Ideally located directly across from the beach , next to matagorda shopping Center , well maintained bungalows , staff very friendly , sunbeds on terrace so no sunbed wars .

Comfortable and spacious. Everything we needed was there. Particularly liked how private and quiet the bungalow in block 8 was. Sun terrace by pool was wonderful.

Door to terrace was a bit sticky to open - minor maintenance issue. Also wondered about the wisdom of printing appt address on key ring?

Perfect location beautiful pool and well kept gardens. Apartment was very clean, great shower. Snack bar food was great and spotless area

The location was right on the sea front and very close, maybe too close, to the Commercial centre. Everything was in touching distance

The apartment itself was very old styled. Looks like it wasn't done up in 30 years. There was a slight opening at the bottom of the door which allowed access to ants. The noise from the commercial centre is a lot and noise comes from 9am to 3am in the morning. I understand that this is due to businesses but if the apartment got upgraded they could cut out some of the noise . The air-conditioning is good but doesn't really have any effect on the rear bedroom. Would stay in Las Gaviotas again but would rather be a bit further away from the commercial centre. In the newer complex.

The property big had air con tv all the cooking things you need very clean the cleaning staff very charming great at keep the property very clean.

Alojamiento muy tranquilo y espacioso. Una piscina cómoda. La limpieza de las instalaciones y el cuidado del entorno. La amabilidad del personal de recepción y las camareras de pisos.

Apartment size and location. Very helpful staff.

Pool area was very small, only 10 sun loungers which were reserved with towels from 10 o'clock every night for the following day. We went to the beach every day but it would have been nice to stay by the pool.

Al principio nos dieron un apartamento mirando al mar, en primera línea de playa. Era precioso y tranquilo.

Había cucarachas y estaba infestado de hormigas... Decían que tenían un control de plagas, pero no se notaba. Nos llegaron a decir que la cucaracha era un animal autóctono y que no se podía hacer mucho. Nos cambiaron de apartamento, eso sí (perdimos una tarde en la mudanza). En el nuevo apartamento no había hormigas, pero seguía habiendo cucarachas...

The location of the apartment that we had was fabulous close to the beach and the commercial centre. Nice and quiet too

If I had one fault it would be how they differentiate between a standard apartment and a superior apartment. We have stayed in both and the facilities are the same as far as I could see in both. So I assume its the location that makes it superior and therefore reflects in the price. This time we were in the Superior Apt in Block 2 and I just can't see the difference other than the location. The last we stayed was in the Standard Apt and it was Block 7 so a good bit back from the seafront.

El bungalow está bien para pasar unos días o una semanica y el personal es de 10.Cuidan mucho al turismo y eso se agradece.Para mi lo mejor de todo es la ubicación y tener una piscina prácticamente al salir de la casa, como te descuides te caes en ella al salir .Es broma.La playa está muy cerca y puedes ir caminando en unos pocos minutos.Tambien hay un supermercado muy cerca que viene genial.En definitiva,aconsejo a todo el mundo este sitio porque lo merece.

Los colchones eran malos, muy complicado dormir, las toallas estaban muy viejas.

Ubicación

Olor a humedad increíble en la habitación de matrimonio, baño repleto de hormigas, menaje de la cocina súper escaso, no había ni un tostador, ni un cuchillo para cortar que no fuera el del pan. En general la instalación muy vieja , necesita un renovamiento absoluto.

Location was perfect!

Pillow cases weren’t changed the whole nine days we were there, it was very hot and sweaty bed clothes should have been changed every day! There was ants in the beds the first few days we were there, myself and my niece had to do a bed check every night! Kitchen was covered in them including the presses! Sprayed the spray that was left under the sink but still found them! Pool was freezing every day, only got it in once as it was so cold! No AC in the living area only in bedroom!

La wifi ne fonctionnait pas très bien dc on avait pas des fois de connexion internet

El trato del personal es excelente: tuvimos un problema con la TV y acudieron sobre la marcha a arreglarlo; también nos salieron cucarachas debajo del plato de ducha y vinieron súper rápido a rociar producto y luego sellar todo con silicona.

Necesitan una reforma total. Sobre todo baños y cocina. Los colchones muy incómodos. La zona de piscina necesita una limpieza urgente y cambio de hamacas xq te hundes.

El trato por parte de TODO EL PERSONAL!

La piscina en principio era "climatizada", pero el agua estaba bastante fría.

