فقط اسعار الوجبات في مطعم السبله مبالغ فيها ولكن لا ننسى بأن الطعام في مطعم السبله جميل وبوفيه الافطار متنوع ولذيذ جدا

The scenic surroundings, marina views, and overall atmosphere make it a great place to unwind and relax. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with large balconies offering pleasant views. The housekeeping team was attentive, responsive, and did a good job throughout our stay. Overall, the property is clean, comfortable, and ideal for guests looking for a quiet retreat.
The biggest drawback of the property is the limited range of facilities and activities available within the hotel itself. Apart from a relatively small swimming pool and a very small kids' club, there is very little to do on-site, especially during the summer months when spending extended periods outdoors is not practical. The Booking.com description suggests access to facilities such as golf and other recreational activities. However, these facilities are not part of the hotel property and are managed separately by another operator, requiring additional payment by guests. This was not clearly communicated in the listing and may create different expectations for visitors. Additionally, there are very few attractions or activities within close proximity to the hotel. Water sports, snorkeling, jet skiing, and boat tours are available, but the main activity center is approximately 25–30 minutes away by car from the hotel. Guests seeking an activity-filled vacation may therefore find the location somewhat limiting.

Hence, the break fast menu should include varieties of dishes/items (such as Inter Continental/Asian cuisine) to consider everyone. Hope it will improve. He was very accommodating, kindly upgraded our room, and even surprised us with a complimentary cake for my husband’s birthday. Reviewed Mar 27, 2026We drove from Muscat, about one hour and twenty minutes, mostly new very good roads carved through the mountains in the desert. You come across this beautiful new resort, dropped like an oasis between the mountains and the sea! Not many guests at the hotel, so we were kindly upgraded from a standard room to a suite, which was enormous, comfortable and had a large balcony overlooking the Marina. The reception staff were very helpful. Everywhere in the hotel is clean, shiny and attractively designed, and our room kept spotless by Muslim. Monir brought some extra little things we needed to our room. The meals are delicious and were served beautifully in the spacious airy restaurant by Esther, Asharaf, Jejeesh, Roshean, Hasindu, Rippon and John. The pool area in the centre of the hotel is excellent, with attentive pool staff. We walked around the Marina to the beach, and also drove 5 minutes (there is also free shuttle service) to The Dunes, a really beautiful white sand beach, with a restaurant, loungers and parasols.
We loved it all! I think a sign at the entrance would have been helpful, and also at the entrance to The Dunes Beach.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Authentisches und architektonisch sehr schönes Boutiquehotel. Sehr schöne Zimmer. Ausrichtung auf den kleinen Hafen entpuppte sich als besondere Idylle. Phantastischer eigener Strand mit Restaurant, der aber nur mit dem eigenen Auto (5 Minuten Fahrt) oder dem Hotelshuttle erreichbar ist. Das aber lohnt sich. Wir haben den 2-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Der Tennisplatz war in gutem Zustand, die Tennisschläger leider gar nicht.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Die ganze Anlage Resort ist sehr schön angelegt. Auch das Hotel selbst ist toll, der Golfplatz sehr speziell und spannend, je nach dem welche Abschläge man auswählt.
Das Klimaanlagen-Regiem sollte überdacht werden. Draußen 30C° der innen Breich nur noch 20-22C° das geht in jedem Fall an die Bronchien.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Tolle Unterkunft. Wir hatten die Marina Suite und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Einzige was gestört hat, war das Geräusch der Hausklimaanlage in der Nacht auf dem Dach über uns. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster war das Geräusch störend. Wir hätten lieber das Rauschen des Meeres gehört.
