Clean, well-organized, thought-through entertainment programs. Our room was bigger than usual for this price. Really good lobby bar, friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are quite tired and need restoration (doors, wallpapers, bathtub). No fresh orange juice at the beach bar was a minor but memorable disappointment. There are better options in this price range.

a) The food was amazing, no complaints at all. 10/10 and equally so was the staff in that area. Just amazing. b) Swimming pool and cleanliness was up to the mark. c) I like the property from the outside, the garden was well maintained and I enjoyed the stroll.

a) I could not sleep peacefully for any of the days. The last day was the worst and I am absolutely furious about it. It all went till midnight .The music was very loud and I had no interest in it and had come for a relaxing vacation. While I understand that individual tastes can be different and others may prefer music ( fair enough !), usually the Hotel balconies sliding door have a sound proof glass. Here in spite of me closing it, it was just unbearable. The music could have been localized. b) To add to that , the Air con was poor and one could feel it only when you were close to it. This just ruined my sleep. c) You cannot change the building for me . It is how it was constructed , I always was confused on taking the stairs to the Main restaurant. It took me the third day to get used to it. There can be certainly more direction signs added in key places. d) The soap ( Conditioner, shampoo and body wash looked substandard to me and almost look the same). e) My room was dated, It had laminate flooring that had cuffs , chip marks all over. The platform edge that takes you to the lower portion of the room was even half broken. The sliding door to the balcony was not the smoothest to open. f) Hotels usually over the world I see either facilitate or just provide info / pamphlets on local tours available ( To be paid additionally by the guest of course ). It is just useful for the guest and easy for them to figure out things.

Очень уютный, спокойный отель. Номер просторный, светлый. Кухня выше всяких похвал, на любой вкус. Напитки и коктейли в лобби также на высоте. Номера убирают быстро и очень качественно. Особенно приятно, что при бронировании через Букинг нам прикрепили персонального менеджера, который моментально отвечал на все вопросы. Причём даже не совсем по теме. Например, рассказал как лучше забронировать экскурсию. В целом, планируем вернуться.

По сравнению с прошлым годом, показался более грязный пляж. Много окурков на песке.

8 gece konakladık eksikler vardı ama artılarına odaklanınca biz memnun kaldık. Otel yenilenecekmiş, sonrasında daha güzel olacağını düşünüyorum. Özellikle teşekkür etmek istediğim kişi kids club Meltem hanım çocuklarla çok ilgili ve sevecen. Önümüzdeki yaz için tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünebiliriz.

Doğum günüm için tesis içerisinde A la carte İtalyan restoranını tercih ettik,az bahşiş bırakan bir masa hakkında yapılan konuşmalara şahit olduk. Yemekler ve servis kötüydü.

This place is way above the norm for food at an all inclusive. Every night, the main food was different, they did not recycle food and then man at guest relations,Serkan Sapmazturk was very helpful. He helped us know about the multiple daily events happening at the hotel for both adults and kids.

No complaint

I like the staff in the hotel, who were always very friendly and helpful for any requests inc main restaurants, pool & beach bars. Mr Serkan has informed us daily about the hotel program and asked if we have any requests. This was the first time I have experienced in a 5 star hotel - we felt very welcomed and valued. The food for such a big hotel was a good quality & variety. There were also many options at the beach bar. The drinks service at the beach (right hand side) was extremely good - thanks to Gülperi. Animation team was excellent, very entertaining but not insisting. I enjoyed the aqua fitness & execution of the shows at the theatre. The room was big enough and was clean. Cleaning was significantly improved after complaint. The rooms should include slippers, a small make-up mirror in bathrooms and a drying rack in balconies. Spa area was well executed. Their package including hammam & mix massage is highly recommended. I strongly suggest to include a “no-talking sign” in the relax room - there was people speaking on the phone and with each other in the relax room. I could not enjoy the area after having a 2h treatment. I also recommend including sweets or additional drinks (e.g sprite) in the spa area. This is so common in any SPA facilities in Asia to increase the blood pressure after a treatment.

The quality of non-alcoholic drinks was disappointing. The coffee taste was not good - even a typical turkish coffee. Non-dairy milc options were limited - only lactose free and soy milc. There should be a non-alcoholic beer service at least in the lobby bar. Those are very standard in several 4 and 5* hotels in Turkey. The new generation (millenials and Gen S) does not consume heavily alcohol. Coffee and other non alcoholic beverages should be improved if you want to target these people. Gym equipment is sufficient but there is no proper AC. I could not train properly because of this. I also recommend implementing GYM and Sauna area 16+ (common in EU & Asia). The towel service is inconsistent. They sometimes exchange towels at the end of the day, sometimes the staff claims no exchange after 6 pm. I basically took a new towel for myself from the sauna area as the staff declined exchanging mine. I also occupied a standard room just myself. It is a bit strange to receive a single towel for the complete room, whereas families paying almost the same price can get many towels for a single room. Also, the towel service starts at 8 am, so if you are an early swimmer like me and check in after 6 pm like, you may not have a towel.

