Xperia Saray Beach Hotel

Für uns eines der besten Hotels überhaupt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Wir reisen sehr viel und verbringen unseren Haupturlaub normalerweise in den USA oder Asien. Die Türkei nutzen wir dagegen gerne für einen kleineren Urlaub zwischendurch, einfach um uns zu erholen. Wir kennen deshalb auch einige der großen und bekannten Hotels in der Region Side/Evrenseki, unter anderem das Royal Dragon, Taj Mahal und Aydinbey. Umso mehr hat uns überrascht, dass dieses vergleichsweise kleine Hotel am Kleopatra-Strand für uns wahrscheinlich auf Platz 1 unserer bisherigen Hotelaufenthalte weltweit kommt. Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Mitten in Alanya und direkt am wunderschönen Kleopatra-Strand. Türkisblaues Meer, die Seilbahn und die Höhle sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt und trotzdem haben wir die Umgebung als angenehm, ruhig und sicher empfunden. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war nicht riesig und auch der Balkon hätte etwas größer sein können. Aber ganz ehrlich: Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Zimmer war vollkommen ausreichend und der Blick aufs Meer einfach traumhaft. Was dieses Hotel für uns aber besonders macht, sind die Menschen, die dort arbeiten. Vom Room Service über die Kellner und Barkeeper bis zum Küchenchef waren alle ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Man merkt, wie sehr sich das gesamte Team bemüht. Gerade im Vergleich zu riesigen All-Inclusive-Anlagen haben wir die kurzen Wege unglaublich genossen. Ein paar Schritte und man ist am Pool oder praktisch schon im Meer. Trotzdem haben wir immer freie Liegen am Pool und am Strand gefunden. Es gibt nur eine Bar und ein überschaubares Restaurant – und genau das hat uns gefallen. Mehr braucht es überhaupt nicht. Das Essen wurde ständig frisch nachgefüllt und der Küchenchef und sein Team waren immer präsent und sehr bemüht. Auch das internationale Publikum empfanden wir als ausgesprochen angenehm. Kein Gedränge am Buffet, keine völlig überladenen Teller, von denen anschließend die Hälfte weggeworfen...

Ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge Wenn man überhaupt etwas kritisieren möchte, dann nur auf hohem Niveau: Beim Frühstück wäre es schön, wenn an einigen Tagen frisch zubereitete Omeletts nach Wunsch angeboten würden. Auch ein paar scharfe Chilis, die mittags und abends vorhanden sind, wären morgens für Gäste wie mich eine schöne Ergänzung zu den Eierspeisen. Das Meer am Kleopatra-Strand ist traumhaft, fällt allerdings relativ schnell tief ab. Bei etwas stärkerem Wellengang kann das Herauskommen deshalb schwieriger sein. Eine einfache Haltemöglichkeit oder beispielsweise ein Seil am Hotelstrand könnte insbesondere älteren Gästen helfen. Die Barkeeper erfüllen wirklich fast jeden Wunsch und die lokalen alkoholischen Getränke sind inklusive. Gerade in den ersten Tagen ist aber nicht immer sofort ersichtlich, welche Getränke im All-Inclusive-Angebot enthalten sind und welche extra bezahlt werden müssen. Eine gut sichtbare Getränkekarte mit den inkludierten Getränken wäre hier hilfreich. Abends kann man die Unterhaltung natürlich teilweise bis etwa 23 oder 24 Uhr im Zimmer hören. Das gehört für uns im Urlaub aber auch ein Stück weit dazu. Unser Zimmer lag nicht zur Straße und wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Unser Fazit Wir verlassen das Hotel morgen nur sehr ungern. Eigentlich führt unsere Reise jetzt weiter Richtung Kappadokien und anschließend über Mersin zurück. Aber wir haben bereits darüber gesprochen, dass wir auf dem Rückweg noch einmal im Xperia Saray Beach übernachten möchten, wenn ein Zimmer frei ist. Das sagt wahrscheinlich mehr als jede Sternebewertung.

