Zone By The Park Coimbatore

The flooring is not very good; it feels like a cement floor. Apart from that, everything else is good.

We had a very good experience at Zone Hotel, Coimbatore. The stay was comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout our visit. A special thanks to Lucky and Akash, who assisted us with the check-in and check-out process and were always available to help with any additional requests. Their polite and professional approach made our stay even more pleasant.

One of the my worst stays in my life so far. I had requested for non smoking room and was checked into a smoking room. The smell inside the room was suffocating. When asked they said that it is a non smoking room. Non smoking room with this kind of suffocating smoke smell, better not to imagine the status of a smoking room. The next day Mr Akash had assured that he would change my room. I left the key with him at 8 AM in the morning and when I came back in the evening at 4:45 PM - the room was not changed at all. What a wonderful service!!!! Very very bad experience

We stayed here for 2 night for business visit. Got a discounted price as we booked directly from their website. We had 3 person alloted in a room & they arranged an extra bed. Location - Perfect location whih licatedin the heart of the city. Room - Good room with hot and cold water in the washroom. Room was little but small for our 3 persons. Thats why I gave 2 star for room size. It had complementary tea, coffee, cattle etc. Room service - Excellent and they were providing dirinking even in the mid night. They guy named Ravi was served us very well. Food - We had complimentary breakfast and found great test having good amount of varieties. Overall it has a nice experience during our stay.
