Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Breakfast was okay fantastic and good. The location was fantastic especially that it was close to the Mall of Africa and close to the office, easy access to the office without any extra cost on transport. The gym was also very nice.
Dinner was pathetic and the time from ordering food till the time it was served was just too long. There is no way a lead time of over 1 hour just for food to be delivered from the time it was ordered. The waitresses had bad attitude and answering with vulgar language and getting upset at us, I mean, this was unacceptable. And the room service was pathetic. My room was not cleaned until I got back from work and had to request it been cleaned.

Approximately 35% of the restaurant staff I interacted with displayed poor customer service and a lack of enthusiasm. During my first dinner, they took 25 minutes to be served despite the restaurant not being busy. The following day, I waited 35 minutes, while other guests who arrived later were served before me. Due to this experience, I chose to dine elsewhere for the remainder of my stay.

The room was spotless, with a very clean bathroom and toilet, and the sheets were fresh and comfortable, which made for a great night’s rest. The food was delicious and well prepared, and the beverages were absolutely awesome, offering a great variety to enjoy. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and excellent dining.

Da fällt mir spontan nichts ein. Fehlende Clobürste:-)

The room is very small, floor was dirty with shoes spots on, the carpet not cleaned, the bed doing noise when sitting on and also very small for a tall person as your feet go out. Do not have enough space for 2 persons.

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the food, overpriced and just not up to the standard of the hotel. But with that being said, the drinks were cold and the staff were super attentive. Not a dealbreaker but definitely something they should work on.
