Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en helpen je graag als je wat te vragen hebt. Zeer snelle bediening en heel erg schoon. Het eten is in een woord ongelooflijk lekker en enorm veel variaties gedurende de dag. Spa personeel heeft duidelijke uitgelegd wat de verschillende massages zijn en wat de kosten zijn, transparant en eerlijk. Ik zal volgend jaar wederom hierheen gaan.....

Geen tegenvallers of enige momenten waar ik dacht dit of dat is niet goed geregeld.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The facilities were excellent, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. It exceeded our expectations!

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was excellent and we were very happy with our experience.

Несмотря на то, что в отеле было много гостей, нигде не ощущалось тесноты: у бассейна и на пляже всегда находились свободные шезлонги, в ресторане — столики. При этом в отеле чувствовалась приятная жизнь и атмосфера: люди общаются, сидят за кофе, вечером играет живая музыка, но всем комфортно и хватает пространства. Очень понравился пляж, а также дневные активности — спортивные занятия, аэробика в бассейне и у моря. Вечером была разная живая музыка и хорошая анимация. Отдельно хочется отметить питание. Отличный шведский стол, большой выбор рыбы и мяса, была баранина, всегда всего хватало. Официанты внимательные, быстро подходят и хорошо обслуживают. Перед поездкой читала отзывы о том, что номера старые, поэтому немного переживала, но наш номер оказался очень уютным, чистым и приятным. Нам было в нём комфортно. Особенно запомнился последний вечер: нам подарили посещение ресторана à la carte, и мы выбрали рыбный ресторан на берегу моря. Ужин на закате получился невероятно атмосферным и стал одним из самых красивых воспоминаний этой поездки для нас с мамой.

The complex is big. Very comfortable clean out there. Have everything inside for entertainment. Tremendous amount of food, drinks and bar and that everything is good and is included. The villas that we are as amazing with a private pool area even free mini bar. They made the group for each client and visitor to make the service even at the next level. Very thanks for our Guess experience engines and supporting stuff Emir and Taha Celik and Ceylin. They support us every our needs and provides all carry that us feeling special. Definitely we come again. We are fascinating from all the service. The food was delicious. The restaurant are so good and the most of the important thing is the service and the hotel was great.

The market on the beach didn't have the same quality like the hotel and the whole experience inside. I mean operators on the stores on the beach it's at the not the same level ilike hotel with the beach stuff it look like. We are the some neighborhood Street market , clothes and the toys didn't have price to any item t. For me it's no connection between this market area and the main hotel and restaurants and I want to tell you that we pay for flip flops That's the quality and how it looks it cost 2 eur Max in the Chinese market, and we pay 57 eur for them .:) if you take advice and some positive feedback, you must change the operator in this street food area. Make standards how they look to look more like you and the main stuff at the hotel with more manners. Definitely have price to every item and make the price more reasonable and real because even with money the tourist and the guest is not stupid. But in the inside I want to tell little thing I didn't make our vacation less perfect. It's just some feedback to know.

The service of cleaning rooms was too bad. Menu is the same everyday. The smell of cigarette is everywhere and smack our face every time we enter the room. Quality of the hotel versus price is not matching at all.

I’ll separate the facilities from the staff, who were nothing but kind and helpful throughout. The food is genuinely good too. If you like to eat and drink there’s plenty of variety, the buffet standard is high, and the WhatsApp group they set up for your room is a terrific way to handle requests. Always responsive.

The reality is a resort that’s creaking. Everything looks about 30 years old and hanging on, from the wallpaper to the beach towels. It presents itself as lavish and grand but it’s tawdry. Bulbs out here and there giving the place a dingy feel, and a sad, seemingly abandoned gym where the running machine sounds like it has sand in the gears. The taxi situation was the low point. You can’t get an Uber from the resort, and drivers were too nervous to collect us even outside the gates. We ended up walking a mile up the road with our cases, followed the whole way by two men in a cab who stopped whenever we stopped, clearly to intimidate any other taxi who would take the Uber fare. Our booked Uber driver kept asking if we were still being tailed as he could see what was happening. The quote from the on-site taxi resort desk for the airport was 80 euros cash. Uber, under 30. Make of that what you will. But the resort were well aware of this extortion racket.

