Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Great location. Rooms were nice and very clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Staff are wonderful. Buffet breakfast very good. Beach right outside. Quiet location .Lots of options for food within 100 mtr radius (personal favourite Fisilanis). Bus stop within that radius too. Easy 10 min walk to Piso Livadi. I hope to return.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Hotel praticamente sul mare. Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 6 al 13 agosto e avevamo una camera vista mare con balconcino attrezzato. La signora Lefki che gestisce l'hotel è stata genitilissima. Non solo ci ha fornito tutta una serie di consigli su spiagge e ristoranti ma ci ha anche prestato un ombrellone a titolo gratuito. L'hotel si trova veramente a pochi passi da Piso Livadi, un piccolo porticciolo pieno di ristoranti dove gustare del buon pesce. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Das Badezimmer ist noch sehr alt und das Duschen dadurch leider ziemlich unangenehm. Zudem sind die Fenster stark verrostet, ebenso die Balkonbrüstung bzw. -anlehne. Diese Bereiche müssten dringend renoviert bzw. erneuert werden.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026L'hotel si trova proprio sulla spiaggia, avere il mare a 2 passi è stato meraviglioso. Noi avevamo una camera vista mare con un piacevolissimo balconcino, attrezzato di tavolino e sedie e un comodo stendino. Anche se è tutto un pò datato la camera era pulita e confortevole e il letto ampio e comodo. L'aria condizionata e il phon sono perfettamente funzionanti. Il bagno è pulito ma la doccia sarebbe da cambiare, un box doccia al posto della tenda e un soffione o doccino nuovo sarebbero preferibili. Intorno all'hotel ci sono ottimi ristoranti, un piccolo minimarket e a 10 minuti a piedi si trova il grazioso paese di Piso Livadi con altri ristoranti e qualche negozietto. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo.
La doccia. Nella nostra camera il soffione della doccia non era presente e il doccino era da tenere in mano poiché non era possibile attaccarlo al muro.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The best thing was the staff: they were so helpful and friendly and it was as if they couldn’t do enough for us. They even lent us their parasol to take to the beach! The bed was also very comfortable indeed; we rested really well. Walking distance to Piso Livadi harbour where the restaurants are but also decent ones nearby.
We arrived on the bus and had to walk through a couple of beach bars to get there; the access is better if you’re going by car (obviously not the hotel’s fault; just something the traveller should take into consideration). My wife felt breakfast lacked a toaster for the breakfast.

Die Dusche war etwas klein, mit einem zu kurzen Duschvorhang. Daher war das Bad nach dem Duschen immer geflutet.

I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious and varied breakfast—I honestly didn't expect such a great selection. Every time I came back from the beach, my room was perfectly clean and smelled fresh. Everything worked flawlessly, and I truly couldn't find anything to complain about. The room was incredibly cozy and comfortable, with everything I needed for a wonderful stay. You can really see that the staff care about their guests and pay attention to every detail. I am very happy with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Direkte Nähe zum schönen Strand, der unter Bäumen entsprechend Schatten spendete. Sonst war alles im Paros Inn Seafront zufriedenstellend. Zimmer waren sauber. Klimaanlage war vorhanden. Immer neue Handtücher.
Ab und zu musste das Wasser aus den draußen vor Fenster stehenden Behälter entfernt werden, damit nicht im Zimmer das Wasser aus der Klimaanlage tropft. Am Frühstück müsste nicht nur optisch sondern auch kulinarisch dran gefeilt werden. Für den Preis der Unterkunft aber angemessen

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Wunderbarer Strand mit Tamariskenschatten direkt vorm Hotel. Unsere sehr freundliche Wirtin hat uns Liegen zum Ausleihen besorgt. Guter Preis. Weil die Liegen in der Strandbar nebenan unverschämt teuer sind..Hatten ein Superior Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick. War alles wunderbar! Gute Tavernen ganz nah, vor allem Akteion!
Einziger Negativpunkt: sehr laute Musik am Samstag bis ganz spät in die Nacht!

La atencion excelente y esta literalmente sobre la playa. La playa es linda,.tranquila, amplia. Hay restaurants y barcitos. Se llega en micro desde Parikia o Naussa sin problema. Se tarda entre 25 y 40 min .

La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos. Le lit est très imconfortable et les installations manquent d’amour. Il y a un restaurant à côté (Cactus beach) qui fait des partys.Cela nous a empêché de dormir une nuit complète. Le ́personnel était très nonchalant face à cetye situation.

Nous sommes déjà partis en 09/2023 et de nouveau en 09/2025 ; nous avons trouvé du changement : il n'y a plus possibilité de petit déjeuner les pieds dans le sable et celui-ci n'est vraiment pas terrible pour 12e (une seule personne sur notre groupe de 6 en a pris). Une ampoule de tête de lit ne fonctionnait pas.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025La posizione fronte mare la rendono una destinazione adatta a chi ama avere il mare a pochi metri, veramente un plus dal mio punto di vista, ti permette di farti un tuffo in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti ristorantini e supermarket ... Inoltre in 10 minuti di passeggio si arriva al porticciolo di Piso Livadi. In circa 20 minuti di macchina si raggiungono quasi tutte le località più rinomate dell'isola.
Purtroppo dal vicino stabilimento balneare in qualche occasione giungono vociare, musica, e un andirivieni di auto e moto un pochino disturbanti fino a tarda notte. Il bagno con il doccino, anzichè la normale doccia, non è particolarmente apprezzato, anche se in ferie ci si può passare sopra

La camera un po' vecchia e con la tenda nella doccia,il bagno si allaga e non trovo che sia molto igienica,una maggiore attenzione nella pulizia della stanza ci vorrebbe, materasso da sostituire!! La camera per un soggiorno di tre settimane è poco spaziosa