The pool needed a clean and the restaurant for snacks didn’t open at the weekend.

Lage perfekt, sehr nahe am Meer, mehrere Supermarkets in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr ruhig, Airport in der Nähe, Flugbewegungen haben wir gehört, haben uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Sehr nettes Personal.

Das Wlan ist nicht sehr leistungsfähig. Die Matratzen in unserem Appartement müssten ersetzt werden, hängen durch. Die Liegen sind unbequem, müssten eine Auflage haben. haben.

Al mio arrivo mi è stato riferito di gettare le carta igienica che usavo durante i servizi igienici nel cestino, anziché nel water, perché altrimenti si intasava il WC, cosa per noi inammissibile dato che eravamo 5, con un solo WC, e non potevamo agire in quel modo;

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The location is great as it near the beach and some lovely restaurants/ bars and local shops.

Extrêmement bien placé ( en tout cas l’appartement que nous avions, c’est un grand complexe ) . Juste en face de la mer et donne sur une rue piétonne. En face d’un supermarché et de nombreux restaurants également.

Il mériterait un coup de neuf. C’est vieillot. La sdb, les meubles, la cuisine.. et les lits ne sont pas confortables.

I'd say the most positive aspect of this place is the size of the appartment. The kitchen seemed to be well equiped but we didn't use any of it.

The 2 extra mattresses provided for our kids were extremelly thin and uncomfortable. The pillows were also very slim, but we asked for extras and they brought them to us. The bathroom was spacious but the shower pressure very weak. Additionally, if you are 4 people you won't all have hot water...we flagged with reception and were told - you must wait around 30 minutes after each shower for the water to heat again as the boiler has a small capacity...it's the way it is. We didn't eat on the premisses as the restaurant was closed. The pools were rather small and didn't look appealing to us with all the enclosures. the surroundings of the hotel were peaceful and quiet at this time of year. The few restaurants we saw in the vicinity seemed to cater for people happy with drinks and "international" food, nothing too authentic, so not really appealing to us. We preferred Puerto del Carmen, more lively and more offer there.

The whole place smelled of bleach and other chemicals, while the place still felt a bit dirty. The place felt outdated and some parts were broken/cracked.

Zentrale Lage für Inselausflüge

Der benachbarte Flughafen ist immer wieder deutlich vernehmbar. Kein Problem für jemanden, der nicht allergisch auf die Fluggeräusche reagiert. Nichts für denjenigen, der absolute Ruhe erwartet. Die Ausstattung könnte in manche Kleinigkeiten vollständiger sein.

Our apartment was very close to the pool area. Close to the beach and bars and restaurants

The apartment we were in was dated. Except the bathroom. Which was updated and modern. All doors in the apartment had an issue. The main entrance door was difficult to open, not just with the key, but also kept getting stuck against the floor. The patio door handle kept falling off and the other door to another outdoor area was also difficult to open. The lighting is very poor, particularly in the kitchen area. We both had to turn on our torches on our phones to cook. To sum up. It just needs a bit of modernisation, just like the bathroom

2 mins to beach, prom and restaurants. Swimming pool heated. Staff lovely. Lovely veranda with sun loungers.

Apartments are dated, beds needs updating, legs kept collapsing. Bathroom floor leaking continuously. Switches on the walls broke. Need a good refurbishment to bring up to standard.

Die Anlage ist großzügig und sauber, die Lage zur Strandnähe perfekt. Unser Bungalow hatte eine ausreichende Größe, alles Notwendige war vorhanden.

In den Wintermonaten würden wir diese Anlage allerdings nicht mehr buchen. Zwar gibt es im Schlafzimmer ein Kombigerät zum Heizen/Kühlen, dieser reicht jedoch bei weitem nicht aus, die ganze Wohnung zu erwärmen. Tagsüber fällt dies kaum ins Gewicht, abends wird es aber empfindlich kühl und unangenehm. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich, allerdings war es nur möglich, sich mit einer Mitarbeiterin in deutsch oder englisch zu verständigen. Ansonsten bleibt nur eine Übersetzung per Handy, oder man kann spanisch. Die Beleuchtung in den Wohnräumen ist eher dürftig. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste teilweise ersetzt werden. Aber letztendlich handelt es sich auch "nur" um eine drei-Sterne-Anlage, so dass man das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als noch gut bewerten kann.