Jeg kunne rigtig godt lide faciliteterne, poolen, stranden, medarbejderne, både receptionisterne, tjenerne og andet personale, man bliver altid mødt med et smil på læben, og hvis man havde brug for hjælp eller spørgsmål så blev man hjulpet med det samme! for og nævne en særlig ting: da vi skulle hjem havde det selskab vi bestilte transport igennem til lufthavnen brændt os af, og her kontaktede vi så receptionisten for og spørge om han kunne hjælpe, og vi blev hjulpet med det samme, han sørgede for og kontakte en af hotellets samarbejds partnere, hvor de så hjalp os med og få en ny vogn til lufthavnen, alt i alt et så skønt hotel med det skønneste og mest hjælpsomme personale!

It was nice to be close to the water

The room smell bad, no water for few hours, cockroaches in the room, staff at the restaurant not very professional.

Очень хороший небольшой отель прям у моря) из-за того что территория небольшая все рядом, на пляж 2 минуты дойти, бар между основным корпусом и пляжем. Коктейли вкусные, из хорошего алкоголя. Пиво тоже на удивление хорошее, не разбавленное как это бывает. Еда шведский стол. На первый взгляд не сильно большой, НО то что нужно. И все правда как многие отметили очень вкусно и свежее. Много зелени, овощей и фруктов. Вкусные пирожные и сладости. Всегда есть мясо, говядина ,курица, на завтрак блинчики, омлеты или панкейки. Вареные яйца. Всегда в нарезке сладкие арбуз и дыня. Вкусный кофе. Но в основной кофемашине, есть там поменьше там не понравился. Пляж хороший, лежаки зонтики все всегда в доступе и всегда есть места! Никто не занимает всем хватает. Есть смотритель пляжа очень милый и всегда поможет. Даже когда ближе к ночи сидели на пляже присматривают. Для девушке приехавших одним это особенно ценно и ощущали себя там мах безопасно. Море хорошее, волны если есть не сильные , так как это бухта. Вокруг в городе тоже есть что посмотреть. Расположение отеля очень удачное. Персонал замечательный! Доброжелательный, всегда помогут и подскажут. Сделали нам абгрейд номера совершенно бесплатно, была возможность сами предложили. Номера чистые, уборка ежедневная. Крч полный все включено! Мы остались очень довольны, вернемся обязательно еще !!

Все очень понравилось! Единственное на что обращу внимание - если окна выходят на дорогу, слышимость от дороги хорошая, но я всегда езжу с берушами, так как имею очень чуткий сон, поэтому это не было для меня проблемой)

Отель очень понравился. Особенно хочется отметить Артура на ресепшене — он очень тепло нас встретил, у него отличное отношение к гостям, очень приятный и искренний парень. Ответил на все наши вопросы и помог во всём. Большое спасибо!

Aproape de plajă și poziționată în centrul orașului

În primul rând pe pagina de prezentare spun ca la sosire te întâmpină cu fructe și ceva răcoritor cea ce nu s-a întâmplat . Parcare care a lăsat cel mai mult de dorit și pot spune ca am fost ignorat în prezentare spun ca asigură parcare dacă nu au locuri în fața hotelului la altă proprietate ,in prima noapte am avut-o în fața hotelului următoarea zi am găsit-o pe bulevard la 50 m de hotel fără să fiu anunțat .

The only suggestion we would like to make is regarding the food. While everything was fresh and well-prepared, we hope that by the time of our next visit the menu will be a little more varied, as we felt that the selection was sometimes somewhat repetitive and limited. We believe that a wider variety of dishes would make the overall experience even better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The food was delicious every day, with plenty of variety to choose from. The rooms were always clean and well maintained. The beach is located directly next to the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. You can walk straight from the hotel onto the beach. The swimming pool is not very large, but it is cozy and creates a relaxing atmosphere. Every evening there is live entertainment with music and shows, creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. One of the things we really loved was the fresh fruit cart. The staff prepare and cut fresh fruit right in front of you, and it tastes amazing. They even bring it to you while you're relaxing on the beach, which is such a thoughtful and appreciated service. A special compliment goes to the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to **H…..n** at the beach, who was always kind, welcoming, and made us feel at home. The young staff members in the restaurant and at the bar were also amazing always smiling, polite, and providing excellent service. We were also very well taken care of by **A…r Bey** at the reception. He was very friendly, open to feedback and suggestions for improvement, and whenever we asked for something, it was arranged immediately. That level of service really made us feel valued as guests. One of the highlights of our stay was how the hotel celebrated my birthday with a delicious cake and even fireworks. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the day truly unforgettable. Overall, we had an amazing holiday. The excellent service, friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food, daily entertainment, and perfect beachfront location make this hotel highly recommended. Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand

