I really liked the location, and the room was very clean. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious!

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, especially considering its high rating and overall reputation. When I arrived for check-in, there was only one employee working at the front desk, while a line of approximately seven people was waiting. For a hotel of this level, I found this to be very unprofessional and poorly organized. The next day, I needed to get a wristband at the pool in order to access the beach at the sister property. The pool opened at 8:00 AM, so I arrived shortly after opening, expecting a smooth and organized process. However, the staff member at the pool was not there, and I had to wait. This was particularly frustrating because the wristband was necessary to use the beach facilities. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of service and organization. The hotel has a great location and beautiful facilities, but the service did not meet the standard I would expect from a property with such a high rating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the staffing, communication, and organization, because the hotel has a lot of potential.

El piso de las habitaciones sucio y las alfombras de los pasillos olían mal.

Mi è piaciuta sicuramente la struttura in sé per sé è fondamentalmente anche le camere sono molto spaziose e con una bellissima vista.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata caratterizzata da diversi disagi e, soprattutto, da una gestione che ho trovato poco professionale e poco attenta al cliente. Già al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto una prima esperienza negativa. Siamo arrivati con numerose valigie e, nonostante all’esterno della struttura fossero presenti persone incaricate di assistere gli ospiti con i bagagli, nessuno è venuto ad aiutarci né ci è stato proposto alcun tipo di assistenza. Nei giorni successivi abbiamo infatti visto più volte altri ospiti arrivare e ricevere regolarmente questo servizio, con il personale che si occupava di trasportare le loro valigie all’interno dell’hotel. A noi, invece, non è stato nemmeno chiesto se avessimo bisogno di aiuto, costringendoci a portare autonomamente tutti i bagagli fino all’interno della struttura, nonostante fossimo chiaramente in difficoltà. Ancora più spiacevole è stato quanto accaduto al momento del check-in. Nonostante il soggiorno fosse già stato interamente pagato, ci è stato richiesto un ulteriore importo molto consistente, pari a quasi la metà del prezzo della prenotazione, presentandolo come una cauzione. Solo dopo una mia insistente verifica ho scoperto che si trattava in realtà di un errore. Ciò che mi ha maggiormente deluso è stata la totale assenza di responsabilità da parte dello staff e, soprattutto, di una semplice scusa per l’accaduto. Un ulteriore problema ha riguardato il servizio di pulizia della camera. A causa delle criticità relative al sistema idrico del Paese, ci erano state fornite alcune indicazioni per limitare il consumo d’acqua, cosa assolutamente comprensibile. Tuttavia, nelle informazioni ricevute (su un foglio con tutte le indicazioni) non era indicato che la camera non sarebbe stata rifatta quotidianamente.

Buena ubicación y hermosa vista.

Sentí la habitación, el piso específicamente tanto del baño como de la habitación sucio, se sentía como pegajoso. Fue muy desagradable.

Excelente ubicación, no necesitas tener vehículo para moverte, puedes solicitar Uber, tiene muchos lugares cercanos a donde ir. Excelente hotel para relajarse y disfrutar buen ambiente. Puedes rentar kayak para un paseo por la bahía del condado.

El servicio de desayuno incluido excelente. Cuando la mesera se percató q dejé el café me sugirió uno del área de cocina más fuerte y el cargos eran justo. La comida en Azahar, riquísima. Igual de atentos los meseros. Con sugerencias formidables.

Cumplió mi expectativa, ya que para mi esposo que busca tranquilidad y es más pasivo, estuvo genial. Yo compensé con el área de Condado.

so called high speed was slower than a snail. very poor selection for breakfast, no vegetables or salad at all, only a small bowl of fruit.

Pillows are super soft and doesn't have support. The pool and shower in our room need good cleaning. There was a dead cockroach in our room.

Didnt have breakfast, but the bar was really good and the service was greate. The salmon tartar is a must and the mohitos they serve are good as a refresher after walking condado. PRices are overall okey.

I didn't receive my invoice through email and im still waiting on it so i can expense my trip. The front desk was okey. Towel services are good, just make sure you get your daily bracelet for accessing the pool area.

The king bed is a queen size not a king. There was a lowd noice going on all night Ann day long. We couldn’t sleep. They refused to give me a different room.