Excellent séjour, avec un accueil chaleureux et un service irréprochable. Une équipe très attentionnée et professionnelle. La chambre mériterait une rénovation, notamment le mobilier et la salle de bain. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour le service agréable, l’excellent emplacement de l’hôtel, les équipements extérieurs et de la qualité des spectacles.

Нам действительно очень понравилась атмосфера, высокий уровень сервиса, организация вечеров и мероприятий — видно, что команда вкладывает большой труд, чтобы гостям было комфортно и интересно. Отдельно отметим, что питание в основном ресторане было на очень высоком.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Vor allem das Duo Shapagat und Şüheda - sie sind überall und fragen stets, ob alles nach Wunsch verläuft!! Das nenn ich Gästebetreuung ;) CheckIn ohne Stress! Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Angebote sind genug vorhanden. Zum Abschied nimmt sich CRM Manager Serkan auch gerne Zeit und reflektiert mit den Gästen den Aufenthalt. Man bekommt dadurch einen schönen abgerundeten Abschied, was die Freude auf ein Wiederseheb deutlich erhöht hat!

Hotels kommen auch mal in die Jahre - aber das hohe Niveau dieses Hotels schafft es, dass man darüber hinwegsehen kann. Irgendwann ist es auch wieder auf dem neuesten Stand.

We liked several things of this hotel worth mentioning specifically: 1. The food. The selection, the quality, the taste of literally every dish served was at a level beyond regular 5* hotel. Salmon and beef at Italian restaurant were Michelin level for sure. So if you are looking for an amazing dining experience choose this hotel! 2. The service of waiters near the pool. They skate on rollers and deliver drinks pretty fast 3. The location. Land of legends is 15 mins walk by foot. Perfectly for those looking for shopping and hanging out at night 4. The staff was very nice, polite and helpful

We would give a small minus for room cleaning and mini bar refill service. But issues were sorted out by Dinara from guest relations, to whom we are giving a special credit.

Жахливий досвід Цей готель точно не відповідає рівню 5 зірок — максимум 3. Готель старий, занедбаний і потребує ремонту. У коридорах стоїть неприємний запах, а загальне враження дуже неприємне. Окремо хочу відзначити дитячі водні гірки — вони старі, деякі взагалі не функціонують, а протягом декількох днів частина гірок взагалі не працювала. Для готелю такого рівня це просто неприпустимо, особливо якщо він позиціонує себе як сімейний. Також територія готелю погано прибирається: багато де неохайно, що ще більше псує загальне враження від відпочинку. Чесно кажучи, взагалі не розумію, звідки на Booking оцінка 9,1. На мою думку, вона абсолютно не відповідає реальному стану готелю та якості проживання. За таку ціну очікуєш зовсім іншого рівня комфорту, чистоти та сервісу. На жаль, готель повністю розчарував і точно не виправдав очікувань.

The service is excellent! Even it is all inclusive the staff was everywhere looking after you - constantly offering you drinks on the beach and restaurants - and all included. Housekeeping was great as well keeping the room clean. Serkan, CRM Manager, gave us the great support and stayed in touch every day asking if we need any help.

Очень понравился персонал , в особенности Serkan Sapmazturk и Omit Yiglin, отнеслись к своей работе хорошо, мой чемодан унесли гости случайно без присмотра , два этих человека моментально его нашли в аэропорту и доставили мне . Да безусловно отель требует ремонта , безусловно устал , но есть и свои плюсы и душевные вещи в этом отеле . Так же привлекло обслуживание барменов , все было хорошо, на любой вопрос моментальный ответ получаем именно тут .

Вежливый персонал, готовый помочь. Еда разнообразная, хорошие фрукты и овощи, много зелени. СПА массажисты великолепные, особенно Рабия из Индонезии. Разнообразие анимации, диско у бассейна и пеная пати просто супер!

Лифты медленные, на такое количество людей, но мы ходили пешком по лестницам, хороший фитнес.

Nu mi-a plăcut că nu s-a verificat daca mai exista gel de dus în recipient. Camera in sine nu arata de 5* (nu este renovata, mobilierul vechi, mai scârțâie parchetul), dar pentru noi nu a fost deranjant.