Velmi hezký hotel, velice příjemný a milý personál, všude čisto, uklizeno, výborná kuchyně, super masáže, udržovaný bazén, pláž klidná dostatek mista, lehátka i slunečníky v ceně. Hezký výhled na pevnost, k lanovce cca 10minut a do městského přístavu asi půl hodiny.

Teenindus oli väga sõbralik ja soe. Erilised tänud Arturile vastuvõtus ning Husseinile rannaalal. Asukoht on suurepärane – hotell paikneb otse ranna ääres ning hotellil on oma privaatrand, kus rannatoolid ja päikesevarjud on tasuta kasutamiseks. Toit oli maitsev ning valik mitmekesine. Hotell ise on puhas, kompaktne ja hubane.

We had a really wonderful stay here and honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far. The rooms were always clean, tidy, and comfortable. Everything felt well taken care of and housekeeping did a very good job throughout our stay. What really made the difference for us was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite and genuinely kind. No matter what question or request we had, they were always very quick to help. They even helped us organise a rather complicated transfer and everything went perfectly, smooth, on time and completely stress-free. Really appreciate that. The restaurant was excellent too. We stayed for two weeks and there was honestly not a single time when the food disappointed us. Everything was consistently tasty. Special mention to the grilled chicken somehow they make it super nice every time. We also really enjoyed the entertainment programme. One thing that stood out compared to some other hotels is that activities were not only in the evening. During the day, the team would invite guests to join games, table games, tennis and other activities, which created a very nice atmosphere and made the stay feel much more lively. The hotel also has its own private beach with a bar, and a heated pool, which is especially nice if the weather is not perfect. Overall, we definitely feel this hotel is worth the price and would happily stay here again

Отель оставил очень приятное впечатление. Xperia Saray Beach Hotel находится прямо на первой береговой линии пляжа Клеопатры, и это, конечно, огромный плюс. Расположение вообще супер: всё рядом — набережная, кафе, магазины, прогулки, при этом сам отель достаточно спокойный и комфортный. Отель компактный, бутик-формата, без огромной территории и километровых переходов. Для нас это скорее плюс. Всё удобно: бассейн, бар, пляж, лежаки — всё рядом и без ощущения толпы. Очень понравилось, что отель 16+. Для спокойного отдыха это идеально. Никаких бесконечных детских криков и суеты — атмосфера более расслабленная и взрослая. Питание хорошее, без вау-изысков, но всё вкусно и достаточно разнообразно. В мае уже была анимация и развлечения: караоке, дискотека, дартс, вечерние программы — скучно не было. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал. Очень приветливые ребята. Особенно Артур на ресепшене — всегда помогал, подсказывал и был максимально доброжелателен. И приятным бонусом нам сделали апгрейд номера с видом на море. И вот тут совет — если есть возможность, берите sea view. Вид просто потрясающий, особенно вечером и утром под шум волн. Оно того реально стоит. Номера тоже достаточно компактные. Всё необходимое есть, плюс хороший мини-бар с напитками. Но если вы любите очень просторные номера, это стоит учитывать. Из нюансов — территория действительно небольшая, и тем, кто любит огромные резорты с кучей локаций, возможно, будет тесновато. Ещё вечером иногда шумновато из-за музыки и программ, но нас это не напрягало. В целом — очень достойный, уютный и атмосферный отель для отдыха в Алании. Рейтинг, на мой взгляд, вполне оправдан. 🤍

Все было отлично! Особенно шампанское! У мужа был день рождения, очень здорово поздравили.Торт подарили Очень систо везде, песок, новые лежаки, номера с шикарными видами. Артур на рецепшн очень профессионален.

Hotellin sijainti oli tarpeisiimme mainio. Saatiin ranta ja kaupunki samassa paketissa. Myös suora pääsy hotellin omalle rannalle plussaa. Rannalla työskentelevä beach "boy" oli ihan paras! Myös late check out onnistui ongelmitta ja saimme olla hotellissa lähtöpäivänä iltapäivään saakka.

