Es ist ein sehr schönes, großes und komfortables und sehr sauberes Apartment mit toller Aussichtm tollen Schlafzimmern und sehr sauberen Bädern.

Der Kontakt zum Management bestand bei der Begrüßung aus reinen Geboten und Verboten. Die Begrüßung fiel herzlich gelangweilt aus und der Zugang zum Pool als ausgesprochen unfreundlich

الغرفة سيئة والبلكونة غير نظيفة الفرن لا يعمل وعند تشغيله تنطفئ الكهرباء بالكامل.. استبدلوها لنا بغرفة أخرى أسوء بسبب مشكلة الفرن ولكن الغرفة غير نظيفة والبلكونة كذلك وأدوات المطبخ ليست نظيفة والسرير مكسور .. وبالمختصر كانت الإقامة غير جيدة بتاتا

Beautiful resort with Golf course, swimming pool, beach with a backdrop of mountains. Room was decent, with a well equipped kitchen and basic utensils, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooking range, washing machine. Swimming pool just in front of our apartment. There were heavy rains, so we stayed back to avoid the overflowing wadi's and organized our accommodation.

There were small white ants around the cooking range, and we felt ant bites. We informed about the same when we noticed next day morning and they cleaned the room. Bed was a bit too soft for us as we like hard medical mattress because we have spinal issues.

Obiekt położony nad samym morzem w sąsiedztwie basenu jachtowego. To rozległy kompleks obiektów hotelowych i gastronomicznych stanowiący zwartą całość. Oprócz różnych restauracji znajdują się również kawiarnie, bary, piekarnia oraz supermarket. Apartament dobrze wyposażony z dużym balkonem i bardzo dużym pokojem dziennym. Do plaży żwirowo-kamienistej ok. 300 m. Na miejscu można skorzystać z różnych aktywności rekreacyjnych.

Jedyny mankament to mało funkcjonalny układ apartamentu. 3 sypialnie i tylko 2 łazienki choć powierzchni dość, aby łazienek było nawet 5. Druga sprawa to obsługa trochę mało profesjonalna i niezbyt uprzejma. Najpierw trzeba się zgłosić do daleko i niezbyt wyraźnie oznakowanej recepcji recepcji, a potem wracać do konkretnego apartamentu. Recepcja powinna znajdować na początku kompleksu, anie gdzieś w plątaninie budynków.

فيه ملاحظات بسيطه على النظافة غرف النوم كانت نظيفة بس دورات المياه فيه شوية بقع على الزوايا و البلكونه كان فيها تراب واجد ، الغرفة كانت فيها ريحة اول ما استلمتها بعض الاثاث يحتاج صيانه ، ما فيه كوايه في الغرفة ، باقي الاشياء ممتاز الشقه واسعة جدا و يستحق الزيارة ، السيفة بشكل عام ما فيها خدمات لا مطاعم و لا كوفهات بس سوبرماركت و فيه اشياء محدوده

Absolutnie luksusowe domy w niesamowitej lokalizacji na plaży.

Woda w basenie w willi była bardzo zimna (może w lato jest to miłe, ale nie w zimę), ale na szczęście basen główny kurortu był super i nie robiło to znaczenia. Brak tabletek do zmywarki.

Superb villa, very clean with promised views of the ocean. Remote location meant the stay was effortlessly quiet. Most of the 'resort' complex was 25mins walk from the villa.

No private pool despite this being advertised on the booking.com website. There is a communal pool (great, very chill) about 5 minutes walk away. The complex is still being constructed so roads are not well sign posted, Google maps requires updating and it could benefit from better road signs. Be warned- Google maps tries to direct you to th resort/Sifah via an off road track from the motorway/ don't take it- car wil get stuck in Sand. The 'main road' to the resort is down a dust track through the Wadi- advised to take this during daylight. Take mosquito spray!

Top Lage in Jebel Sifah. Das Apartment ist funktional und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nur etwa 5 Minuten zum Strand, mehrere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Umgebung gibt es zudem tolle Strände.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was very well-equipped and the perfect location. Devender was extremely attentive and accommodating to our needs. Ravi and Mannan were also great at assisting us with check-in and check-out. We will definitely be back soon.

