Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Check-in and check out were smooth and quick with Keerthana, she was polite and had warm attitude. Also, Pradesh at the Front desk solves quieries and problems quickly and effectively, he is always respectful and kind. A restaurant staff Dipanjita was nice, she served people with a smile, she had warm and welcoming attitude towards guests. I saw her chatting with a Muslim family, Indian families, with other guests, with people from different races and religious backgrounds, and she had the same open heartedness and enthusiasm, joyful and warm attitude towards everyone, without any discrimination - it is a big virtue for someone who works in a hospitality sector. I was in awe of her child like, pure, openness towards people. It's very rare nowadays.
Bed linen was dirty and had bad smell, had to ask them to change it. It's not a first time this happened in this hotel. I guess they don't change it after someone who spent 1 or 2 nights, why do they do so is a big question to a housekeeping manager, and a hotel manager. We are not dogs to sleep on a dirty, smelly bed sheets left after someone, we pay good money for the room, so to have a clean bed linen is the basic thing you can provide your guests with. It's a shame for a 4 star hotel.

Poor value for money. The room and the bathroom was tiny. We were charged extra but breakfast was not included. Further, the restaurant closes very quickly.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026The location is bang on great with a mall right opposite if you want to explore during the evenings. The staff was very responsive and the rooms were very clean. The checkin - checkout was smooth with zero hassles.
The breakfast was a little limited and the wait for dishes which got over soon was a little frustrating. Keep in mind this was 25 mins from the time the counters were open and with not so much of a crowd. That could have been handled better.