Kaikki hotellin sivuilla mainitut palvelut eivät olleet käytettävissä eikä niistä ollut erikseen mainintaa missään. Esim. kuntosali, snack bar ja allasbaari olivat kiinni. Huoneen wc:ssä haisi viemäri ja korjauksesta huolimatta asiaa ei ratkennut.

Frühstück, Mittag Abendessen, war alles perfekt, viel Auswahl, hat gut geschmeckt, Kuchen war auch lecker... Lage war super Top, alles zu Fuß zum Erreichen, Strand war schön und sauber, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem..

Für die Nebensaison (November) hat es zwar gereicht, aber im Sommer sicherlich zu klein und zu wenige liegen am Strand und pool.

Нюансы конца сезона (конец ноября-начало декабря): не было снэк бара, обозначенного в концепции, мало горячих блюд (мясо только в одном виде и мало), сауна не входит в стоимость (но это честно, я сама не посмотрела)

Рекомендую отель , ребята на рецепшн очень приветливые . Очень хороший сервис . Хорошая еда , отличный алкоголь . Приятный не навязчивый отдых ! Спасибо вам большое мы приедем еще !

Ne mogu da pronađem dovoljno dobrih reči kojima bih izrazio svoje zadovoljstvo boravkom u ovom prelepom hotelu. Boravio sam 2 nedelje sa suprugom i našim unukom od 3 godine, pa je svima bio atrakcija. Želim da istaknem ljubaznost kompletnog osoblja u hotelu, počevši od izuzetnog radnika na recepciji Artura i njegovog kolege, pa preko šefa restorana Arifa i svih konobara i kuvara u restoranu, zaista neverovatna ljubaznost svih zaposlenih, osoblja zaduženog za SPA centar i za zamenu peškira koje je prema nama bilo izuzetno ljubazno, divnih i ljubaznih radnika na plažnom baru i na samoj plaži koji su se takođe trudili da nam što više ugode, naročito našem unuku, radnika koji su pored bazena u prelepim kolicima - kočijama svakog dana u 15:00 posluživali voće, nisu propustili ni jedan dan da našem unuku uvek prvom posluže voće i ukoliko je to želeo još i dodatnog voća. Zaposleni zaduženi za zabavu su se jako trudili da gostima ugode i učine boravak zanimljivijim, mada ja i supruga baš nismo mogli zbog obaveza prema unuku da se prepustima i toj vrsti zabave, uglavnom smo koristili izuzetan bazen koji je kao stvoren za našeg unuka i malo ređe plažu koja je takođe bila veoma uređena. Na ležaljkama je uvek bilo mesta bez obzira na činjenicu da je hotel bio popunjen do poslednjeg mesta. Program uveče je takođe bio sjajan, nekad smo prisustvovali programu, nekad ne ali smo pratili sa velike terase iznad bazena u blizini koje je bila i naša soba. Želim da istaknem i izuzetnu ljubaznost hotelskog doktora Hurije i njene saradnice koja mi je značajno pomogla da saniram veoma neprijatnu posekotinu na tabanu noge a gotovo svakog dana je proveravala zdravlje našeg unuka, zaista izuzetna posvećenost svom poslu. Možda sam nekog ili nešto zaboravio da istaknem ali u celini imali smo sjajan boravak u prelepom hotelu. Ovo je bio naš prvi boravak u XPERIA SARAY BEACH hotelu ali ne i poslednji, nadam se da ćemo se videti i sledeće godine u isto vreme.

I had 1 week of holidays in this hotel in the middle of October 2025. Everything was wonderful. The rooms are clean and nice. Location is perfect. And the hotel itself is very convenient. It's very easy to get the beach from the hotel. Also the warm(!!!) swimming pool was a good addition to the cold sea at that time. Special thanks to Arthur at the Reception, who helped with any question or problem as soon as possible. If you have any doubts or concerns, please always ask Arthur, and he will solve all your problems, if any. Also I used SPA and enjoyed massages from Lusi with "golden" hands. Thanks a lot! I had a birthday during my holidays and I was very much surprised with a nice congratulations from the hotel: flowers, special cake and small fireworks before the beginning of the evening show. Really appreciated it a lot and it was unforgettable! Thanks a lot to all the personell of the hotel for such a wonderful holidays! Let's hope that one day I'll come to this hotel back with great pleasure. And of course I'll recommend Xperia to all my friends, relatives and colleagues. Best hotel in Alanya! Bravo! Thanks a lot!