Food, staff, and clean. We got outstanding support from staff members, especially Ceylin&Taha&Emir&Bayram.

The hotel is extremely comfortable and very clean. The staff are always friendly, professional, and ready to help at any time. Throughout our stay, we felt welcome and relaxed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality holiday.Thanks Aycan and Emir from guest relations special service. Bartender Said is phenomenal. It’s a pleasure to watch him make cocktails because you can see he truly enjoys his job. Professional, friendly, and passionate about what he does.

Everything has been excellent. From entrance to all facilities you surrounded with wonderful people. Assistance team which a-signed by hotel management doing excellent job, day and night first hand help and communicated all the time.

Vi har kost oss masse, spist alt for mye god mat, har gjort forskjellige aktiviteter. Det er den 3. gangen vi reiste til dette hotellet og vi kommer tilbake. Super fornøyd med Lagoon rommet vårt, anbefales.

Нельзя было на вечер пригласить гостей в отель ( максимум в лобби на 30 минут). А за посещение общего ресторана ( на 1 вечер!!) 300€ с человека. Жесть. Очень огорчили эти требования/ правила.

We stayed in the Lagoon area and absolutely loved it. The Lagoon pool was beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing. We enjoyed the Lagoon restaurant, the food, service and atmosphere were excellent. Another big advantage was the separate beach area and private terrace for Lagoon guests, which made the experience feel much more comfortable and exclusive. For us, the Lagoon area was definitely the best part of the resort.

We were not as impressed with the main hotel. It felt much busier and the overall atmosphere was not at the same level as the Lagoon area. The water park was also very small, especially for a family resort, and we expected more slides and activities for children. Overall, we definitely preferred spending our time in the Lagoon area.

Lagoon Suites zijn wel aan te raden. Ook Lagoon restaurant is zeker aan te raden. De rest van de hotel is geen 5 sterren meer waard! Gezinnen met kleine kinderen: kies een ander hotel want hier is het totaal slecht geregeld voor kinderen onder de 10 jaar.

Aankomst check-in gedaan. Kamers wasren pas om 18u beschikbaar. Dus 2x 4u kamer voor niks betaald (opgelicht). Meer aandacht voor gezinnen met kinderen. Stop met mensen die cabbana's aan zee te verkopen! dit is een groot scam!! ze beloven je veel daar, maar je krijgt het allemaal niet. dus de assistent die je in het begin krijgt, is alleen gefocust op het verkoop van die shit extra's. De rest van je klachten boeit ze niet.

Die Suite ist wunderschön, grosszügig und ruhig, und der direkte Zugang zum Pool macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem. Was für uns aber den entscheidenden Unterschied gemacht hat, war der aussergewöhnliche Service und die persönliche Betreuung. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Gecem Hanım und Aycan Hanım vom Guest Experience Team. Beide haben sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts mit grosser Aufmerksamkeit, Herzlichkeit und Professionalität um uns gekümmert. Egal ob es um das Zimmer, kleine Wünsche oder organisatorische Dinge ging – sie waren immer erreichbar, haben sofort reagiert und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Genau diese Art von persönlichem Service unterscheidet für mich ein gutes Hotel von einem wirklich hervorragenden Hotel. Auch das gesamte Team war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Für uns steht deshalb bereits fest: Wir kommen wieder. Die nächste Reise ins Kaya Palazzo und in die Lagoon Suites ist bereits gebucht. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with everything. The food was excellent, with a very wide variety of delicious dishes and plenty of choices for everyone. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Our accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the same high standard of cleanliness could be seen throughout the entire hotel. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations – the food, service, cleanliness, facilities, and atmosphere were all fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would be very happy to come back again! 10/10!

