Bayram Apart Hotel

The apartment was dirty and was not the one we originally booked. One of the beds was missing a leg, making it completely unusable, while the sofa bed in the living room was so unstable that it tipped over whenever you sat on it. Both the sofa bed and one of the mattresses were covered in heavy stains. As a result, I was forced to sleep on a mattress on the floor for the entire stay. The general cleanliness was terrible, the windows were filthy, and the bathroom was in an awful state. There was also a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the apartment. To make matters worse, the AC was too weak to even cool the room it was in, let alone the rest of the unit. On top of everything, a housekeeper walked into our room without knocking and caught me completely undressed, which was a unacceptable breach of privacy. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Не жаркий номер на первом этаже. Хорошая тихая улица, удобные кровати. Большой номер. Хорошая уборка, каждый день приходили.

Громкая дверь в ванной комнате. Неисправные замки на окнах и балконе, но нам не мешало. Немного твердая подушка, но не критично.

The location is great and the personal is really nice too. The apartment has potential but lacks maintenance. It has a pool but we didn't use it

Things were a bit old. The "kitchen" didn't have a stoves. Really limited utensils. They said double bed but were just 2 beds together

Le personnel à la réception (surtout notre ami qui aime la musique électronique française), le personnel de ménage très respectueux et aimable. Le rapport qualité prix. La climatisation qui permet de dormir sans bruit et sans tomber malade. C'est un établissement formidable pour un séjour long car il est facile de faire la cuisine. La maison fournit des petits équipements qui pourraient manquer. La plage est à 5 min mais il y a aucun bruit de la promenade qui est très fréquentée.

Certains équipements de la salle de bain sont un peu vieux mais ça reste fonctionnel.

Veldig bra hotel med klima og wifi inkludert. Sengene var gode å sove i. Reint og pent. Kort vei til Kleopatra stranda, kiosk, mat butikk, restauranter,buss og taxi. Gå avstand. Bassenget til A og B bygget er bra å bade i. Noe større solplass for solsenger. Resepsjon med god service og dem snakket godt engelsk. Alt var veldig bra der.

Отзывчивый персонал, хорошее расположение, работники предлагали кофе бесплатно ( даже нашим знакомым не из отеля ), дают бесплатные полотенца для пляжа и предоставляют лежаки с зонтами по скидке. Так же напротив есть магазин с приятными ценами. Хороший бассейн + предложили ходить так же в соседний бассейн.

По какой-то причине ( ВОЗМОЖНО по вине розеток отеля ) перестали нормально заряжаться телефоны ( приходилось несколько раз перевставлять )

Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta, dažu minūšu gājienā līdz pludmalei. Atsaucīgs un laipns darbinieks. Dzīvoklis tieši tāds kā foto, bija viss nepieciešamais ērtai palikšanai un ēst gatavošanai. Patīkams pārsteigums bija atsevišķi pludmales dvieļi.

Varētu būt svaigāks remonts un lielāka tīrība.

Sijainti, hinta-laatusuhde hyvä, sängyt hyviä nukkua ja huoneisto hyvän kokoinen.

Ulko-ovea ei saanut lukkoon koko viikon aikana. Asiasta sanottiin pari ensimmäistä päivää,mutta lupailusta huolimatta lukkoa ei korjattu.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, just across the road from the beach, only a five-minute walk. Right in front of the hotel is a small Sam's supermarket with affordable prices and very friendly staff. The hotel is fairly quiet at night, and the room includes a small fridge, a couple of pots, plates, and basic utensils, although the kitchen equipment is limited. A special mention goes to the cleaning lady, who was exceptionally friendly throughout our stay.

The hotel is quite outdated and could benefit from renovation. The air conditioning only works in the bedroom, so if three people are staying, the living area becomes very warm unless the bedroom door is left open. When we arrived, there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. It was bad enough that I almost asked to change rooms, but fortunately it disappeared after the first day and wasn't an issue for the rest of our stay. On the positive side, maintenance issues were resolved quickly. We had no light in the living room on one occasion and another minor issue later on, both of which were fixed within 24 hours. Our company booked several rooms, and unfortunately none of them had a working TV. As it was the World Cup, it would have been nice to watch the matches in the room instead of going out late with the kids. When I mentioned this to the manager, he simply shrugged and said, "That's the way it is," which was disappointing. I've also seen reviews mentioning the restaurant downstairs, but it doesn't appear to be operating anymore.

