Relatively close to restaurants, shopping areas, entertainment areas, the beach, historical sites, etc. Great location. The staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient. The breakfast service was great- healthy, filling, tasty. And having it delivered to the room was a great touch. Good deal of communication (via text and forms) for everything. Never had to wonder about schedule for things or what was happening with a request.

My shower had an issue with the mixer in the shower. I should've reported it but my days were pretty packed and before I knew it, it was time to leave. My biggest issue was with BOOKING.COM and not the hotel. I've been a loyalist to BOOKING.COM for some time but this particular booking has me reconsidering that. I found the exact room almost $200 cheaper and BOOKING.COM refused to honor the price match provision they have. I had to engage in great deal of back and forth and still, they haven't matched the price seen and screenshotted from Hotels.com. And they just stopped answering my emails. Real awful experience and left me questioning BOOKING.COM's integrity as a platform. Thankfully, the hotel experience trumped an AWFUL booking experience.

Big and beautiful room. Clean and had everything i needed

The bed was hard as a rock. I did not sleep well. The electric socket exploded and the the hot water pipe in the shower had too much pressure that it shook and made a loud sound

Staff was phenomenal, from front desk to housekeeping, everyone was super kind & efficient.

We had a suite by the elevators & all day & night they sounded awful. Also people would talk, laugh & it sounded very loud, acoustics. When booking, ask to be as far from the elevators as possible. We got breakfast included & it's room service, that was nice, but the portions are really small; we certainly prefer buffet breakfast. They have 2 parking places, don't park in the one at the hotel, extremely small, park outside at the other parking. Lastly, the bathroom had whirlpool bath, nice, but it was so tall & awkward that my husband had to help me get out each time. The sink had the faucet really short & was difficult to use, took pictures of that. But the staff was wonderful & the room was big & spotless clean, comfortable bed & pillows.

Pool is tiny. Locals come to the pool bar deck and i couldnt enjoy the skyline because i didnt make a reservation and there was no seating. Final price different from booking price $$$. Just put the final price tired of being deceived.

Great breakfast service. Limited options but meals were tasty. The hotel staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations and suggestions about things to do near by. A great bonus was that the hotel offered a free shuttle service to Condado beach inclusive of beach towels and chairs.

Our room sould have been bigger very cramped space especially if shared by two people.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y la atención del personal, tanto durante el check-in como en el check-out, fue excelente. Además, cumplieron con mi petición especial, lo cual aprecié mucho. Sin duda, un detalle que marcó positivamente mi experiencia.

Desafortunadamente, mi experiencia se vio afectada por un cargo realizado a mi tarjeta de crédito después de mi salida del hotel. Al contactar al hotel para cuestionarlo, me informaron que correspondía a un supuesto consumo del minibar, aunque nunca realicé ningún consumo y, de hecho, esto fue confirmado al momento de mi check-out. Posteriormente, me indicaron que debía contactar por correo al Sr. Agosto, Gerente General, para que el cargo fuera revisado. Sin embargo, han pasado casi 15 días y, a pesar de haber enviado varios correos, aún no he recibido ninguna respuesta ni solución. Es lamentable que una experiencia que, en general, fue muy buena se vea afectada por una situación como esta y, sobre todo, por la falta de seguimiento y respuesta por parte del hotel.

Tiene una ubicación excelente, fácil movilizarse incluso en transporte público hacia el viejo San Juan. La zona de la terraza aunque pequeña es agradable, la piscina es pequeña pero sirve para refrescarse. La habitación es estupenda, cama supercomoda, tiene nevera y cocineta para hacer un par de alimentos. Habitación bastante espaciosa. El personal agradable aunque poca información te dan sobre tours y demás, pero bueno eso lo buscas en internet. El desayuno es delicioso. Te generan un cobro de 200 dolares que te reintegran un par de días despues de que sales del hotel. La relación precio calidad, es alta, pero en Puerto Rico, todo es así, costoso.

Personal muy atento, cuarto cómodo, bien equipado y limpio. El desayuno muy bueno y en el tiempo pedido. El desayuno puede ser totalmente incluido, pero hay algunas cositas que tienen un costo adicional. Aún así muy bueno y razonable, solo que no lo esperaba.

Could sleep the last night. Restaurant in top of us making noises like rolling carts rolling down a ramp & slamming against the walls, that lasted until 1:30 am. Every noise made in hallways is heard in the rooms. Good luck with parking. Seriously small lot & it's used by people going to the restaurant

There was a constant banging all day and all night. I'm assuming it was the restaurant above. It was disruptive to my sleep and overall experience.

We liked the size of the suite. It has three bedrooms, two baths, full refrigerator, and stove top, pots and pans, silverware, and dishes.