Rooms are great and so is the room service! Maids clean very nicely! The location of the resort is very quiet but they know how to make it fun and welcoming! The workers are amazing and super nice. Lots of different spaces to relax and also have a great time! First time in Antalya Turkey, I recommend this resort to anyone who is experiencing there first time here or even families that have already been here before!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Kaya Belek, the facilities and staff at the hotel were fantastic particularly the pool side activities, and so we had a very memorable holliday. I did appreciate the acknowledgement of my birthday, which was a lovely touch. The only small thing I would say could have improved our experience may have been a regular shuttle bus to Kaya Belek city centre from the hotel as taxis were expencive as were a party of 9, this is not a criticism of Kaya Belek.

It was a really nice experience, the staff is so professional and friendly, we had a lot of fun!

We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Before travelling, we informed the hotel that a member of our party had a sesame and peanut allergy, along with dietary requirements. We were assured this information would be shared with the relevant departments. However, during our visits to both the Italian and Asian à la carte restaurants, pre-prepared starters containing beef and dishes topped with sesame seeds were placed on our table. This was extremely concerning and left us with very little confidence in the hotel's allergy procedures. Communication was another major issue. The hotel predominantly catered for Russian and Turkish guests, and many staff spoke very little English. This made it difficult to communicate, ask questions, or raise concerns throughout our stay. Cleanliness and hygiene were also below the standard we expected, and the overall service did not reflect the quality advertised. When we raised our concerns with management, we felt they were not taken seriously. We were offered a late checkout after we had already decided to leave, followed by cake or alcohol as compensation, which did not address the issues we had experienced. Overall, this was not the relaxing holiday we had hoped for. Based on our experience, we would not return or recommend this hotel, particularly to anyone travelling with allergies or specific dietary requirements.

Le personnel est au petit soin avec nous. Ils sont vraiment très gentil. Le manager est un professionnel très compétent et a l’écoute. Je lui mets 20/20 car il fait parfaitement son travail et les employés sont bienveillants

La nourriture est trop grasse…. L’hôtel est vieux…. J’ai eu une entorse pendant mon séjour à la cheville sur le terrain de golf ( un trou de 10cm camouflé par de l’herbe…), un gastro entérite à cause du café et jus d’orange industriel, de la confiture sur dosée en sucre… Même le riz était très gras….. Nous avons été au restaurant thème italien : le saumon était fade, une malheutpme de terre et carotte et un tiramisu ultra gras et crémeux qui avait du être préparé 2 jours avant…. Un carpachio certainement périmé…. Une catastrophe le cuisiné…. Je n’ai jamais vu ça…. Je n’ai eu que des problèmes digestifs….

And the hotel Kaya Belek is a highly recommended place to stay! Pools, beach shore, great accommodation and great all inclusive meals!! We were very happy and we wish to visit this place again! Dieser Urlaub war ein Geschenk für mein Vater und meiner Mutter. Sie haben es extrem genossen und fanden die Ferien sehr schön. Понравилась спа зона, хорошая массажистка из Бали. Но перед массажем была оговорена стоимость услуги , которая была оплачена. В процессе массажа предложили маску, как оказалось она была платная. Можно было сразу о ней сказать , сразу оплатить . А так сложилось впечатление что просто дополнительные услуги навязывают.

90'lardan kalma bir konaklama arayanlar için ideal bir otel. Bakımsızlıktan ve eskilikten dolayı düzenli temizlik yapılsa bile her yer pis görünüyor. Ultra her şey dahil konseptindeki 'ultra'nın ne oldugunu da bir türlü anlayamadık. Konaklamamız süresince gözlemlediğimiz ve 5 yıldızlı olduğunu iddia eden bir tesise yakıstıramadığımız uygunsuzluklar boldu. - Çocuk kulübü binasinda yoğun ve rahatsız edici bir rutubet kokusu mevcut. Pencerelerin açılması ya da alana bir rutubet giderici cihaz temin edilmesi önerilerimiz yönetim düzeyinde göz ardı edildi. Çocukların vakit geçirdiği bir alandaki bu ilgisizlik kabul edilemez. - Otel binasından ana restorana ve havuzlara geçişi sağlayan koridorda karşılıklı bulunan dükkanlar, 5 yıldızlı otel atmosferinden aniden uzaklaşıp bir pazar yerindeymiş hissi uyandırıyor. Bu durumun kendisi bir tercih meselesi olsa da asıl sorun esnafın davranışlarında yatıyor. Dükkan çalışanları gün boyu kapı önlerinde bekliyor ya da çıkış kapısında sigara içiyor; bu da misafirler için hiç hoş olmayan bir görüntü oluşturuyor. - Çocukların gelip geçtiği koridorlarda içinde yarım kalmış alkollü içeceklerin olduğu bardaklar uzun süre birakılıyor. Çocuk güvenliği ve genel hijyen açısından büyük bir ihmalkarlık. - Odalardaki balkon kapılarında çocuk kilidi bulunmuyor. Kapıların kendisi de o kadar eski ve sorunlu ki açıp kapatmak işkenceye dönüşüyor. Çocuk kilidi de olmayınca, ebeveynler olarak odadaki zamanı sürekli bir tedirginlik ve tetikte olma hissiyle geçirdik. - Konaklamamızın 4. gününde odada çekirge ve yatakta böceklerle karsılaştık, ilaçlama yetersiz görünüyor. - En vahim durum, olumsuz yorumlarımızın engellenmeye ve sildirilmeye çalışılması oldu. Sorunları çözmek yerine kişiye özel yakın muameleyle göz boyamaya çalışmak misafirlerin zekasıyla alay etmektir ve otel yönetiminin vizyon eksikliğini açıkça ortaya koymaktadır.