We enjoyed all the facilities on offer, in particular the salt water pool & the water park. The buffet, the restaurants, snack bar were all top tier with excellent food served throughout the day. Also the welcoming on arrival was very warm, special mention of Emir who assisted us throughout our stay ⭐

The AC wasn’t cooling properly in our room, also a side door adjacent to the room was used throughout the night and would slam each time someone passed though. But thankfully we were moved and even upgraded to a suite thanks to Emir & the very helpful guest relations team

Elbette. İşte Tripadvisor için akıcı ve doğal bir İngilizce yorum: Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Kaya Palazzo Belek. One of the hotel’s biggest strengths is definitely its cleanliness. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and whenever we requested anything that was missing, it was delivered promptly. The housekeeping staff were especially kind, friendly, and professional. The beach area was stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained. The service was generally good. However, the quality of the beverages throughout the resort was disappointing, with the exception of the Lobby Bar and the Patisserie, where the drinks were noticeably better. After sharing our concerns, the hotel responded quickly, which we appreciated. I would especially like to thank Mr. Halil from the Guest Relations team for his genuine effort, professionalism, and willingness to help. His approach made a positive difference to our overall experience. That said, there are several areas that need significant improvement. The main restaurant was the biggest disappointment. There was a strong smell of food throughout the dining area, the buffet stations were placed too close together, making it feel crowded, and the food quality and taste were far below what we expected from a hotel of this standard. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds provided a good night’s sleep. However, the bathroom vanity had visible mold around the handle area, which clearly requires better maintenance. Another issue was our room allocation. We had booked a sea-view room but were initially given a room overlooking the land. When we raised the issue before posting a review, our concern was dismissed and we were told that the assigned room matched our reservation. Only after leaving negative feedback were we informed that a room upgrade could be arranged. We believe the same willingness to resolve the issue should have been shown from the beginning, rather than only after a public review. In conclusion, Kaya Palazzo Belek has many strengths, particularly its cleanliness, beach facilities, and Guest Relations team. However, the main restaurant, food quality, beverage selection, room maintenance, and consistency in customer service all need improvement to truly meet the standards expected of a luxury hotel.

We recently stayed in this hotel and overall had a very nice holiday. But, below is the fair feedback: Positive: • The food quality and variety were excellent throughout our stay. There was a wide selection of dishes, and most meals were fresh, tasty, and well-presented. • The hotel personnel were friendly, professional, and helpful. • The resort's territory is spacious, beautiful and very well maintained. • General maintenance and cleanliness of the public areas were very good. • The evening shows and entertainment programs were enjoyable and amusing. • The Kids Club offered a variety of activities for kids. Negative: • Room cleaning was inconsistent and did not meet the standards expected from a five-star resort – it took for us 3 days that a cleaning lady finally did proper overall cleaning in the room (only after my insisting message to guest relations) and not just a negligible vacuum cleaning the central part of the floor only. The dust was not cleaned at all, the glasses in the room were with spots, the shampoo in the bathroom finished and has not been replanished/ refilled for 3 days... The seats on the balcony left spotted with birds’ excrements for 3 days prior somebody cleaned it out (and again, only after my insisting message to guest relations). • The service provided by some waiters could be more attentive and efficient, especially during busy periods – some of them often “forget” the requests, miss u, pass ten times around without making proper job – definitely waiters in the main restaurant should be properly trained/ instructed. • Beach cleaning needs improvement – the sand and beach territory is not cleaned – just the sand is flattened/ smoothed by the early morning times. • The hotel's WhatsApp assistance group was largely ineffective, with no responses and no involvement at all! We just got an info about hotel amenities and programs on the first check in day and then – nothing, black hole! Nobody even asked u once “how r u? how is going your leisure? any problems?” – then what is group created for?! as all other issues I was resolving myself with guest relations. • We were quite disappointed that several activities within the Kids Club and services for kids required additional payment, despite the resort positioning itself as a premium all-inclusive destination. • The bread for us was not of good quality – not soft, rubber texture with always only few options/ selections available. • The beach towels were absolutely old, worn out, had holes, and definitely need already to be renewed. • Evening shows were very nice as I afore-wrote but repetitive – the same performances even done by the same persons we’ve seen at least 2-3 times within a week! Meanwhile, a special kudos going to Nazrin from Guests welcoming area, Ramazan cleaner on the beach, Adalat and Enver waiters in the main restaurant – especially for Enver: I would say that this person (with all his professionalism, experience, guests approach and serving, politeness and language knowledges) deserves to work on higher positions rather that to be just a waiter in the restaurant. Verdict: would we come in this hotel again? With all those cons definitely no, as we had been already in many places and know the better ones. But, if hotel will make all necessary improvements and will keep the high level of standards corresponding a luxury one, then – why not?

