,человек который готовит -все время уходит.При том что цена отеля по сравнению с другими высокая(учитывая ,что это полупансион).На ресепшене есть девочка очень профессиональная и милая,благодаря ей мы избежали катастрофы. Нас хотели выселить ,не разобравшись резервации,сказав ,что это наши проблемы с букингом. У нас было две резервации по три дня,так вот вторую не могли найти,и повторяли 50 раз что наш отдых закончен. Я первый раз вижу такое хамское отношение к туристам. Если бы мой сын не знал хорошо английский,не знаю где бы мы доживали наш и так короткий отпуск,о котором я мечтала весь год.Вернулась бы только из -за массажа...

Für ältere Gäste, die der englischen Sprache nicht mächtig sind, wäre eine deutschsprachige Rezeption gewinnbringend.

I love Alanya and my go to place was always Xperia Saray hotel. I booked Alaadin hotel reluctantly due to some of the negative reviews, but am so glad i booked. The hotel is in the best location, has self parking with lots of parking spaces. Is on the beach with plenty of sunbeds The staff were all pleasant and professional, the food was amazing People looking for faults will always find faults. Alaadin are upfront with extra costs and was not a problem. Thankyou to all the staff at Alaadin. I can thoroughly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.

Hadde et bra opphold men annonsen var veldig misvisende. Har spurt alle jeg tenker når de ser annonsen: Double sea side view. Alle tenker som oss, hvilket betyr at vini det minste bør se havet. Vel det gikk ikke. Jeg fikk forklaring fra resepsjon at double betyr dobbeltrom og at sea side betyrbat de kan se havet fra siden. Vel det stemmer dersom du strekker deg langt ut fra balkongen og titter til venstre. Derfor føler jeg vi ble litt lurt. Men ellers er hotellet veldig hyggelig

Ok hotel med venlig personale, meget lille værelse hvor der ikke var plads til en kuffert på gulvet. Pladser v/ poolen var reserveret at håndklæder me kunne stå ledige fra morgen til over middag uden konsekvens fra hotellet !!

Location is excellent, hotel is very clean and new. Food was delicious. Staff needs some customer service training and smile to the clients. With half board option I think water tea and coffee needs also to be inclued in dinners.

Bize hizmet veren arkadaşlar, gerek sahilde gerek mutfak bölümünde, gerçekten çok iyiydi. Hepsinden Allah razı olsun. Otel temizdi, genel olarak da güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Bizimle ilgilenen tüm ekibe güler yüzleri ve emekleri için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Beğenmediğim konu, odalarda ücretsiz su olmamasıydı. Buzdolabında su vardı ama ücretliydi. Yarım pansiyon olarak tuttuk; 4 geceye 828 € ödedik ama suyun ücretli olması gerçekten garibime gitti. Ayrıca emanet kasası da günlük 3 € idi. Yani yarım pansiyon ve 4 yıldızlı bir otelde sadece akşam yemeğini mi ödemiş olduk, anlamadım. O zaman kahvaltı dahil bir otel ayarlayıp akşam yemeğini dışarıda da yiyebilirdim. Bu durum bana biraz eksik geldi. Belki düzen böyledir ama benim çok hoşuma gitmedi.

Chutné raňajky, dobrý výber. Večere boli tiež veľmi dobré. Nápoje neboli pri večeri v cene, bolo potrebné si za všetky platiť. Pri hoteli sú hneď obchody a je tu aj autobusová zastávka, môžete sa odviesť pozdĺž celej Alanye za 1 euro.

Et nytt besøk på Alaaddin Beach Hotel som overgår alle hotell vi har besøkt i Alanya og andre bade-ferier. Utmerket beliggenhet, idyllisk hotell, stor og variert buffet til frokost og middag. Når man også tar med vennlighet og service innstilling fra alt personale og fornuftige priser, er dette et perfekt for par som ønsker et rolig liv på stranden med god mat

Skønt hotel, perfekt beliggenhed. Gratis solvogn på strand. Aftensmad måske lidt af det samme. Men pyt, man spiser der når man har lyst. Ellers er der mange andre steder.

Wir waren vor 22 Jahren schon mal in diesem Hotel. Alles ist neu gemacht worden und alle Angestellten sind immer noch so freundlich und zuvorkommend wie damals. Betten sind super bequem, Essen hervorragend und riesige Auswahl. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr wieder dort sein. Klare Empfehlung

Es ist ein vier Stern Hotel, zumindest wird es so deklariert. Für uns nur ein normales drei Sterne Hotel.