We had the best customer relation and support ever..CRM Mr Serkan Sapmazturk was very helpful all through of our stay..We were guided about all hotel activities..Hotel is clean and a very good price:performance hotel..Evening shows were very professional..There are plenty amount of food in open buffet that you definitely find something nice to have.

Property is relatively old and some brands of alcohol is missing, but considering that this one is a price:performance hotel, that is also understandable..

Wir waren in der Zwischensaison anfangs Mai Uns gat es toll gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freindlich, die Anlage nicht überfüllt. Ideal war auch die Nähe zum Land of Legend welches man zu Fuss innert 20-30 Minuten gut erreicht

Особенно хочется отметить всегда наличие рыбы на гриле и великолепная баранина в тандыре. Прекрасные десерты. В баре прекрасные коктейли, хорошая текила и бренди. В баре 8 видов мороженного для детей. Всё это целый день без ограничений. Великолепный детский клуб, отдельное Спасибо Вере и Эльвире. Хорошие водные горки. Вечером хорошая анимация, особенно интересные шоу Майкл Джексон и Мадонна. В этом отеле в этом году хорошее соотношение цены и качества. В номере минибар, вода и газировка, чипсы - каждый день пополняют, это очень удобно.

Отель не новый, требует ремонта. В этом году, в отеле будет полная реконструкция. Есть сложности с наполнением шампуня и геля для душа, но есть возможность написать менеджеру и проблемы быстро устраняют.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel ainsi que la plage, qui est très agréable. Les espaces extérieurs sont bien entretenus

Les chambres ne sont pas toutes rénovées et cela se ressent. Le service de ménage n’était pas à la hauteur : les chambres n’étaient pas nettoyées correctement et la literie ainsi que le linge n’étaient pas changés régulièrement. Enfin, même si le buffet est très varié, je n’ai pas apprécié la qualité et le goût de la nourriture.

Otele ilk girişte resepsiyondan itibaren üst seviyede ilgilenildi. Serkan , Asad ve Sefa Beyler tarafından sürekli bilgilendirme yapıldı ve herhangi bir isteğim olmamasına rağmen konforlu bir konaklama deneyimlememiz için ellerin geleni yaptılar. Animasyon ekibi çok başarılıydı. Gece etkinlikleri ve çocuklar için yapılan hazırlıklar muhteşemdi.Güzel bir tatil geçirmemize destek olan Kaya Belek ailesine tesekkür ederiz.

Deniz ürünleri daha çeşitli ve lezzetli olabilirdi.

Kaya Otel’de en çok güler yüzlü personeli beğendim. Odalar temiz ve düzenliydi. Plajı çok güzeldi ve bakımlıydı. Yemekler lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Genel olarak rahat ve keyifli bir tatil geçirdim. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.. ve Serkan SAPMAZTÜRK CRM Müdürü’nede ilgileri için ayrıca tşk ederiz. Am Kaya Hotel haben mir besonders das freundliche Personal gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Der Strand war sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt hatte ich einen angenehmen und schönen Urlaub.

Exceptional service and staff (especially Serkan, Azad from customer relations, Melis from mini club and Cengiz from aquapark) It is perfect value for money with great Turkish food and international cuisine. As a Turkish who stayed most of the hotels in Antalya and similar vacation hotels around the world, you may prefer without hesitation.

It is relatively old hotel but everything has in good shape and quality. If you are looking full new room and facilities, Kaya Palazzo is just next door belong to same hotel group but with double price.

Mr Serka , the manager, Ms Delik, and Mr Zakarya they were really different, exceptional in their hospitality and kindness. We really enjoyed the stay in Kaya Belek.

Un resort curat , mancare variată ,bine gatită si proaspat totul.

Plaja nu e prea curată ,dar nu ne a împiedicat sa ne simțim bine.

Harika bir tatildi, her sene geldiğimiz ve memnun ayrıldığımız Kaya Belek'ten yine çok memnun olarak ayrılıyoruz. Restoran ve bar imkanları, animasyon, eğlence, havuz ve denizdeki imkanlar çok iyi.