I like the hotel very much, very good care for children and adults as well, the food is very good the care at restaurant by rise its so nice. Perfect entertainment crew that care so much about our children, they will miss them, every day a lot of activities for any age.

Top class. We moved into a lagoon room after three days and it makes all the difference. The food and service was second to none in the Lagoon Restaurant, especially from Ahmet that really made time for our girls and went above and beyond for us.

First of all, I want to mention the excellent service, especially I was impressed by the guest relations team - Dana, Elizaveta, Anna and Metin, they were extremely nice and careful and even if one could find some minor negative points about the hotel, this team compensates everything by far. 2. The food was excellent with great variety of different meet, fish and seafood, nice deserts and fresh juice for breakfast, lunch and dinner personally I liked meet from tandyr the most (of course, you shouldn't expect Michelin level from the all inclusive restaurant but there are also a la carte restaurants if you wish to try something else but that wasn't our case). Also I liked the idea of a separate 16+ zone in the main restaurant. 3. The beach was clean with sufficient amount of sunbeds and comfortable sandy entrance into the sea. There are also a number of swimming pools including one with sea water but we prefer swimming in the sea. Overall I can recommend this hotel to everybody

The hotel is beautiful and a strong point is certainly the food. The all inclusive is fabulous and a huge variety of food and drinks including premium brands are continually available. We did the Italian Al a carte and this was also lovely. The food and drink is just great! We really enjoyed it, food literally around the clock! Our kids (9 and 11) loved the slides but weren’t overly impressed with the kids club. This isn’t a reflection of the staff, who were great, more the choice of activities as we had hoped for football or something suitable for our 11 year old son. The football was a game on a small piece of grass and wasn’t suitable for an energetic 11 year old and there was very little other suitable activities. If you have young children the kids club is probably fabulous for you. Our 9 year old enjoyed the crafts but again wasn’t over roared by the activity options. The rooms were fairly standard and quite small but adequate for a family of 4. They were clean and the air con was great! All of the staff we encountered everywhere were AMAZING! Very helpful and the watsapp guest service was very helpful. The daytime entertainment was okay but we have certainly had better. The evening entertainment was good. We loved the location and proximity to the beach and we walked to the land of legends light show (about 25 min walk) There are lots of different nationalities in the hotel and this impacted the atmosphere a little as there wasn’t as much interaction as we had experienced in other hotels in Turkey. One major criticism is the cost of any extras! Anything purchase from the hotel was extortionate for example the water sports (180 euro for 30 min jet ski) and the shop 45 euro!!!!! For a squishy toy, the arcade (game centre) minimum spend 30 euro and sun cream/block was 45 euros!!! Crazy crazy prices! Especially when you can nip to Belek markets on Saturday (strongly recommend this if you want to buy any thing!) Overall a beautiful hotel with fabulous food and drink and a great location. incredible staff but very expensive extras and the daytime entertainment for adults and children was, in our opinion limited! Although Chicco was great!

