The hotel was very well decorated and clean.

The hotel had no facilities to warrant a 4 star! No gym, no bar, no restaurant and no shop!

The accessibility of the hotel was amazing as we have a son in a wheelchair. Hydraulic seat to access thr pool was such a game changer. Staff so friendly and accomodating. Was able to order extra medical equipment prior to arrival by contacting the hotel.

No pudimos usar la piscina hasta las 20:00. A las 08:00 nos entra al apartamento una persona de mantenimiento sin permiso alguno...en fin, un desastre!!!

We had a brilliant stay in The Nautilus. It is in Matagorda, a quieter area that was perfect for a relaxing holiday. Even though the accommodation is located near the airport, noise was never an issue—we rarely heard any planes at all, especially in the evenings. The staff were also helpful and very friendly throughout our trip, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool area was excellent and never felt overly packed, meaning there were always sunbeds available without any stress. To top it all off, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a beautiful suite. It was incredibly private, modern, and beautifully decorated. Having such a stunning and peaceful space made our holiday extra special. We highly recommend this property and will definitely look to stay here again!

El apartamento era muy amplio. Tenía todas las comodidades, cocina, plancha, muy luminoso, wifi, television. La residencia es un auténtico museo repleto de obras de arte.

Our room was upgraded to one of the newly renovated rooms with roof top terrace. It was amazing.

Only the light sensor in the shower went off too quickly.

The location is amazing and the apartments are spotless clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The disability access is incredible.

Only thing I could complain about was the wardrobe sliding door in No.48 was so stiff and hard to open but we managed

I have been to Lanzarote for many y years now and I can’t believe I have walked passed this complex will def return again as tit ticks all the boxes

How clean it was from the front door in to the pool area and all the way to the garden apt spotless and to the cleaning of the apt as well nothing was a bother

I upgraded to a Suite Cero which was lovely, great outside space, a small plunge pool and a rooftop solarium. Breakfast was included in my room rate too which was useful. Shops and restaurants were only 2 minutes walk away. Pool was pleasant but a bit crowded so I spent most time on the nearby beach. The rooms near the pool were not very private. There are some lovely artworks around the site too.

I was there for a 9 day stay and I would have expected a change of bed linen in that time. There is no bar in the hotel either

The main building (reception) was very funky with interesting artwork everywhere and air conditioning but the apartment we were in was very dated and you had to pay for air con separately. Laurence was a delight and was so helpful and polite and made us feel very welcome unlike the rest of the staff.

As above but the swimming pool attendants are rude, arrogant, lazy & quite intimidating! The parasols are not put up most days and they require a key to be unlocked but the female attendant really didn’t want to do her job at all so much so that another customer complained to reception as she had refused to open one for her! She really spoils the atmosphere of the hotel! One day a boy soiled in the water and no one was told about it and there were no signs up to alert people to what had happened. They caught the faeces & just added some chlorine or chemicals! Disgusting!

Spacious accessible rooms with great facilities for self catering. Great location , walking distance to some bars and restaurants and the beach . Great accessible heated pool with plenty of sunbeds. Not crowded at all

As much as we loved the peace and quiet we did think the addition of a small pool bar / light music would add to the atmosphere around the pool.

The pool was excellent the rooms were clean and staff we met were all lovely and location we found very handy

We were “upgraded “to one of the new suites out the back no65 . The bathroom doors do not close properly big gap . Beds are hard as rocks and roll out bed had springs sticking out so everyone struggled with sleeping . Also v v little places to put clothes and no where to hang bath towels after showers seems like they forgot to put up anything other then one tiny hook in bathroom . The suites look great but don’t function very well

El apartamento es amplio, cuidado, cómodo y bonito. Tienen unas terrazas y unas vistas espectaculares. Por otro lado, el precio es correcto, es un ejemplo de turismo coherente, sin precios abusivos, y con una muy buena calidad. Luego en si, nautilus, es un museo!!! Toda una experiencia

Me gusta porque es amplio , está adaptado para personas con discapacidad, nos dieron la habitación a pie de la piscina súper bien , está todo limpio

The senior woman at reception.not a nice person , never smiles or engages in conversation with any visitors. On our final day i asked if we could stay in our apt for 4 extra hours . Reply was no , i can give you one elswere for 120 euro . I was amazed with this but she turned away and walked off . I and my fa.ily and friends are frequent visitors to Natulous and to Matagorda , on average ,4 trips per year ,and this person has not been courtious to us on any visit . Other people say the same. The manner she treats visitors , and the price for 4 hours is a disgrace .( A younger lady ar reception is wonderful ). I was badly injured on a visit previously when a white chair on patio disintegrated when i sat on it inflicting serious injury , which has still not healed and needs weekly dressings . When speaking to this person at that time , and on all visits since , she showed no interest whatsoever , and i wonder why i did not take a claim against owners due to her attitude towards matter .

The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable.

There are no catering facilities other than breakfast. There is no shop. The apartment was at the very top of the complex and up a gradient.

Nice and cosy, the pool is near, close to every apartment. Quiet.

We were a bit unfortunate with the location where the terrace was in the garden, we were missing the open space. But it wasn’t bad, would just prefer a better location of the apartment. I was only disappointed with the sofa bed which was somewhat broken and unsuitable for a full grown up.

Close to the airport. We stayed for one night only before early morning flight. Nice place. Inside the complex it's good protection from strong wind outside so you can have good time by the pool.

The service from the reception staff was a bit of a let down.

Great location with shops and bars close by, lovely warm swimming pool friendly staff.

Cleaning wasn’t always done to a high standard and not having a bar or restaurant was a miss by us.

Le cadre est magnifique, nous sommes entourés d’art dans chaque pièce.

Le canapé-lit est peu confortable, il manque de transat autour de la piscine, et vers la fin de notre séjour il y eut des mauvaises odeurs qui remontaient des canalisations.

Tutto molto bello, appartamenti adattati assolutamente funzionali, le signore che si occupano delle pulizie sono gentilissime, i materassi molto comodi. La piscina benché riscaldata era molto fredda, complice anche il tempo particolarmente freddo dei giorni del nostro soggiorno. Ottima anche la posizione, vicina all'aeroporto e a pochi minuti da tutto. A piedi si raggiunge facilmente un centro con ristoranti/bar e supermercati e la spiaggia. Torneremo volentieri qui nel nostro prossimo viaggio a Lanzarote

Loved everything about it from how peaceful and clean it was, the friendly staff every day and location to the beach and local amenities

Just the WIFI signal doesn't really reach to far from the reception area however if ypu don't mind being disconnected then it's perfect