I hosted my 230 guest wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn in Condado and my experience was excellent. The service, food and accommodations were unmatched. The employees genuinely care about each guest and go out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant. The banquet team is truly the best in the industry, no detail was overlooked. Overall, our experience hosting this event at the hotel was incredible and I cannot recommend it enough.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities and how well-maintained everything was. The hotel’s location was also a huge plus, conveniently situated in Condado near great restaurants, shops, and right infront of the Condado Lagoon. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. Especially if you are hosting an event.

I like the outside deck area. The room was ok but the hallway smells bad. Smell like you’re on a ship rather then on land.

You guys have to do something about that smell in the hallway. And update the place a little bit. It looks ran down.

The location was central and had local eatery and shops at walking distance. The balcony and view of the bay was gorgeous. The bed and sofa were comfortable as well and the shower was nice and hot.

Tons of scooters and runners, and the traffic doesn’t slow down for pedestrians. the time I went, the sidewalks were being worked on so made it a not so comfy walk

There did not appear to be a manager that was taking ownership of the customer experience and pulling it all together, to create a higher level of satisfaction, as with the hotel I am staying at now.

Took forever to check in.

The room attendants/maids and staff were amazing and made sure we had almost everything we needed. One maid went above and beyond when cleaning the room each day. The desk attendants were great with extending our check out time or answering questions and always greeted with a smile.

There was a roach in the room that we noticed for the final two nights. Nothing additional was done by the staff to handle this situation. The room seemed clean but the presence of a roach did not allow us to sleep comfortably or feel reassured that our belongings were safe from infestation. The facilities could have used more prep with more hammocks available. The outdoor staff could have been more helpful and available (i.e. assisting with luggage, greeting, or offering recommendations).

Excellent location toward the end of the Condado right near the bridge going over into Old San Juan. Lovely views without the crowds typically found in the mid/eastern Condado areas. Reception was great and check-in was seamless. Hotel and space is neat and well-maintained. Room was great including a large/modern TV with lots of channels, iron with ironing board, mini fridge and coffee maker. There is also a seating/lounge area near the window/balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of outlets...including USB outlets. There are a few restaurants in the hotel but I cannot comment on them as I did not eat at any. Small "shop" in the lobby with lots of convenience items including toiletries, snacks, drinks and some fresh food (sandwiches)...although they are expensive as expected. All staff were great....very welcoming and accommodating.

Smallish, but well-appointed room with a comfortable bed. Very nice staff at check-in, including (old-time) bellman at the front door to help with luggage. We arrived early in the day after an overnight flight from west coast with plans to stay one night. They were kind enough to let us check in early and get a nap before dinner. After a nap, we just wanted to grab a quick meal inside the building. Hotel was full with conference attendees, so the dining room was packed. Again, their kindness prevailed and they made a place for us, serving us just what we needed. Next morning, they let us check out a bit late, and hailed a cab to send us on our way. If we return to San Juan, there is no question where we will stay.

Just a little pricey

We arrived in San Juan a day earlier than planned to dodge an ice storm at home, and needed an "emergency" place to stay one night as our booked hotel did not have space on the extra night. We wound up here, and it was very nice. Rooms were clean and very comfortable and up-to-date. Pool is great with a nice view over the bay, people told us that there was anoter good pool in the Plaza across the street that guests have access to, but we were not there long enough to need it. The area is full of good places to eat and drink, and access to shopping is easy.

Good hotel comfortable stay. Staff were very pleasant and helpful Mariana and Jose. Exceptional thanks to Luis on reception who spent a lot of time on the phone for us trying to locate our missing luggage. We got to san juan and our luggage was left at Madrid. Not being able to speak Spanish made it very difficult for us to know what was happening but Luis did all he could possibly do to help us. We can't thank him enough and he is a great asset to your hotel 😀 thank you thank you 🙏

Friendly people nice rooms and pool

That all the connecting rooms had gaps at bottom of doors and you can hear everything the other person doing in the other rooms and if there light is on it will shine right in your room

location is great, service is 50/50, the room is in dire need of a deep clean some spots looked like dirt or mold which was concerning would not return to this location due to room condition at check in