Balkongen är ganska liten. Går knappt att sitta på. Allt annat är toppen.

Trevligt/mysigt hotell som tyvärr inte uppnår 4 stjärnor utan snarare 3. Frukosten var under all kritik. Endast vitt bröd/bullar, söta flingor, många olika vita ostar som alla var för salta, några få köttpålägg, omelett, kokt ägg, amerikanska pannkakor, sylt i små förpackningar, tomat, gurka, oliver och lite frukt. Kaffet var färgat vatten, juicen var från automat. Däremot kunde man beställa färskpressad apelsinjuica som kostade 120 Lira = ca 35 sek. Inga laktosfria alternativ förrän vi frågade och då köpte de in 1 liter mjölk som vi fick be om varje morgon. Personalen var sen med att duka av och man fick ofta plocka undan porslin efter andra när man satte sig vid något bord. Trångt mellan borden. Middagarna var tvärtom väldigt bra. Mycket varierande och god mat. Rummet nr 323 var rätt så litet med en mörk balkong och mindre dubbelsäng, Endast en hård resårbotten och höga kuddar som man kunde byta ut mot andra för några Euro/dag... Säkerhetsbox kostar 3 Euro/dag. Vatten på flaska ingår inte. Katter kommer och går och blir matade, även i matsalen. Det positiva med hotellet är middagarna, att det ligger på stranden och har en fin pool. Men personalen behöver gå på charmkurs.

The hotel territory is not large, but very well-kept and beautiful. One of the biggest advantages is the hotel in the city center (transport, taxis, restaurants, bars nearby) and on the first line. The hotel restaurant has a view of the beach (we admired it during breakfasts and dinners). The price includes umbrellas, sun loungers, towels. There is a distance between the sun loungers on the beach, unlike many other hotels. Delicious cocktails and food in the beach bar, as well as excellent service: the staff is polite and does everything perfectly. We ordered breakfasts and dinners at the hotel. We were satisfied: there are not too many dishes, but there is always a choice of appetizers, main courses, desserts and fruits. We eat meat, so we always enjoyed the grill in the evenings. We had a standard room: it is not large, but clean, freshly renovated. We also liked other hotel services: laundry, transfer, lunch to go (during early check-out). The reception works at a high level, very responsive and attentive people. Many thanks to Habibe! I would like to separately note the spa staff and the spa program itself. Friendly people and professionals. I went to Fatma for a 1.5 hour massage every day of my stay, incredible professional, amazing massage, I recommend! Overall impression of staying at the hotel: comfortable, cozy, calm, pleasant, delicious, excellent service.

We would like to have more light/lamps in the room. I’d recommend a little renovation for spa complex, but it doesn’t belong to services (they’re excellent, no renovation needed).

They don’t want you to bring foods and drinks from outside to the beach. I can understand foods in some way but little snacks and drinks (at least water) should be permitted Also you have to pay extra for drinks at dinner, which, in my opinion, should be included in half-board.

Great Location on the beach but also able to walk to many good restaurants & bars (including an Irish Pub)! Great choice of breakfast foods right by the beach. Great pool but also enjoyed a dumping in the surf. Our room had a balcony with lovely views. Short taxi to the cable car up to Alanya Castle.

A small fly problem around food & would suggest that ceiling fans are installed over the breakfast food or even table fans to deter the flies.

All stuff was super nice and helpful: receptionist, waiters, cleaning stuff… 👍👍 The room in the second floor we stayed had an amazing view to the pool and the beach. The interior of the was great. Both pool and beach was great. Beach is super accessible from the hotel rooms. Social areas around the pool and the restaurant part are great. No super loud music during the day, which was good in terms of having a good rest for the couple of days we stayed in hotel.

The deserts in dinner buffet, can be better. But all other food was really delicious.

They looked after us like family. Room was immaculate and the food was just right. Out the room down some stairs and like a 2 min walk to the beach. Dinner and breakfast had a sea view and food was fresh and tasty. All food and drinks were safe to eat.

Very expensive hotel, poor breakfast and dinner. I would never come back. We even had to pay for drinking water while it was free in other cheaper hotels.
