The property is beautiful and people have a welcoming attitude. I learned there was not room to extend my stay when my business trip was extended (full hotel), but the concierge helped to find a room when a cancellation occurred.

I booked a room with a full size bed, but received a room with a pair of small twin size beds. All meals had slow service by wait staff/food prep delivery/coffee delivery.

Location was suitable for me. Easy access from the airport. Used hotel’s cab service, good polite driver. Food was very spicy for me but the restaurant staff suggested and got something specially made for me.

Staff was very helpful and supportive especially Bridget. She went out of her way to do research and clarify all my queries (me being first time in CBE). Also checked on me each day on how everything was going for me. Thank you Bridget and the team. I would be here again. Highly recommend this place.

Breakfast items for example the Bircher Museli was just milk and oats mixed together. That wasn't expected. Also other buffet items especially towards the end of the time was not refilled or looked after. Place of improvement.

They have upgraded their rooms and compared to last stay this time it was great experience

Please note that I was sent a scam link who called themselves booking.com and I was asked to click on the link and make a payment. Thanks to Mughilan from Residency towers Coimbatore who stopped me from making any payment online or else my account or phone could have been hacked. Please look into this asap and make sure that anyone else doesn't get affected. A big thankyou to Mughilan for saving me getting scammed. Also a big thank you to Sadiq driver who took me to Isha foundation and got me back on time to the hotel.

The chilly paneer and mushroom ordered in the room was not that good. Can be improved.

Location, vicinity to businesses

Your staff is not trained well to tend to the guest. It appears they have not been given training in how they should handle questions from guests. They are quick to say NO to things even before hearing what is being asked. The staff in the dining room (lobby restaurant) were really no good. There were never to be found, impersonal, some were ill mannered. Even to get a cup of coffee you have to run behind them and find them first... which I found to be strange in a business hotel. The way you have to send the documents through whatsapp to get printing was really strange. You must look at these issues and fix them if you want to call yourself a business friendly hotel.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Residency Towers, the rooms are clean and big, the staf was warm and welcoming and especially the dinner in the Afghan was delicious

The pricing.. it was way too expensive, and the food was not that tasty and worth money... Even the normal chai was 175rs but the taste was not worth it... It was tasting like 20rs one... So please see to it

Wonderful stay with the friendliest staff that take great care of every possible wish. Muthu of the front office is responsible for luggage, room cleaning, food etc. He did his job with great care! Very grateful to Bridget for taking care of our every wish.

We had a great experience here. Beautiful hotel, modern updated rooms, attentive staff and friendly service.. The buffet food is delicious, the afghan grill a must try and very beautiful grounds. They have so much greenery on the property that it doesn’t feel like you’re in Coimbatore but at some resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A shoutout to Shreeji who took great care of us. All the staff here were very welcoming and always available to lend a helping hand. The location is quite convenient as well. Will be coming here again!

The facilities and services are of the highest standard, yet the prices remain very competitive. The service was impeccable. Every member of the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The hotel offers an excellent selection of restaurants and bars. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every meal was a real treat. A special mention goes to the Bike & Barrel pub, which has an amazing atmosphere. With a live DJ, great music, and a dance floor, it's the perfect place to enjoy a fun and lively evening. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation and will definitely return on my next visit to Coimbatore.

I have stayed in many hotels all over the world over the years, but I have never experienced such outstanding service from every member of the team under one roof. From the warm and welcoming doorman, to the breakfast team who consistently delivered excellent service each morning, every interaction made us feel genuinely valued. I would also like to thank the baggage staff, who kindly noticed my sisters and me struggling with our shopping bags and immediately stepped in to assist without us having to ask. Most importantly, I experienced a medical emergency during my stay. Mr Pavith handled the situation with remarkable professionalism, calmness, and urgency. He quickly arranged for a doctor to attend to me, and his prompt actions ensured that I received medical attention without delay, allowing me to recover much faster. Elavarasan was a great host from start to end. Helped us navigate in and out faster. While booking we booked poolside but while check-in they were not able to get the preference we picked.

It was a wonderful stay. Conveniently located … good clean rooms and and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention Bridget who was incredibly warm , welcoming and efficient… and helped us out with some special requests we had!! Definitely a good place to stay!

My family & I had a fabulous stay at the Residency Towers. The rooms were lovely, clean & spacious and it had a great shower. All the staff from when we arrived at the door, front desk, dining areas to the room staff were so friendly & professional. With special mention to Rishal Kishna, Rahul & especially Bridget who made sure we were well looked after and ensuring everything was top notch. We had a fabulous dinner at the onsite restaurant Chin Chin, while all the food we ate was superb I was very glad when one of our party ordered the Fried Ice Cream which was out of this world delicious and something I hadn’t tasted before. I’ll be looking forward to my next stay at the Residency Towers, Coimbatore and having that Fried Ice Cream again.
