I appreciated the warm welcome, the efficient service and the willingness to accommodate my needs. The staff also went out of the way to help - providing snacks after the restaurant had closed, fetching my bags from my room and making my early morning coffee before departure. Thank you very much.

There was nothing to not like

The facility is kept clean and the layout of the facility is also user friendly as well as the receptionist and restaurant staff, the dining room was exceptional clean and welcoming.

Nothing, except that the handrail for the swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool, was missing, which is a safety issue, Kindly attend to the handrail..

Dirt, the hotel is not clean. Stained kitchen glass A doors. Stained fridges and microwaves in the passage. Stains on the walls. The was no extra blanket, towels very hard you can get bruised.

We took a long time to check in and showed our rooms There is need 4 an elevator because when using stairs u reach your room very tired and luggage wil be heavy to carry more especially for rooms which ar not on the ground floor Room service Phone installed Atleast a mini fridge must be available in the room, microwave also

People at town lodge they are always friendly and their services always exceed my expectations

The reservation personnel looked disinterested in assisting with our check-in

The dinner is not nice at all. There’s just one meat and they dish for you as if you are a kid. No veges, only one Greek salad. On the pic was my dinner, I had no choice as that was the only meat. I had to complain to get extra piece. There’s no water in the room, the room was very small and noisy because of the car passing on the freeway. I’m not coming back ever.

Cleanliness and the very friendly staff, however the lady making eggs wasn’t so welcoming, I was even scared to answer she’s like a principal at a school but I understand, there are people who may seem a little strict but she possibly is a lovely lady

I didn’t like that there was no complimentary water, no room service, no lift, no one assists even if you have big bags and are struggling with them, to go out of your way just a little bit when someone really could be sick and can’t come for breakfast and pleads for just that one time would really rate them high, it’s one of the most weirdest and not accommodating thing to ask a guest whose paid to fetch their own breakfast and walk it up the stairs to the second floor. I was very disappointed, I decided to not order breakfast the next day

The bathroom was really dirty and that’s really unhygienic and disturbing , no usb portals to charge and it’s really expensive for a place that doesn’t have TV options, old model TV with worst picture quality and no channel control 😩😩👎 👎I was really disappointed

Very close too essentials, had a print out on the bed on arrival thanking for the stay, travel alot and alot of places dont do that anymore was a nice touch . Better then most town lodges I've been too.

Cant really complain but shaded, covered parking would be nice but i think thats a town lodge, city lodge standard. Car is out in the open, parking is secure sure but some undercover parking is essential especially with the hails in midrand.

The staff at the reception and the restaurant were really friendly on Friday, not so much on Saturday morning with breakfast.

It will be nice to have a bar fridge to keep some things cool and also darker curtains, as the once that is there is very thin and see through. It will be nice to have dark black out curtains so if you want to sleep late it is possible to do.