Essen im Hauptrestaurant war gut und es gab viel Auswahl. A la Carte überteuert!

Am Strand war ein zu grosser Bereich als VIP reserviert währenddessen der „normale“ Bereich zu knapp für die Gäste war und somit nicht genügend Liegen für die Gäste waren. Man zahlt wie für Business Class und das Gefühl, das man kriegt ist „Economy class“, alles andere kostet extra wie bei den billig Airlines… Dabei das Hotel ja nicht gerade billig ist. 2 Stege am Strand sind für VIP reserviert und stehen leer, der Bereich zum Schwimmen dadurch noch kleiner geworden. Es waren Eisverpackungen, Servietten etc im Meer welche aus den Stegen runtergefallen waren. Das Publikum am Hauptpool liess zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmer (Villa mit Poolzugang!) waren sehr klein, Pools nicht geputzt, viel zu wenig Platz für Kleidung. Snacks beim Pool zu wenig, für Gözleme musste man 10 Minuten warten da sie nicht wirklich motiviert war. Die Bilder vom Fitnessstudio waren verfälscht und in echt sehr klein und alt! Cocktails fast ohne Alkohol und halb voll, Wein und Prosecco ungeniessbar! All in all sehr enttäuschend für uns. Ich habe mir viel mehr erwartet für diesen Preis.

We had an amazing stay at the Kaya Palazzo! The room was lovely and we had an amazing view, we also loved the main buffet restaurant, there was such a good variety of food every night! Also the pool and beach areas were great! The service from the staff was exceptional, especially from our guest services team Emir and Taha :) they made our stay very easy and comfortable!

- Отель уставший. Лифты снаружи симпатичные, а когда едешь - становится не по себе из-за посторонних звуков - Пляж большой и удобный, но все матрасы грязные. Да, их протирают, но это им не помогает) - Еда. Выбор огромный, но вкусных позиций мало. Напитки ждать можно очень долго, нет влажных салфеток, да и в целом грязно. - За 5 дней, в номере убрали 1 раз и то по требованию через персональных менеджеров

We had our best holiday with our 2 year old son at Kaya Palazzo. We stayed in a spacious suite which i really recommend if you are travelling with a child. Staff is super friendly, there is great selection of food and beverages, plenty of entertainment for children and the hotel is very family-friendly. Really can just talk about the whole resort in superlatives. Special thanks to Mr. Rina from customer relations and the Guest Experience group.

The guest services especially Taha was very helpful, really helped when we had to change rooms arranged everything . Was nice and peaceful place.

Kaya Palazzo będziemy długo i dobrze wspominać. Szczególne podziękowania i słowa uznania dla naszej pokojówki (Nazmiye). Na plus - łazienki były bardzo czyste. W łazienkach były też luksusowe kosmetyki (!!!). Pokój nie tylko był sprzątany, ale była tez zmieniana pościel. Hotel, przynajmniej dla nas był naprawdę bardzo dobry. Nie jest to gigantyczny hotel z 2 tysiącami pokoi, gdzie wszystkiego jest mnóstwo ale czujesz się jak w mrowisku. Kaya Palazzo łączy wielkość z kameralną atmosferą. Bardzo duży teren hotelu. Dużo rodzajów pokoi, nawet wille z własnymi basenami. Pokoje bardzo pomysłowe - my mieliśmy pokój składający z dwóch pokoi, oddzielonych rozsuwanymi drzwiami, mieliśmy do tego dwa TV i dwie łazienki. Mimo, że byliśmy we dwójkę, to te udogodnienia okazały się bardzo fajne. Duża łazienka miała wannę z hydromasażem. Duże balkony. Hotel jest tak zaprojektowany, że wszystkie pokoje mają widok na morze. Po przyjeździe do hotelu dostajesz swojego opiekuna z kontaktem przez Whatsapp. Co prawda oferta hotelu jest tak dobra, że nie musieliśmy z niego korzystać, ale pomysł jest bardzo dobry. Teren hotelu jest bardzo rozległy, nie ma problemu z wolnymi leżakami. Są strefy tylko dla dorosłych, są strefy typowo rozrywkowe (pink party na basenie), są w końcu duże baseny dla rodzin i dzieci. Bardzo dobra restauracja - jedna z najlepszych w jakich jadłem. Duży wybór smacznych dań. Wieczory tematyczne, jedzenie bardzo dobrej jakości. Plaża, to kolejne pozytywne zaskoczenie. W tej części morza śródziemnego plaże nie mają dobrego piasku - raczej jest to drobny ciemny żwirek, natomiast w Kaya Palazzo jest plaża (oddzielona od naturalnej) z ładnym, drobnym, jasnym piaskiem. Nie są to Malediwy czy Kenia, ale piasek jest bardzo miły w dotyku bosą stopą. Oferta barów bardzo bogata. Oczywiście są wieczory z muzyką, przedstawienia, jednym słowem nie da się nudzić. Byli z nami znajomi i rodzina wszyscy jednogłośnie stwierdzili, że Kaya Palazzo to hotel do którego warto kiedyś wrócić!