Sengene var bra og rolig gate. Kort vei til strand. God mottagelse når vi kom. Prisen var rimelig.

Bad som var lite og ukomfortabelt. Rett fra soverommet. Ingen steder å henge håndklær inne og mange kontakter/lamper hang og slang. Møkkete og hullete sofa. Lakk masse fra krana på kjøkkenet. Bad inkl do ble vasket 1 gang på 7 dager. Et veldig slitt hotell. Så betjening kun når vi kom. Fikk ikke levert nøkkel når vi dro så den la vi i resepsjonen.

Расположение отличное, довольно тихая улица и близко к морю. Хороший мини отель за такие деньги. Доброжелательный и готовый помочь персонал.

Если главное море и на небольшие детали не обращать внимания, отличный вариант.

2eme couchage peu confortable, peu d équipements.

Great location, easy to walk to the beach, to restaurants, there are busses to the city center, and you can walk to the bus station to go to Gasipasa airport as well. Overal is ok apart, but small. Bed was comfortable, very soft mattress, cotton blankets, pillow was also good enough, which is very improtant for me.

But the room is small, the bathroom/shower is extremely small. No toiletries, except hand soap. No airconditioner in the kitche/living room. Door to the balcony does not lock, no safe to keep any valuables. There were some mosquitos on the second floor as well.

It’s a very good location, just 10-15 min walk from bus station, 5-7 min from Cleopatra beach. It was a good transition hotel because our main vacation was in Konakly. it’s easy to get there from airport by local bus. It was clean, very soft mattress and pillows were decent. Clean bedding and towels. You can hang some wet clothes on the balcony. They have a basin, for washing laundry, I think. We would not want to stay there longer than 1-2 nights, though.

The building is rather old, and the basic 2-room budget apartment was very small, and things were not in perfect state, though everything is in working condition. Air conditioning is only in the bedroom; tiny kitchenette with some basic ditches and utilities, electric kettle and stovetop, small fridge. No toiletries in the bathroom, except liquid hand soap. Make sure to bring your own. Swimming pool didn’t have water, not sure if it’s a temporal situation or not.

Super venligt personale og super internet overalt på hotellet. Var der både for at arbejde og have lidt ferie. Rigtigt god værdi for pengene

Скромный эпарт отель, чисто, спокойно, море рядом. Также удобно что рядом много магазинов.

В основном с отеле все хорошо, по просьбе выдают утюг и фен. Не зависит от отеля громкая музыка вечером из отеля неподалеку. Но надо отметить что оканчивалась в 11-11.30 вечера.

Мне понравились апартаменты. Минимилистично, но самое необходимое было. Приятно, что здание находится в тихом месте, поэтому было спокойно. В номере было чисто и без лишних запахов. Также есть лифт. Кровать удобная. Очень близко к пляжу, автобусная остановки и магазины рядом.

Для полного счастья хотелось бы иметь стиральную машину в апартаментах. Ну и не хватало минимального набора на кухне: средства для мытья посуды, соль, сахар, масло для жарки.

Зупиняюся в цьому апартаменті не вперше. Подобається зручність розташування, великі апартаменти зі всім необхідним. Персонал дбає про чистоту кожного дня. Неодмінно зупинятимусь ще :)

En rigtig god værdi for pengene og lejligheden har et godt lille køkken. Tæt på stranden og et forholdsvis roligt miljø.

Everything was wonderful, but we would have liked to have a tea pot for Turkish style tea. There was a kettle to make tea with tea bags but no 'cay demlik'.

Very friendly staff. Rashit from reception and the cleaning ladies were incredibly friendly and helpful. Super clean, fast wifi.

Просто рекомендую! Не знаю прайс в высокий сезон. Но в конце апреля - очень приятный.