Al Sabla hotel access was a little bit challenging as it was a little far. Suggest to have one similar restaurant near beachfront townhouses n villas

Ubytování bylo klidné, příjemné, tiché, uklizené. Při koupání v moři jsme viděli želvy.

Přijížděli jsme k ubytování z jihu, takže jsme museli ujet hodně km, než jsme k místu přijeli. Hlavní cesta nebyla asfaltová. Když jsme přijeli, dostali jsme se do obrovského hotelového komplexu, což jsme si nepředstavovali. Museli jsme projet přes 2 vrátnice, několik kruhových objezdů a nespočet retardérů, než jsme po 10 minutách našli recepci. K té jsme museli navíc ještě kus dojít. V ubytování si berou zálohu 20 OMR. Poté nás personál opět složitou cestou na nejméně 5 minut odvezl k našemu pokoji. Pokoje jsou uklizené, moderní a vybavené. V pokoji pro 3 jsme měli manželskou postel a nerozkládací gauč bez přikrývek. V resortu bylo málo lidí, což bylo příjemné. Resort je vybaven předraženými restauracemi a malým obchodem. Řekla bych, že se vlastně jedná o nové město. Někdo zde investoval hodně peněz. Moře přes den hoodně ustoupí (odliv). Bez auta jste uvězněni v resortu, což je velká škoda.

La pulizia dell appartamento da migliorare, da pulire i filtri del condizionatore al momento dell accensione non usciva un "profumo" gradevole. Ristoranti carissimi. Letto non comodissimo.

L’appartement est agréable dans l’ensemble, mais je pense qu’il mériterait quelques améliorations pour offrir un meilleur confort aux voyageurs. Pour commencer, un petit plan ou quelques indications claires pour se repérer et trouver la plage seraient vraiment bienvenus. En arrivant, on est un peu livré à soi-même, surtout lorsque l’on ne connaît pas du tout les environs, et ce n’est pas évident de tout trouver. Concernant l’équipement, il y a très peu de fournitures : juste le strict minimum. Il n’y avait pas de shampoing, pas de sèche-cheveux, seulement un tout petit savon pour deux personnes, et les serviettes étaient fournies au compte-gouttes (pas même une petite serviette supplémentaire). Le point le plus embêtant est l’absence de fer à repasser. En tant que touristes, nous ne voyageons ni avec un fer ni avec un sèche-cheveux, et ce n’est pas agréable de sortir au restaurant avec des vêtements froissés ou les cheveux mouillés. Ce serait vraiment un plus d’en ajouter un. Les glaçons étaient totalement fondus dans le congélateur, et un petit geste pour parfumer légèrement l’appartement serait appréciable : il y avait une odeur un peu forte à l’arrivée. Enfin, les coussins sont très épais et il n’y a aucune décoration (pas même une bougie ou une petite touche chaleureuse), ce qui rend l’appartement un peu impersonnel.

When i arrived i have been told that the apartment i booked has water heater problem and they offered me another one in the 4 Th floor. People use the swimming pool wearing normal cloths not swimming wears.

Very nice Resort (Apartment). Room was big, clean, it had all what’s needed. Price was really good for what we got. I regret we only stayed one night.

..finding your way around the complex at night - GPS signals not always available. It's not a big deal once you get your bearings.

-Random allotment of properties for one booking. -There is no board directing us to Wateera Resort. -For room occupancy of 6 pax only two towels were provided. Upon requesting for more, they said they didn’t have more to give.

Excellent private villa with beautiful skyline Mountain View’s. Our kids loved the pool. Great little resort with plenty of activities. There’s a stunning sandy beach just a few minutes outside of the resort too. A fun infinity pool at the Bank Club which is right next to the main beach. We ordered kayaks which we loved and did the dolphin boat tour which was just brilliant.

We travelled during Ramadan, we didn’t quite realise how many places would be closed - our fault we should have checked. I’d also bring more supplies if you’re staying in the self catered villa, there is a Spar supermarket on site though this is quite limited. The nearest big supermarket we could find is around an hour away.

Great location, studio is great value for money. Staff were very attentive - we had an issue with the electrics late at night and there was someone with us within 10mins to resolve the issue. Excellent

The resort is absolutely gorgeous. Even though we were there at Christmas the overall atmosphere was very quiet and there were not too many people. We could enjoy the pool without crowds and the overall place was quite tranquil. Our apartment was spotless clean and had an amazing view on the sea. We could totally relax. Also all the staff were super nice and friendly.