The staff were extremely friendly and genuinely tried their best to make every guest feel welcome and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, everything felt clean and cozy. The food was good. I’m quite a picky eater, but there was always something tasty. They also have themed dinners, fresh fruits, great desserts, Turkish tea. They also have a selection of alcoholic drinks - but this is not something I can comment since I do not drink alcohol. The hotel territory is compact and well-maintained. The Cleopatra beach is stunning. There’s a snack bar, sunbeds, umbrellas icluded, and even fresh fruit served right on the snack bar and the beach. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Alanya. Highly recommend!

The entertainment during the day and evening. From our second week everything only in russian langue, all day long russian, serbian music at the bar. This is unrespectful towards non russian speaking guests. Also one night the advertised music quiz did not happen, the entertainer should have at least tell people not to wait for it for hours, but no communication

Прекрасный, чистый, уютный отель в самом центре лучшего пляжа Аланьи и ее окрестностей. Кстати о пляже - это один из немногих отелей, где шезлонги, зонты и полотенца бесплатные. Очень приветливый персонал ‐ от сотрудников ресепшн до уборщиц. Артуру отдельное спасибо за помощь во всем! Для кого это важно ‐ почти весь персонал немного говорит или хотя бы понимает по-русски. Несколько сотрудников вообще прекрасно им владеют. Но я с удовольствием практиковала свой турецкий, спасибо всем сотрудникам за помощь и терпение)) Питание довольно стандартное для 4*, нам более чем хватало. Да, бывает и разнообразнее, но нам за 10 дней не приелось. Алкоголь местный, но вполне себе качественный. Много позиций, есть даже Бейлиз) Но самое ценное - это детали и внимание. Например, на пляж после обеда привозят свежие фрукты - буквально к твоему шезлонгу. И таких приятных мелочей очень много.

Расположение отеля замечательное, прямо на первой линии, наличие бесплатных лежаков и зонтов для постояльцев. Питание довольно разнообразное, шведский стол и для этой цены качественное. Спиртные напитки местного производства вполне приемлемы. Сама Алания безопасна для туристов в отличии от Мексики и Доминиканской республики где территорию отеля лучше не покидать. Если какие то возникают вопросы, то персонал отеля решит их мгновенно. Спасибо Артуру, который помогал нам впервые посетившим этот отель и вообще Турцию. Персонал буфета постоянно пополнял продукты и придя позже ты не оставался без каких либо продуктов. В баре на пляже девочки и мальчики стараются что бы постояльцам понравилось. В общем рекомендуем этот отель для хорошего отдыха.

Это нельзя назвать не понравившемся НО! Господа хозяева! Пожалуйста! Уберите стеклянные стаканы, рюмки с бара рядом с пляжем. Звон разбитого стекла доносился каждый день, все конечно сразу подметалось, но все не сметешь, а люди там ходят босиком. Смотрите, рано или поздно быть беде.

The staff are brilliant here. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was really good and we were happy with the variety. Plenty of sunbeds, nice pool and beachfront. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff are fantastic. Special shout to the manager I think it was who helped sort us the day of check out as our flight was in the evening and he enabled us to use the facilities all day and sorted us next door with a room to refresh in before we left (hotel was fully booked). Really appreciate that as not many are bothered to help so for us that made our last day go from somewhat difficult to a breeze and really appreciate the extra service offered. Can't fault that 1 bit and for that touch alone we would return. Its the little extra touches like that, that makes the bigger difference.

This is my personal opinion based on taste as i'm a bit sensitive to food. I found the food incredibly salty on 3 of the 6 days. Was as if the chef shifts changed or something, i dont know. My wife didn't notice so much but she's eastern European and used to more salt content where I'm not. I struggled with the food a few times in the evenings. The other 3 days were absolutely fine though. Overall food wise, was good and the variety is fine and always something to find you'll like. If the hotel is full, finding a table can be a challenge though. But adds to the fun. We're not used to all inclusive so no idea if thats the norm to be fair. They do a fruit stall near the pool area each day which is great.