Хорошее расположение, близко и у морю и к автовокзалу одновременно. Но апарты старые сами по себе. Ремонт из 90х годов. Чисто, но не совсем уютно. Но для переночевать одну ночь оптимально по такой цене.

Рекомендую !!! Остановились на 3 ночи, продлили ещё на две. Отличное место. Хорошие скромные апарты с отдельной спальней. Кухня неплохо оснащена. Если приедем в Аланию,то остановимся здесь определенно!!

Есть сейф, но нет ключа. Ну и некоторые недочёты неплохо бы устранить- не закрывается на замок балконная дверь. Но все равно впечатление очень приятное. Улыбки персонала компенсируют все мелкие неприятности! Спасибо!

я приехала в байрам во второй раз и там начался небольшой ремонт, тк зимний период - время подготовки к сезону ) меня переселили в twin apart, в очень классный номер .. просто вау 🤍без всяких доплат.Уборка каждый день, вода напор душ хороший, все необходимое есть , если что- то надо , можно попросить на ресепшен , обязательно услышат и помогут , вай фай тоже работал без сбоев . Никаких минусов , одни плюсы.

Очень понравился формат проживания. Фактически ты живёшь в отдельной квартире, но есть обслуживание номеров. Площадь такой квартиры не очень большая, но вполне подойдёт парам и соло-путешественникам. Отдельная комната – кухня, со всем необходимым для приготовления пищи (чайник, холодильник, плитка, посуда). Вторая комната – спальня. С удобной кроватью, столиком, шкафом, тумбочками. Есть сплит-система, холодно не было. Санузел совмещённый, все чисто. Предоставляют полотенца. Хороший вай-фай. Доброжелательный персонал. Рядом – пляж Клеопатры, автовокзал, супермаркеты, много мест, где поесть, снять деньги.

Было бы здорово, если в будущем появилась возможность оплачивать ЮнионПей.

Perfect apartment in Alanya. Great WiFi for working online. Secure motorcycle parking under cover. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There are three buildings on the same property, so they upgraded me for free to a more modern apartment. It had everything you might need for a long-term stay - fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, blow dryer, comfy sofa and arm chairs, tables for work and lunch, balcony to enjoy the sun or hang your laundry. Wi-Fi is good for Zoom calls. Nice garden outside, lots of shops and cafes around. Five minute stroll to a beautiful beach with amazing sunsets. I liked everything. People with mobility issues might find one of the buildings a bit challenging because the elevator there only stops in between the floors, so you will need to carry your suitcases up or down a flight.

Відпочивали без харчування, але всі умови для приготування їжі були в номері. Розташування супер. Рекомендую. Особливо хочу відмітити адміністратор на рецепшені ХУСЕЙНА

Leiligheten var praktisk og romslig nok for familier med småbarn. Godt å ha mulighet for å lage egen mat og ordne drikke osv. Iblant. Svært hyggelige renholdsåerspnell som er den største årsaken til at dette stedet er helt fantastisk. Service og renhold i rommet daglig er godt å ha i hverdagen. samt. Å ha en god prat og hilsen hverdag. Gjør hele opplevelsen og reise i Tyrkia bedre. Anbefaler absolutt dette stedet hvis man ønsker å bo på en apartment hotel.

Alt var bra. Det eneste som trengs er at de ordner barnesikring på vinduene.

Siisti huoneisto. Saatiin yhden makuuhuoneen huoneisto, vaikka oltiin varattu economy. Mukavat sängyt, lämmitys toimi hyvin. Iso parveke. Löytyi mikro, liesi, jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin. Siivous hoitui hienosti joka päivä.

Jak było pochmurnie to nie było cieplej wody.Ale na szczęście w Alanyi więcej słonecznych dni.

Lokalizacja, zaledwie 5 minut spacerem do plaży. Budynek czysty i zadbany. Apartament utrzymany w dobrym stanie, czysto i schludnie. Otrzymałam inny apartament ale ciężko przekręcał się klucz w drzwiach i został mi wymieniony na większy bez żadnej dopłaty.

Brak suszarki w łazience i skrzypiące drzwi balkonu.