Nie mam żadnych negatywnych doświadczeń - wszystko było super, ale skoro na siłę musiałbym napisać co bym poprawił to: a) punkt z lodami tajskimi miał co chwila awarię płyty chłodzącej - może my mieliśmy akurat pecha, a może trzeba by zawołać serwis, b) słuchawka prysznica w małej łazience lała wodą w różnych kierunkach - trzeba by oczyścić dysze słuchawki, c) hotel jest w Belek - 40 minut jazdy z lotniska, ale za to ładny i duży teren, d) nie mogliśmy skorzystać z pola golfowego - pechowo trafiliśmy na dosiewanie trawy i prace ogrodnicze. Hotel o tym rzetelnie informował, ale trochę nam było smutno z tego powodu, e) w barze przy basenie dla dorosłych był problem z maszyną do mrożonej kawy (była kawa, ale zawór się blokował). Na duży plus - były też mrożone inne napoje - chyba bananowy i czekoladowy, f) i jeszcze dobre słowo o naszej pokojówce (Nazmiye) - kiedy przed kolacją wracaliśmy do pokoju z plaży lub z basenów, to wszystko było tak ładnie posprzątane, że byliśmy aż onieśmieleni żeby wejść w klapkach i coś ruszyć :)

The service from the assistants is great., specially Taha and Emir. They created a channel to be in touch with us all the time. Everything we needed they were ready to provide it.

overall the experience is amazing. the food is great, location is perfect, facilities are perfectly designed to meet all ages and are close to each others. however, since i am a frequent traveler, it was the first time that i see such a customer experience represented by Ceylin, Emir, and Taha. these guys made my stay extremely easy. their attitude, quick response, professionalism, and out of the box solutions they come up with and willing to do the extra mile for their guests was something i never seen in other hotels. they are a true asset for their business owners.

the room service did not clean the room as per expectations. they need to be told what to do.

Our stay was absolutely phenomenal, starting with a wonderful upgrade to a Luxury Lagoon Suite. The resort has everything you need for a perfect vacation: a pristine beach, excellent breakfasts, and fantastic water sports (the jet ski and water car sessions with aerial video shooting were a highlight!). The pools and water slides are great for all ages. Families will love the kids' club with its rides, masterclasses, and amazing animators. For relaxation, there are plenty of open lounge zones with great shisha. Plus, The Land of Legends park is just a 5-minute drive away, so we visited it multiple times. A special, huge thank you to the Guest Experience team—Anna, Dana, Elizaveta, and Metin. They were available 24/7, constantly checking in on us, and handling any requests instantly. Perfect weather, flawless service, and amazing memories. Highly recommended!
