The place is run down. Bed was uncomfortable, linen was not clean didn’t smell fresh. Pillows are old. It needs thorough cleaning and needs air fresheners. At 3am my neighbour was so load, opened their door so loudly it sounded like they were opening my door then they played music so loud while they were taking a shower till 5am.

The bed was a safety hazard. I got cut on the leg twice by the corners. The duvet was not clean and left particles on clothes and hair. The chair in the room had a very big stain.

The restaurant doesn't sell hot beverages and the coffee station supply in the rooms in very low to accommodate people who drink coffee considering the restaurant does not sell coffee. The passage entrance walls to the rooms are not tidy, they need maintenance.