Reviewed Aug 30, 2025Die Lage vom Hotel ist genial, direkt am Strand und eine tolle Beach Bar ist auch nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, hilfreiches nettes Personal. Zum kleinen aber netten Zentrum mit Restaurants und Bars braucht man zu Fuß nur 10 min. Mini Supermarkt zu Fuß 3 min entfernt. Mehrere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe von 5 min. Bushaltestelle ebenso. Frühstück ist ok. Es gibt Obst, Joghurt, Käse, Wurst, Gemüse, Nüsse und Gebäck. Sehr schöne Anlage im mediterranem Stil.
Die Matratzen sind sehr unkomfortabel, sehr "durchgehangen". Man sinkt in der Matratze sehr ein. Die sollten Mal erneuert werden. Bad ist eher klein und Dusche recht schmal. Ein großer kräftig gebauter Mensch könnte beim Duschen Schwierigkeiten haben. Bad wird nass beim Duschen da Duschvorhang nicht wirklich vom auslaufen schützt. Auf den Bildern sehen die Zimmer Größer und renovierter aus. In Wirklichkeit brauchen die Zimmer Mal einen neuen "Glanz" um den Bildern gerecht zu werden.

The hotel was definitely a two star instead of a four star. The TV was problematic and didn’t show any channels. The beds were very uncomfortable. The water pressure at the shower was very low. The towel rail was broken. The bathroom needs renovation and the windows need screens. The room was reminiscent of the 90s. The price was too high for what it offered.

Purtroppo la struttura è accanto ad un parcheggio e ad un locale; pertanto se una famiglia è in cerca di relax, la musica e gli schiamazzi notturni non lo permettono. Inoltre, la pulizia della stanza, potrebbe essere più attenta. Forse un po' troppo superficiale.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025Todo me gustó. El buffet de la mañana riquísimo. La habitación muy confortable con su balcón la noche no necesitaba aire condicionado solo abrir la ventana y escuchar las olas del mar y el fresquito del mar. Y el personal super amable y gentil.

Not knowledgeable/tourism trained staff, staff not able to provide any type of information on transportation, staff not appropriate for greek speakers. The hotel needs renovation (old furniture and a/c).

Reviewed Jul 23, 2025Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία μπροστά στην παραλία και δίπλα σε ταβέρνες και beach bar. Δροσερό παρά τον καύσωνα και ήταν εύκολο το παρκάρισμα στην γύρω περιοχή (χωματόδρομος αλλά βατός). Πρωινό δεν είχαμε πάρει. Αν ξαναπάω Πάρο θα το επιλέξω πάλι αν έχει πάλι δωμάτιο στον 1ο όροφο που μέναμε και όχι στο ισόγειο. Σε κοντινή απόσταση είναι το Πίσω Λιβάδι με ταβέρνες και bars (από εκεί είναι οι φωτογραφίες).
Το στρώμα ήταν πολύ μαλακό και βουλιάζαμε και οι δύο αλλά στη μέση ήταν προβληματικό καθώς έβαλαν σε δύο μονά κρεβάτια ένα διπλό στρώμα!!! Επίσης μια λεπτομέρεια η οποία έχει σημασία μόνο στον βαθμό: το μπάνιο γέμιζε νερά όταν έκανες ντους τα οποία δεν έφευγαν καθώς η ρήση του πατώματος δεν ήταν σωστή. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι παλιό αλλά πολύ προσεγμένο και φρεσκοβαμμένο. Επίσης δίπλα και κολλητά στο ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει ένα μικρό έλος με στάσιμα νερά τα οποία είχαν άσχημη μυρωδιά.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2025Ubicación espectacular, vista y cercanía al mar. Cama muy cómoda. Desayuno muy bien.
El baño: la ducha muy pequeña, se mojaba todo alrededor y no había secador. El transfer que solicitamos por medio del hotel nunca llegó y no nos dieron respuesta. Resultó mucho más barato tomar taxi directamente en el puerto o aeropuerto.

Ej prisvärt. Låg standard. Försök att göra nåt lyxigt av något väldigt enkelt. Vår spolning på toaletten fungerade inte, vi sa till flera gånger. Vi bad om att bli kompenserade med en frukost på avresedagen- men de ville inte bjuda på det. Sängarna är ok men förfärliga kuddar. Jag skulle inte välja detta igen till priset vi betalade.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2025- Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer (schöner Sandstrand direkt vor der Tür) - schönes Zimmer mit tollem Balkon und Meerblick - hübsche Hotelanlage in typisch griechischem Stil - sehr nette Mitarbeitende - entspannte Atmosphäre, tolle Tavernen, Restaurants und Bars, Hafen sowie ein kleiner Minimarkt in fußläufiger Nähe - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-)
- Die Dusche war etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Die Matratzen könnten bald wieder erneuert werden, da sie schon sehr weich waren

Reviewed Jul 1, 2025Petit hôtel en bord de mer avec un bon petit déjeuner. Le restaurant CACTUS juste à côté de l'hôtel offre une belle carte et les pieds dans le sable. La ville de Paros est magnifique avec ses petits villages colorés et ses plages de sable fin.
Lit double un peu petit et matelas un peu dur.

I really hope Raidah gets help during the high summer season. She deserves it! Thank you very much Raidah for all your help and support when my purse and all its content were stollen during my trip in Greece.

Zamjerka ide jer smo imali problem sa sušenjem plažnih ručnika, s obzirom da je objekt na plaži a nisu nabavili sušila za robu nego imaju malu žicu na koju ne stane ni jedan plažni ručnik.
