I would definitely return. The location is very good and quiet. The rooms were clean and organised and had large beds and good pillows. The hotel common areas are nice and neat. Every guest received a remote for the gate. The staff was kind and ready to help. The parking area has enough space. The hot water had good pressure. The daily cleaning went very well.

I would have breakfast if they had a cheaper option.

I didn't like the fact that the property was a B&B and they advertised it as a holiday house/Free Standing house. That was not appropriate for what we booked. I didn't like the fact that the breakfast area is right when one exits the room. It was very disturbing as other guest had early breakfast while we were still sleeping.

There was no microwave in the unit and thus was a bit inconvenient. A communal accessible kitchen can work as it has no self catering option at the venue.

I think taking into account that it is not a self catering unit , it would be unfair to make a complaint.

I wanted to swim, but there was no time for swimming. But I will be back next year in a bigger room with my family. We are 4 together. I wil prefer a self-catering place with 3 bedroom. .

The staff were very accommodating to our needs. Nice garden and swimming pool.

The room was clean but very basic. Could ad a little more of a "new" feeling to it.

The mattress in the room where I was booked in was not in good shape. They did move to another room with a good mattress. Also I asked girca room where I fight have to go upstairs. They said that they arranged it, but sadly it was up 2 flights if stairs before they moved me downstairs because of the bad nattress

We were a big group and the hosts accommodated us at the pool past the allowed time because we were having fun. They also allowed us to use their kitchen facility even though we didn’t order their breakfast.

The rooms are scattered and far from each other.

I liked the location and the facilities outside.

The wi-fi was very poor. There was no cutlery in our rooms.no fridges in some of our rooms and no microwaves at all.

Location was perfect and quite...also secured...perfect view to the Durban Harbour, very friendly staff, they took care of us. Room was specious and very neat, pool was clean and inviting even though the weather wasn't good.

Mpho and Ryan were friendly and excellent hosts They allowed me an early check-in and a late check out due to my special needs. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was great and so were the kitchen staff.

I liked the friendly stuff, and the manager, Mpho Khumalo, was exceptional in terms of customer service. Mr Khumalo made sure that everything went well and personally came to check on us. He was like 24 hours on call for anything we needed.

We were shown to a room, it was not ready, we went for lunch and returned and upon close inspection the AC was not working, the bedsheets looked dirty. We immediately left the property and found another hotel for our two night stay. Your rating of 8.4/10 is deceiving. I would like to request a refund and recommend you re-evaluate the rating.

The room was lovely and conveniently furnished. A comfortable bed, a convenient desk with chair and a kettle with coffee and tea are provided. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Safe parking is provided. There are two beautiful swimming pools. The guesthouse is just up the road from a shopping centre and several restaurants and pubs.

Even though shops and eateries are located nearby, I would not recommend walking there after dark for safety reasons.

Ryan and Bongani went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided everything we needed or asked for. Staff service was really excellent. Breakfast was very tasteful and we even used the swimming pool and that was a great experience. Absolutely awesome stay.

The drive from the location to friends staying in the CBD was not good, CBD is off putting with the taxis and road quality in all areas are terrible. Maybe share this with your local municipality.

Everything about the place is great but the cleaning stuff did not change our towels at all except for that everything was great I would go there again.

I did not like that some of the rooms were being renovated and we were put in them. One of the rooms had a strong smell of paint while the other had a strong carpet smell, fortunately they were able to change us into another room

Each room had a tiny but very nice private courtyard off the bedroom but it would be nice to see it kept clean and without dead plant material hanging about. The toilet seat in our room was loose and the cistern filling system was extreemly noisy

Really nice. Nice staff. Very friendly. Quiet neighbourhood. Lovely breakfast pack - was just right!! Only problem was the toilet seat was cracked! And no tea or coffee - though there as a kettle. Minor things - and i will come and stay again.

I like the cleaniness of the place. It is well maintained Comfortable bed and couches. Chairs on the verandah to chill outside. Most importantly the friendliness and welcoming of staff.