I LOVED my stay at the resort and returned super relaxed. I definitely want to come back. There are some inconveniences though you should be aware of just in case. The resort is still not finished meaning there is some construction taking place. If you’re not lucky, you can have a construction side near your villa. There was one relatively close to where we lived and every now and then we could hear trucks leaving the side which was annoying a bit as we enjoyed the overall silence. Also, whilst the second pool is stunning, there is a large electric generator nearby which also produces quite a lot of noise. You also need a car to get around the resort as it is massive. GPS will also be useless as new streets were not added to Google maps yet so just memorise your drive home. You may also want to consider making large groceries in Muscat before coming here as local Spar and another local shop have very little food aside from snacks, and resort restaurants are well overpriced. Thankfully there is a local cafe just outside of the resort where ordered delicious cheap takeaway Omani and Indian food throughout our stay. However despite all that I loved my stay. It was quiet, relaxing, safe and super convenient. I will definitely be back again.

Road to reach bit challenging

The apartment is extremely clean and has everything for comfortable staying. Kitchen is very well equipped. They have thought of all the details you need in the kitchen. There is also Nespresso coffee machine with coffee capsules. There is parking in front of the apartment. Very quiet place. The pool in that part of resort was amazing, clean and not crowded.

It is not dislike - just remark - description of location is confusing - the front picture is reception of resort by Marina lagoon and the apartment is quiet far from there. It should be perhaps clearly described the procedure - location of the resort than location of reception for check-in and than location of apartment itself. You should know that you need a car to get to restaurant and central part of resort.

It has nice surroundings, a clean apartment, a modern feel, and a beautiful view from the balcony. No crowds.

My stay was great; the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the place was quiet.

The only downside was the lack of a pool heater, no internet, and a golf cart would have been useful.

Jebel Sifa is currently the nearest resort town to Muscat and is quietly pretty, with beaches both north and south (approx 4km away), but not actually in this place. As a resort, you have a series of restaurants (that sell alcohol) and it's all very laid-back and spacious. Pretty in an artificial Venice kind of way. The rooms were big and simply catered for. Because of the Natiolnla day holiday, it was more crowded than usual, and the prices went up accordingly. Overall, a good stay for a family, with the heated pool being a bonus.

The Google Maps location is completely off. Don't bother with it, as it will take you to someone's farmhouse off road. I have never been able to understand this kind of woolly thinking, as it doesn't serve anyone at all and just adds to the hassle of checking in, which turned out to be rather simple. The rooms were spacious and reasonably well stocked for basic cooking. What I did not like was the repair work going on at 9pm, with hammering and drilling in the corridor just as we were about to go to bed. Any, for what it's worth, we had no wifi for the whole morning. But we did have a steady run of people coming to try and fix the router all morning, as we were trying to get ready to check out and have our breakfast. Bascially, the check-out was completely runined by bad admin! We eventually left at 10am (2 hours before standard check-out time) because we had had enough of people bothering us in our apartment trying to fix a router. Shame really, as the place is really quite picturesque.

The staff are very good and helpful. The location is the best, the wonderful balcony overlooking the marina. Everything is a few minutes' walk from the apartment. We got access to the hotel's swimming pool, which is just below the apartment. I strongly recommend dealing with Wateera properties.

The swimming pool is just outside the balcony, the area is peaceful and there are many walking paths around.

There is no control of the swimming pool, so people were swimming with their clothes on, and a group of people were really loud late at night. There was no security around.

Quick response for requesting air-condition maintenance, location is very good and rooms are large with super large balcony overlooking the marina.

somehow it is hard to find the location of the accommodation by car or walking, but not a big deal since the host will guide you.

Amazing view Clean apartment, beautifully furnished, kitchen has everything you need, rooms are spacious.

We booked 2 bedrooms apartment for one night. Every thing was excellent. They provide a complementary mattress with all it's bedding set free of charge. Mr. Devender was very attractive and he gave us a late check out. Youtube kept freezing which needed to switch off/on TV and it worked after that perfectly. We enjoyed it as a family thanks to Mr. Devender and his team and we hope to come back again soon.