Небольшой городской отель на первой линии, расположен прямо на пляже Клеопатры. Новые светлые номера, очень вежливый и приветливый персонал, уборка каждый день. Понравились шикарные завтраки с разнообразием орехов и сухофруктов, несколькими видами меда и джемов. Вяленый инжир - просто объеденье, ради него вставали на завтрак почти каждый день)) У отеля свой пляж - участок пляжа Клеопатры, лежаки и зонтики бесплатно. На пляже можно заказать напитки из бара, хорошо ловит вайфай. По вечерам шикарная анимация, за 11 дней нашего проживания шоу ни разу не повторялись :) Особенно понравились театральная импровизация, караоке и вечеринка в стиле хоррор. Отель только для взрослых, и это хорошо, нет лишней суеты и детских криков. Шоу заканчиваются в 23:30, после этого в отеле тихо и спокойно, все предназначено для хорошего полноценного отдыха.

Вайфай в номерах очень слабый, особенно вечером, часто не ловил совсем. Питание особенным разнообразием не отличается, особенно обеды и ужины. На ужин часто подавали то, что осталось от обеда. Мороженое и любые коктейли в баре - за отдельную плату, это неприятно удивило, даже в трешках в этом районе какие-то коктейли были включены. Границы зоны для некурящих возле пляжного бара не соблюдаются совсем, персонал там сам ставит на столы пепельницы, в итоге вечером некурящим буквально некуда деться, дым стоит на всей небольшой территории отеля. Вместе с тем, нам удалось отдохнуть очень хорошо. Итог: отелю - твёрдая девятка. Если бы в номерах нормально ловил вайфай, мороженое и коктейли были включены и строго соблюдались границы зоны для некурящих, поставил бы десятку без вопросов.

Hotelul ne-a depășit așteptările. Inițial rezervasem altceva în zonă iar la sugestia prietenilor am ales acest hotel, chiar dacă a fost mai scump decât ne propusesem, a meritat. Mâncarea a fost foarte bună, diversă din fericire am primit o cameră cu view minunat, s-a făcut curățenie zilnic iar personalul a fost foarte amabil și ne-a ajutat mereu. Personalul de la masă era mereu amabil și gata să te servească. În fiecare seară era un program, o petrecere și cu toate ca am fost sceptică, după o zi de plimbat și plaja au fost foarte distractive și au completat perfect vacanța, în special seara turceasca! Mereu ai loc pe plajă, poți muta umbrele după cum îți dorești și poți să îți iei băuturi ceea ce a fost ideal. În ultima zi am prins o apă foarte clară și cu toate ca pare abruptă intrarea în apă, a fost bine chiar și pentru mine care nu știu să înot. Am fost și la masaj în cadrul hotelului și am fost tratați la fel de bine iar fetele de acolo sunt foarte drăguțe. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni dacă vom mai ajunge în zona. Recomand!!

Internetul poate fi puțin îmbucătățit, în rest mi-a plăcut absolut tot!

The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were very friendly. Lots of fun activities during the day and great evening entertainment.

Uns hat alles gefallen, wir waren das erste mal in einem 4 Sterne Hotel und müssen sagen das in großem und ganzen alles super war. Das Essen war lecker und das Abendprogramm war sehr unterhaltsam. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Mir persönlich hat das Meer nicht so gefallen weil es sehr wellig war. Ehepartner und Kind waren begeister. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind gab es leider auch Parklplatzproblem.Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt. Das Personal war sehr behilflich und haben das Auto geparkt bzw umgeparkt.

We booked a side sea view room but were given a room overlooking the loud pool/bar area instead. Despite asking to be moved, the hotel was overbooked and couldn’t accommodate us. The balcony door also didn’t lock and, although reported, was never fixed. On the plus side, the hotel was very clean and well presented, staff were generally welcoming, and the food was excellent. The pool, private beach, and sunbed availability were great. Downsides were weak WiFi, loud evening entertainment, and underwhelming shows. Overall an average stay – good in parts, but disappointing in others.