Whew, 1. The first morning they ran out of eggs for a breakfast that's included, 2. the waffle iron was broken for the first two days. 3. The oatmeal looked as though it was cooked days before. 4. They did not replace the shower gel, makeup wipes, lotion, shampoo and conditioner after the first day. 5. They did not clean the tub which was left with sand from when we went to the beach and had to bathe the child. 6. They did not clean the sandy floors, we were slipping and sliding on sand. 7. We were supposed to get beach towels and a shuttle to the beach which was included, they ran out of beach towels and regular room towels, so we had no towels for the beach for the five of us. 8. The sliding glass door to the balcony had a broken lock, so I had to put a chair down to keep the glass from being able to slide open. I am a disabled vet with PTSD, and being in a room away from home that doesn't lock was triggering. 9. We ran out of paper towels that were on the table, asked for more and they brought us a roll that was used, had about a fourth of the roll left. We called the desk to report all of these issues, to be treated like we were the problem. Oh, to top it off they tried to charge me $47.47 for towels we used that had hair rinse on them that washes out of everything, never had one complaint from any hotel we have ever stayed in. I called them to dispute it. Then I check my credit card statement, they credited me my $200 deposit and the $47.47 and turned around, but charged my card $134.88 for what I do not know. I called my card company to dispute these illegitimate charges. Heed my warning, do not book at this "unhotel", this place is shady. This trip was for my grandson whom graduated from high school, and we brought his siblings. This was the first time they had been to Puerto Rico, so I thought it was a good idea to come here since I was stationed here 1989-1991 Naval Hospital Roosevelt Roads. Extremely troubling and disappointing trip.

The property was close to the airport and cruise port. There are convenience stores near the location.

The stay was too expensive for the facilities quality. It was not similar to the photos on the website. There was no lounging area outside. The breakfast was okay but the space was small. There were not many areas for lounging for early arrival, late departure, or etc. There were no clubs or festive things to do in the are walking distance

• El restaurante: Está en el rooftop y los platos son buenos, pero excesivamente caros (sobrevalorados). Al estar abierto al público general, por las noches (especialmente los fines de semana) se llena por completo. Si no reservás con tiempo, es imposible comer ahí. • Los elevadores: El hotel solo cuenta con dos, lo cual es totalmente insuficiente para la cantidad de gente que sube al restaurante durante la noche. Se hacen filas largas para poder subir y, si vas llegando o saliendo con maletas a esa hora, la experiencia es una odisea.

El lugar aledaño daña un poco; es un estableciendo que se presta para mucho. Salimos del hotel y el acera frente al establecimiento habían envases de heroina; crack o lo q sea. Pero obvio era d droga. No tenia nada q ver con el establecimiento. Pero no me gustó esta parte. El hotel bien.

The fact that you ordered your breakfast and it is delivered to you, we were waiting a long time for our breakfast and most of the items we ordered they didn't have, they seemed to run out of food.

The biggest advantage of this hotel was the value. It was one of the more affordable options we found in San Juan after our cruise, especially for a group of four. The front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated having a large apartment-style setup (we had two of these rooms) with plenty of space. The rooms were simple but generally clean, and the tiled flooring made everything feel easy to maintain. The location was convenient enough for Uber rides around San Juan, and there was a convenience store nearby.

The property feels somewhat dated and basic overall. The furniture and decor seemed older, and the aesthetic was fairly plain. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable — the mattress was thin and you could feel the metal bars underneath. One housekeeping staff member also seemed annoyed when we requested help converting the sofa into a bed. The elevator was extremely slow and not ideal for guests with luggage. There was also some noise from a bar across the street during the afternoon and early evening.

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos y esta vez para estar más cómodos porque éramos cuatro estuvimos en la suite presidencial que es como un departamento con dos dormitorios. Muy amplio, cómodo y limpio. Quizás algunos detalles de mantenimiento le faltan pero en general está muy bueno. Creo que no es un hotel familiar sino para ir en pareja , grupo de amigos porque tiene una terraza para tomar algo y para comer a la noche. Estuvo muy bien para lo que necesitábamos, el personal la mayoría muy amable, otros no sabían darte información no sé si porque eran nuevos o porque aunque hablamos el mismo idioma están muy enfocados con el inglés entiendo es difícil entenderse.

El lobby no es cómodo y que se deba desayunar en el cuarto, ya que faltan cosas para el desayuno como cubiertos, vasos etc.

El aseo muy bueno, desayuno espectacularmente delicioso!

El chico de la recepción, no hablaba español, no sabía dónde había nada, las chicas muy bien todas, amables.

Mucho ruido en las noches. Constantemente están moviendo o hacindo algo en los pisos y se escucha con gran claridad, puesto que las paredes, algunas, son de panel. Muy incómodo.

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento en el baño sobretodo y algunos implementos en la cocina como por ejemplo vasos. Un detalle menor pero sirve. La reserva era para cuatro pero la habitación estaba preparada para dos por lo que tuve que reclamar , lo bueno que respondieron rápidamente y lo solucionaron trayendo todo lo que faltaba.

The hotel's location is very good, and there is free on-site parking, making your stay more comfortable. For breakfast, you have to order it the previous day, and they will deliver it to your suite at your preferred time in the morning. It is good enough. There is a minibar in the suite with reasonable prices. There is a free beach shuttle too. Staff are very nice and friendly.

The room could be cleaner. The toilet sink was clogged. The roof top poor is not really a pool. It's very small, and there are no benches or anything. It's a tub surrounded by the restaurant/bar tables.

The breakfast was decent. I wish they offered milk substitutes. The check in/out was fine. Our room wasnt ready when we arrived (we did arrive early) but they held our luggage so we didnt have to carry it around. They also got us a taxi the next morning to take us to the cruise port.

Parking at the location It’s very small and complicated to maneuver. Bigger than a damask SUV will not fit. There’s a separate parking lot 2 properties down, but no one told me at the time. It’s in front of the street and I’m unsure how secure it is.
